Aaron and Andrew helped me move on 6/20/15 and it was the best moving experience I've ever had...and I've moved 6 times in the past 8 years!! Jessica was awesome from the minute I received my quote. She always answered my emails very promptly and gave me all the information I needed about the move, while making me feel very comfortable. The move was scheduled for 8AM but Aaron and Andrew called me at 7:45AM to tell me they were leaving the warehouse. They were very nice and very professional the whole day. I was surprised at how extremely efficient they were loading up all of my belongings into their truck while at the same time being extremely careful with fragile items. During the 2.5 hour commute to my new place, they kept me updated of their whereabouts. The unloading process was just as efficient as the loading process and I could not be more pleased with this whole moving experience. I would very highly recommend Helping Hands Moving to anyone!! I cannot say enough good things about Hero Moving. We had a very stressful move coming up, moving my former mother-in-law from Temple to Austin. She has Alzheimer's and was very stressed/confused about the move. Hero Moving was recommended, and as a military family member, I thought it seemed to be the perfect fit. I wasn't wrong! Taylor, Luke and Alex were fantastic and super efficient - more importantly for our family, they were extremely patient with my mother-in-law, especially upon move in to her new home when she kept changing her mind on where she wanted her furniture. Best movers ever! I was totally impressed with Helping Hands Moving from the first phone call through the entire move. Knowing that these guys are all first responders meant that, for the first time ever, I wasn't worried about who would show up for the move. The three young guys who moved me were all so polite, courteous, and down-right adorable. They even arrived early! They quickly and efficiently loaded my things, yet were very careful. They were pleasant and had positive attitudes throughout. I was especially impressed when they wrapped all of my framed art and mirrors. Had the best experience with Helping Hands Movers. Called 2-3 weeks in advance to schedule a move for my big furniture to go into storage and they young lady I spoke to on the phone (Jessica) was very accommodating. The day before my move she called to reconfirm my appointment. The next day about an hour or two before my scheduled pick up I received a call from one of the gentleman coming to move my things which was calming because moving can be very stressful. Once they arrived the checked out when I had in my house and almost immediately started taking things out into the moving truck . They were very careful with all of my belongings and organized in the way they placed my furniture once we were at the storage facility. Lying, Cheating, Unethical, Terrible Company. This company lies to you about their quotes, miss represents themselves as being Heroes when their were not any Fireman, Police Officers, or any of our nations veterans. They have young kids that have terrible attitudes that do not pack their trucks right witch intern damages your furniture. They have horrible customer service and terrible owners that do not care about anything but making that dollar no matter if it's the right way or the wrong way. Once there done if there was anything wrong Jessica one of the owners will flat out ignore you, won't acknowledge your text messages or phone calls. I hope consumers read these reviews before choosing this company because they shouldn't be in business. Best moving experience we have ever had! They called 10 minutes before arriving and showed up at 8am on the dot. They did not waste one second getting to work even though it was raining and close to freezing temperatures. They were extremely friendly and even paid attention to my almost two year old as she was trying to talk to them. They quoted us 4 hours and it took them 3 hours and 50 minutes. They handled our belongings like they were their own so I wasn't even the least bit concerned that anything was going to get damaged or broken. One of the owners happened to be in the area so she stopped by just to check and see how things were going. She was very friendly and extremely helpful. Will definitely be using them when we move into our next home and recommending them to all our friends and family! read more

I can't say enough good things about the Hero Moving Team. Someone from the team came out a few weeks before my move to do a walkthrough (they could also do it verbally over the phone but I preferred they came to the house to see my items and give an accurate quote) and on actual moving day, I received a text letting me know they would be there in about 20min. They helped move me to my new home about a week ago and from beginning to end, the experience was amazing. They were very professional, friendly and efficient. When it came time to pay, the one gentleman went over the cost breakdown. I really appreciated the transparency and clear communication through the whole process. I hired this company based on prior great reviews and was very pleased. My MIL needed to be moved out of her home of 45years in east texas to central texas. They drove to east texas and instantly started packing. The crew of Colton, Jonah, Luke and Taylor worked for 2 and half days getting her things packed/wrapped and moved to her storage units. They worked as a team and were a joy to be around. They checked in with both of us as they had questions/concerns and were very engaged with our questions/concerns. They treated my MIL with respect and were very sensitive to her feelings since this move was very emotional for her. This group of movers was incredible! They were punctual, professional, friendly and extremely careful with my boxes and antiques as well as the interior of my new home. They went above and beyond what I expected, especially compared to the multiple professional moving companies I have used in the past. They came prepared with all types of tools they may/may not have needed. I cannot say enough about these guys; I would hire them again in an instant! Bonus: They were more affordable than any other movers I have used in the past, and they even put together my platform frame for my queen size bed upstairs without an additional charge (for the frame or the one flight of stairs)! I hired three movers to assist with loading a moving truck that we would be driving to my new location. They arrived when they said they would, and were very courteous and professional. I completely enjoyed their friendliness and "willing to help" attitude! Unfortunately, the truck I reserved ended up not being large enough for all of my belongings. When we got to the very last few items, they were very helpful and positive about TRYING to make it fit. I appreciated all there positivity while I was losing my mind!!! I used Hero Moving a year ago and had a great experience so I decided for an unexpected move this past weekend they were my go to pick! I wasn't disappointed in my choice! In fact.. Luke, Taylor, and Sam made our move not only easy and painless.. but also enjoyable! They had great attitudes and went over and above to help... even carrying some personal boxes I didn't want moved down to my car. Jonah, Colby and Tanner were true heroes. The move was bigger than they had been told and instead of complaining and leaving us in the lurch they made it work. They dealt with the elderly, sometimes confused lady that we were moving with kindness and respect. They worked efficiently and continuously, even in the unforgiving July heat. Everything was moved with care and packed in her storage units to assure they would not be damaged accidentally when the unit was opened. We plan to use them again whenever we need movers in town. Christen, Alex, & Elijah were at the house on time and started loading the truck within minutes of their arrival. They sure didn't waste any time to start loading the truck, We moved to a new house and they were very careful with my walls & furniture didn't have a scratch on furniture or walls. These guys were amazing! They called me to let me know they were running a little late cause the people they moved before me took longer (which was fine). They came earlier than expected, they were courteous, fast and careful with our things. I'm definitely calling them again when I move next year. They have reasonable pricing. I called for a ballpark and it was within my price range. I was expecting to pay more when we finished moving but we ended up paying less than the estimated fees and tipping the guys some. read more
