We have bought two cars from these guys and loved them. Language is a little bit of a barrier but they are honest. We took in a FIX'd plug in sp you can see what's going on with the car. They fixed everything that was wrong with it and I know they went to do right by you. For all those people that have negative reviews you should at the very least get a second opinion, but my fixed appears app was a game changer and hopefully the dealer ship will start using it so you know what's going on with the car. Purchased a car from here with a rebuilt title. - No title provided and car was not registered within 45 days. - Safety was not passed for the vehicle prior to sale. - I was issued false temporary tags when returning to see what the status of the registration was, and they were unable to pass safety due to "technical issues". - The car has yet to be registered, approaching 90 days since the purchase date. - Less than pleasurable experience with this purchase. They basically talk you into putting money down ($500 +) to "hold" the vehicle and then, if your financing falls through or you walk away, they refuse to return the deposit even if it's only been a few hours. BUYER BEWARE!!! If I could give a negative rating I would! Literally THE WORST customer service and business practices I have ever seen! As someone who feels they stand their ground fairly well, I felt helpless with these people. We found their ad on KSL. Went in to look at a car. The owner said he would cut me a deal so we could get it approved through the bank. We did all the paperwork and left a deposit of $200 which he said was required. The bank approved the loan and we went back to get the car a couple days later. After we signed the paperwork and were ready to leave the owner called the salesman to stop him from selling us the car without tacking on an additional $1000 to the down payment. When I argued and asked why that wasn't on the original paperwork, not one person could answer me. The owner called me and started yelling at me "you can't seriously believe I would sale you that car for that price!" Very aggressive! I said I absolutely did because that's what was on the contract he HAD ME TAKE TO THE BANK. Before I knew it he had more staff member show up and I was in a room full of salesmen telling me I couldn't leave without signing a NEW contract with the new price. If I did I forfeited the deposit we put down for the car and lost the car. We felt so strong-armed and helpless we didn't know what to do. We can't afford to lose money. He told us he would give us 6 months to pay the rest of the down payment he had increased on us. I reluctantly signed and then contacted the proper authorities. After about 50 days (a Thursday) we still hadn't received the plates. I text the salesman whom I really had no desire to talk to. Same as all the others at this ridiculous shit show of a dealership. I asked him when I could expect the plates, and if they could mail them so I didn't have to set foot in their building. The salesman told me that they were holding her license plates until she paid the down payment they had given her 6 months on. I told him that wasn't part of the agreement. I told him I would be contacting the proper authorities. He said he would mail them on Monday. Why he couldn't mail them that day I don't know. Well over a week later I asked him if he had mailed the plates. He responded back that he had mailed them Friday. So 1 week and 1 day from my original request. He got extremely aggressive via text message and said that I was just playing the victim, and they had done nothing wrong. Him and the team were witnesses to MY behavior and they no longer wanted my business. It didn't matter he hated that place anyway and was going to quit as soon as he could but proceeded to tell me if I needed help with anything when he didn't work for the company anymore I could reach out he would be happy to help. WTF?!?!?!?! I guess the fact they fraudulently filled out papers to begin with was just an accident. Strong-arming and bullying is a totally acceptable business practice. Yes I absolutely have proof of this. Highly considering posting the text thread and contracts for all to see how they really treat their customers. THIS IS YOUR WARNING! DO NOT GO HERE!!!! Bought a 2011 Nissan with low miles, good shape inside and out. Test drive was good and felt like nothing was wrong until the day after I took the car home the "service engine soon" light came on. Took it to honest1 auto care in Provo to be told that the transmission needs to be replaced, which would cost about $6,000+. Now I have to save up to fix a "NEW" car I just bought. I took it to them and they told me they flushed the transmission which was supposedly $500. Let me say this again $500 D O L L A R S!! And that the sensors in the transmission were "dirty" and that they cleaned them. Yeah so that was the second sign I deeply screwed up waking into this place. They WILL LIE TO YOU and they will sell these cars without telling you any of the problems with them, all they did when I took it there was turn off the "service engine soon" light, which popped back up a few hours later. No, I wouldn't buy from them again. We gave them a check to buy a truck for my son June 27 2021. Everything seemed fine till we never received the plates or title. And we still haven't. We can't get anyone to return any phone calls. When we call and ask for an update we get told someone from finance will call you back today and we never get a call. Finally received a call around July 10th that the auction yard they purchased the truck from lost the title and they were trying to get an update on it. And then they called back and stated they found the title and our processing it to send to Unique and then they can send it to us. In the meantime they would send us a new temporary till then. Still no update as of today and my next move will just be contacting the police. My son was gonna take out a vehicle loan and pay us back for it and can't due to no title. In 20 days it will be 3 months with no title and no plates. No, don't buy from them they should have never sold a vehicle without even having a title for it. read more

We went in to look at a Chevy Cruise back in 2019, back then they went by Reved Auto (makes me wonder why they felt they needed to change their name, same owner and employees in 2021) We test drove the car, had a mechanic check a few things and he pointed out the battery was too small for the car and the wheels were warn down, but everything check out. The mechanic did warn us to watch out for those who reset the check engine light each time it goes on. So we talked to the dealer about any issues the car may have they informed us there was no problems with the car so we asked for the battery to be changed and the tires replaced for the asking price. We gave them a check and left with our car. The next day our hearts sunk when the check engine light came on. Again we took it to our mechanic to find the turbo thrust needed to be replaced ($500 part) so we took it back to the dealership and asked them what they would do for us, they said they would fix the problem. We left it with them for 2 days and they called us to tell us it was ready. Knowing what it needed, we didn't mention to them what we knew, just to see if they truly would fix the problem or just reset the check engine light. We picked up the car, they said their mechanic had fixed the problem and we left with the car. As soon as we got on the freeway the check engine light came on again, we ran to our mechanic again just to see if anything had been done to it. To our surprise nothing had even been touched to the car. We took it back again to the dealer and told them what needed to be done and they assured us they would have the turbo replaced and ready for us the next day. That night they called and told us they will only fix it if we paid half the cost of the repairs ($500) and they would pay the other half. We told them we wanted them to give us the $500 for their half and we would have our mechanic fix it. (Mostly because we did not trust their mechanic or them at this point.) We headed back again to get the car and their half of the repair. When we got there the father (owner) met us at the door looking pretty upset. Let me stop for a minute to share about the salesman that talked to us about the car and eventually did all the paperwork for the sale, in fact he was the only one we ever dealt with, everyone else just hid out in the back room. His name was Jeremiah. He admitted he was high school age (but was at the dealership all hours, because we spent lots of time back and forth from there throughout the week). So dad met us at the door told us we would not be getting any money from them for the repair that his son was in trouble for agreeing to this deal (even though as we were on the phone working it out he kept stopping to ask someone if this agreement would be accepted, he did this back and forth several times. I was under the impression it was the very man who now faced us at the door) for the next several minutes we tried to work something out with them, the dealer should not budge. He did offer to give us our check back and we just walk away, which we ended up doing. Unfortunately we had been using one of their older cars they were selling to drive back and forth from our home while they worked in the car now we where stranded 45 minutes from home late at night in the middle of winter and they didn't even try to help us, so we walked to Home Depot and called a family member to come pick us up. As we were walking to Home Depot we got a call from the dealership telling us ok they will give us some money to go toward the repair, we declined not wanting to ever deal with them again. And every time I see one of their cars on KSL Classifieds I think of our experience and wonder would it help someone else to know what we went through? This is why I finally added this review 2 years later. Their tactics just don't seem to have changed. read more

The car I purchased here had a bad transmission somehow this was not found in their 14 point inspection. I purchased it as is, i understand im taking risks, however when I asked about if they have a mechanic inspect their vehicles i was assured they do. Less than a week after taking that car home while out on my nursing visits there was trouble with the transmission. Come to find out it would cost more than the car to fix and the warranty that I purchased would cover 1/10 of the cost. Found these guys through KSL.com while searching for used cars. I called about a car before driving over and when I showed up they said it wasn't AWD. So I asked if they had anything else and long story short I ended up getting a used 4x4 case that seemed in great shape. They weren't willing to budge on price very much but brought it down a tiny. My trade in helped with it too. Anyway, the next day the I took it to Burt Brothers to have them do a full overview on the car and just make sure all looked good. The only thing I had noticed was when I turned the car on sometimes it wouldn't start right away so I would turn it off then back on and it was fine. Burt brothers found that the starter was broken. Told these guys about it and said, "hey I literately just bought this yesterday can you fix this?" They gave me the "well it'll depend on how much it will cost us" spiel. Eventually they agreed to order the part. A week later I text them if they were ready for me and they said yes. So I drove the extra 30 min to get there and have it be fixed only for them to say no the part isn't here yet. What?! You just said it was! WTF? They said well it's supposed to be delivered by today but our mechanic leaves at 5pm. So there was literally no point in me driving all the way here. Great. Yes, I have read what they say and they really come across as nice people, but not really. They are liars. I am living a very bad experience with my vehicle and I am still struggling with it. The car's check engine came on and it's because of the transmission, it has problems with the hydraulic line, they gave me the car with a gasoline indicator that didn't work, I complained about all this, they only changed the dashboard, Santiago argued that it was a new board. To complete, the car was sold to me as a clean title and it is not, it is rebuilt. In the change of the board it is evident that the miles rose to 164,000 and the vehicle was sold with 115,000. Please, wherever you look, the lie that translates into a scam is very present. They always said that Shimey Balderas is the owner and lately they say that the owner lives outside the United States, lies and more lies... My car came out with financing for $10,500. I wanted to change it and they told me that I would lose the downpayment of $2,500 that I had given and they charged me a value for the miles that I had traveled and for the new car I had to give another downpayment of $4,500, which I did not accept of course. read more

If I could give zero. We bought a car that didn't last three weeks before the transmission completely died. The fix was as much as the car. When we tried to contact to receive more information on the car, they would not return our phone calls. We looked more into the car and found that it had an odometer issue that we were never disclosed about, which by law we needed to be made aware of. When I physically went to the place to ask about paperwork and the car, I had not been sitting in the chair for five minutes when the son of the owner said he needed to call the owner, all he said was "I have a customer who bought a car three weeks ago" and the owner told him to call the police, and they hung up the phone. There had been no yelling, no threats, nothing, only asking about the odometer. He did not call the police, however a few minutes later a police officer showed up, then a second officer came in. They said they get called often to this place, and that it was a civil matter. When I asked why he called the police, he said the owner must have thought we were yelling at each other. The owner did not even know what was happening, he was not there, he immediately called the police and lied about the situation, only to get them there so I would have to leave. They are not honest, they use police to intimidate, and I was told " we buy them at auction we don't look over the car". Look somewhere else for a car. read more
