I did not have an appointment, but the ladies were so kind and fit me in early before their first appointment. Knowing they had Disney+ up at the ready (and I brought all of her favorite snacks, too) made it feel like a special treat. Feeling overwhelmed I reached out to my child's school nurse and received this business's information. I called on a Friday afternoon and I had Jillian at our house the next day. She has a three step process to rid your family of the lice. First is olive oil and combing with a specially ordered nit comb, second is conditioner with another comb through, and last step is lice removal gel application which stays on for at least six hours. So don't make any plans for after your treatment. You get to keep the gel and the nit comb and she teaches you what to do if you ever contract lice again. I recommend this business over the others because of pricing. She charges per hour instead of per head. 30 dollar travel fee (unless you are outside of Austin city limits, then it goes up to 50) and 97/hr of work. For a family of 5 it took about 4 hours. Given her precision and experience I feel confident that we are now lice free!
