Love this place. The broth is just as good as the salt lake location and the atmosphere is super cute. I've had very attentive servers every time I've been and the iPad makes getting more ingredients super quick and easy

Just go somewhere else. Not worth the money. Not much option to choose from. Soup was too salty.

The chairs are super comfortable and the lighting was bright which made it easy to see what we were doing. The food was delicious! We've been to K-BBQ and hot pot before and it left much to be desired. But Ombu provided a really good variety. I wish there were more options of tteokbokki, than just the cheese stuffed ones. But nonetheless, we were blown away. The fatty cattle meat and the beef bulgogi were our favorites! The fried rice cake (I think that's what it was!!) was so yummy! There was a sweet brown rice syrup on top and it tasted like a French toast stick!

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE i saw ms amy's review as we were leaving the restaurant and now im scared my body will reject this food as well so pray for me

Price was cheaper than other comparable AYCE hot pot places in NYC at 30.99 for standard tier and even a 23.99 weekday lunch deal which is a steal. This place was truly felt like a slice of New York City on our vacation BUT unlike NYC, the service was so friendly. Tip was included in the bill so we accidentally tipped again. We didn't know this until the manager came out and insisted she return the extra tip. If this is not a testament to great service, I don't know what is. Ambiance 5/5: Everything was clean. The place was large so tables were adequately spaced. Place was well lit. Warm decor and colors. Service 5/5: Great service. People were welcoming. Staff were stationed around the self serve bar to assist customers. Manager was super nice and even returned money to us when we accidentally double tipped. Food 5/5: They have A LOT of options here. There were two pricing tiers. Premium was 36.99 and standard was 30.99. Premium offered cuts of wagyu, shrimp paste, and leg of lamb for every 2 persons in your party. I felt like I would've been happy with just the standard tier since there was more than enough food. They have a self serve cotton candy machine, soda machine, make your own BOBA station, and ice cream. Even without the hot pot, there were AYCE pre-cooked entrees at the bar including soup, noodles, fried/plain rice. Also had AYCE appetizers like fries and fried chicken. The raw station for the hot pot included noodles, seafood, and veggies. Everything was fresh, clean, and delicious so you can't go wrong with this place.

My only disappointment is that they don't serve tom yum as a broth option like other happy lamb locations but that's not much of a big deal.

Their self serve bar also came with lots of veggies, noodles, seafood and an entire sauce bar! We went for over 2 rounds of protein, I loved the short ribs. And when they say unlimited they really meant it. It was a very good price for hotpot and bbq combo. There were also desserts but I didn't get to it. Bookmarking this spot and I'm definitely coming back. The staff was friendly and came back to check on us for additional rounds of food. The interior was also nice with booths and space. Lots of parking in the plaza as well.

They opened at 11 and I got there around 10 min after opening. The person at the front desk/server couldn't speak English very well but we made ourselves understand one another. Nothing was ready for service. I think that's my biggest complaint. All of the buffer counters were empty. He said around 10 min. No problem. I have my phone for entertainment. Around 15 min later, some items were finally laid out and I got my tomato hot pot going. The buffet has lots of variety from vegetables to seafood when it was finally filled. I also had the bbq - bulgolgi chicken and beef. Both were sliced on the thicker side. Both tasted really good. Again, took forever to get that going. Even when I left at 12:40pm, there were only two items in the ready made food section and the rest of the trays were empty. Come here around 1PM for lunch. Hopefully dinner would not be a problem.

This is my favorite restaurant in Lehi…read more Out of all the Tuna Tataki I've had, they do it the best way. I'll include a picture. Johanna is a great server, I promised her I would leave a review a year or so ago. I forgot and hadn't until now. It's a very pretty restaurant. If there was one complaint it's that the door gets opened, or left open and the cold blows in. Which is more of an Utah people thing, than it being the restaurants fault. I had odd service one time, this was four years ago or so. I haven't seen that server since then. So I guess it's sort of a moot point. For the sake of explaining it. I asked the guy first a to go box. He removed the food that wasn't finished and left the boxes. So I had nothing to pack. Once again, haven't seen him since. Whenever I'm in Lehi this is usually the restaurants fault I go to. I liked the ramen place across the street, but they stopped serving alcohol.

The restaurant is very clean and modern. We got the mixed tempura appetizer. We were very impressed with the portions. However, the vegetable pieces were huge. The carrots were nearly whole, not sliced. It was kind of hard to eat. We got a Vegas roll which was OK. I get the Vegas at most sushi places so I can have a baseline comparison. I also got the Marz roll, and it was SO good! My husband loved it too. We had some issues at checkout where she brought up another table's bill that was twice as much as ours. I checked the details, and she fixed it. Then technical issues prevented our payment using the device. So we had some delays. All in all, a decent experience. If we were in the area again and needed sushi, I think we'd come back. But as we're rarely in American Fork, we likely won't return anytime soon.
