We had the grandkids and after dinner decided to let them unleash their energy! This is the perfect place to do it. The staff were friendly and the facility was clean. We went in at 5:15pm, they close at 7pm. You pay the entire amount, no discount pries for hourly pay. We promised kiddos an ice cream or dots but no can do cause the snack shack was closed. That was disappointing as it should stay open until entire business closed. Also, the bathrooms closed at 6:45pm. What! If ya gotta go, ya gotta go! Again, it should be open until 7pm. First time here and won't be the last! What have I been missing not taking my son here to exert out his never ending energy for about $17/kid to go bananas and run around without casing any harm or trouble around others, why not right? Also... unlimited play? Not bad at all! Just need to remember to bring socks along with you as it's a sock only place aka somewhat clean! I think they have socks available for purchase if you happen to forget. Adults are free as long as you are accompanying your child. You can also book this place for 2 hours for a birthday party as well! I think from what I've seen it's been from 11am-1pm as they need to reopen to the public. Do not get a membership here. They make cancellation difficult. I just got charged another month membership even though I canceled 9 "business days" ago (13 days ago if you count the weekends). I've attached part of the confirmation email as evidence that they received my cancellation request. I have tried to contact management to confirm that my one month membership was indeed cancelled, but there is NEVER management available. It's always young employees that keep saying the manager isn't in, I need to talk to a manager about this and/or if you cancelled online it should he fine. Well, unfortunately they are wrong. It was not fine and their online cancellation system does not work. I signed up for a one month membership because moms I met wanted to do playdates here. When I signed up, I asked about the cancellation policy and they said you can sign up and even cancel tomorrow, and you can use the membership for the rest of the month. They said just to cancel before 5 business days which I did. The management here is completely absent and they fraudulently charge their customers. I am posting this review because this happened to someone else I know too. I should have learned from their experience. What if people do not track their credit card charges? As you can see this place is fun for kids AND adults haha! We had a great time watching our kiddos run around and enjoyed them on the activities. I really liked that not only was there a climbing area for the bigger kids, but a smaller one for toddlers and a completely separate baby area. We tried the milk tea and food and it wasn't bad either. Our favorite part was that it was a compact area and the kiddos can be seen from pretty much any angle. read more

Just wanted to thank Luv 2 Play for hosting our son's 3rd birthday party. Our party hosts Jovan and Martin took amazing care of us. From the minute we walked in till the end of the party, the party hosts took care of anything we needed. Their staff assisted with balloon set up and cake set up, they also made sure all our guests were invited to eat and had somewhere to sit comfortably. It was very organized from the start. There was a timeline when food would be served, when adults and kids would eat and when we would serve the birthday cake. As someone who appreciates organization, Luv 2 Play was the first facility was that allowed me to actually enjoy the party as opposed to making sure everything goes smoothly. Parents know that usually you don't get the chance to eat and hang out with all your guests and I had to chance to do all of it! We invited around 80 guests and I only heard good things from family and friends about the facility and the staff running it. I can't even count how many people asked me about throwing their next party there and I was more then happy to give my recommendation. I've been bringing my son since he was a toddler and this was really the party of his dreams. We are so grateful for everything and appreciate all the help with everything. Got a membership for the kiddos to play here and they had a blast. There are three play areas - crawlers, under 5, and then an open area for everyone. They do a good job at trying to keep the place organized and cleaning up after kids that eat in the play area when they are not supposed to. Some feedback that I provided them was: fix all the broken equipment (air machine in ball pit, fencing ripping throughout the play area, broken/malfunctioning arcade games). They said the replacement part comes from overseas and takes a while to get there, but in the two months I had the membership nothing was fixed. Hopefully they put more effort into maintaining the place to keep up with the competition. read more

Had the pleasure of hosting my son's 1st birthday here and overall the experience was great! We rented a room with the I believe ultimate package that included 1 hour party room, unlimited play and a host. Our host was fantastic and was there for all of our needs, I had 2 young ladies assisting, and they were perfect! This place was really fun for our party the children played the entire time until closing. The concept is definitely top tier and perfect for babies up to adults lol My only bad experience is after we were moved from our party room , our cake was placed on a table near ours with our drink pitchers, all of this was thrown away for some reason, no one even thought yo ask of it was ours. We got a discount off but it did not make a big difference because they charged a 15% gratuity. I wouldn't do another rental room here, not worth it for the price but I will def bring my kids for the play area. read more

This place has gone down hill fast. They are understaffed, it took 15 minutes before we could even check in since the only person working at the front was taking a call. The floor padding has been lifting up and kids constantly trip on it. I've brought this up multiple times and it's still not fixed. The ball pits have been severely depleted where it's dangerous for the kids to jump into. Half of the ticket games are nonfunctional. The other half are also depleted of prizes. Good luck trying to come here on the weekends, they have private parties that block off all of the prime times so having a membership is a waste. read more

This place has seen better days. Most of the arcade type games are turned off. We used to be a member here less than a year ago and the changes within the facility are very obvious. Noticed the games used to be full points - for example, 4 points to play a game. But now all the games are for example, 4.2 or 8.6 points. Makes it challenging to tally up what is needed for the kids to play a game. While the place is clean -- the air compression ball launchers have not worked in the year we've been going there. Ball pit needs restocking. Corners of the tables need baby proofing considering there are dozens of kids running around and accidents could happen. read more

The place is great. The kids love it. It's always pretty clean. We have a membership which is $68 a month for mostly unlimited access for two kids. And you get some free game play every month. We haven't had an actual organized party or the food yet (the reviews on the pizza haven't been good so I'm avoiding it). We just come to run around, play on the jungle gyms, and use the video games. So that's my point of reference. The staff has been awesome every time we have been here, and we have a membership. The place has 5 stars, however, that is for the business itself. If I had to include the occasionally rare rude degenerate people that come and don't supervise their out of control nutty kids, it would probably be 2 stars but they don't have any control over that so I won't hold them to that. I had to take one star off because the games are too expensive, only 1/2 of them work, and the claw machines are of the most ridiculously impossible things I've ever seen. We are really sad to see that this place closed. We have enjoyed so many happy memories with our grandsons here. The staff was always very friendly and helpful. The kids loved going down the slides and running around like crazy little monkeys. We have videos and pictures of several years worth of them laughing and running around. My son and I used to come here since it opened and loved it. It was new and clean. We returned last week and it's run down in wear slightly but all the inside machines for the balls were not working. We then go to get a card for the arcade and it took my $20 and said it could not dispense a card. The front desk said the manager would have to contact me to get my money back since they couldn't provide me with a card or refund. I was understanding, but my son less so. It's now been 2 weeks, I've gotten no return call and every time I call to ask for the manager, they hang up on me or intentionally don't answer. Took my kids here today. Hours of operations said Sunday 11am - 6pm. We arrived at 11:50am and the place was closed. Many Kids including mine were left disappointed and other parents very frustrated. Love 2 play, I have been here twice with my grandson's, and each time it has been so much fun!! There is a snack bar in the back of building , they have individual pepperoni pizza , mini corn dogs the kids loved these snacks, you can also bring your own snack bag they have tables around the snack area, around the play are they have chairs. This place is big and roomy enough for you and your kids to run around in, I did!! For each paid child an adult is Free! Also, handsanitizers are eveywhere for you to use ! My three year old son is absolutely in love with this Play Place! He speaks about coming here all the time and going down the "red slide." Upon finding this location, we knew that we had to celebrate his third birthday party here. Every-time we had to leave, he would break down crying hysterically regardless of how much time he had spent there. On the day of the party, the staff was extremely welcoming and helped us with everything when it came to decorating and helping us put together the balloon garland. I had a creative vision on now everything needed to be set up and it came to life. I am extremely grateful because setting up can be one of the most stressful times during an event, and they made it stress-free and helped us every step of the way! We were not aware as well that there was a fee for bringing outside catering but because we were not notified via phone a week before to confirm party details they were able to waive this fee, which was kind of them. Be sure to note this if you want to host a birthday here! We also added an additional hour to our time because the kids and adults had such a good time. Air compressors need fixing,one tube is clogged and that's my son's favorite thing to play with so it was a bummer. The cooks there need to stop flirting with each other and need to get to work and hurry up! Took 30 minutes for an order of chicken wings with skimpy fries and individual pizza. The foam protection puzzle pieces are coming out of place and I tripped a few times,imagine a child tripping and hitting his head on the unprotected metal handle pieces that are attached to the climbing parts. This is a pretty cool spot for kids to burn off energy. The playground itself is really big, has two sectioned off areas for smaller children, and a lot of fun things to check out within. The playground has a 250 lb maximum weight limit, so if you fall under that, you can go in and keep your kids company. There are also Chuck-E-Cheese type games sprinkled around the place and an area to purchase food and drinks. Everyone leaves their shoes at the front before entering the play area. I love to bring my kids here to play. I love that it's located near my house, I love that it's really big and full of fun stuff for my kids to play on. Also I love the awesome customer service I get from each of the staff members I have encountered. They are always friendly and ready to help. They even answer the phone when you call! This place is open on Sundays which is so good for me since that's my day off. I appreciate how clean the place is and how they make sure this place is kept up. There is also a snack bar with a bunch of food selections and spacious room to eat as a family. The bathrooms are clean and well stocked. They have a nice huge area if you want to have a birthday party here! I have been to a lot of play places in my years as a mom and this one is by far the BEST one! This is a really fun place to take my toddler! So fun I signed up for a membership. Took my daughter last week and sh could not contain herself. She spent most her time in the many ball pits that they have. The place is huge,l with plenty to do. I took my kid on the slides several times as well. I like how they have different sections for different age groups. The staff is super friendly and they keep the place as clean and sterile as possible. They are constantly going around wiping down the whole place and vacuuming. There are lots of hand sanitizing stations throughout the whole place as well. I had a lot of fun also taking my kid, made time fly by really quick. We are now co soldering ha big her birthday party there too. They have private rooms just for that purpose. Nice and new location! Love that they have workers wiping and vacuuming! I do see that they wipe the same things versus like the Mat themselves. Like in some nooks it needs some wiping. But overall it's huge and such a good deal for $15 u can get your child and 2 adults! They do require a waiver fillled out first which I wished they had a sign for before we just waited in a long line to pay. Like let's all be more efficient people! Probably still working out the kinks! The have 2 party rooms u can rent and u can order from their kitchen with pizza and other fried food! Not the healthiest for kids. Signing the waiver is extremely easy. The staff are incredibly friendly and they were helpful; answered all my questions and help me figure out their card machine (was trying to reload the game card and you have to be a wizard to know which button correspond with yes , the young lady was very helpful walked back and showed me the MAGIC. Came here for the first time today and it was awesome E my kids had a blast! We usually go to Montclair but this place is right around the corner from our house. Everyone there is very friendly. Still our favorite indoor playground jn the area. I like how consistent they are in keeping the place clean. I always see someone wiping, vaccuuming, etc. and I especially love how they offer different special events for members and non-members alike. From holiday parties to even special playdates for differently abled kids. We haven't experienced such inclusivity with any other place in the area. For this reason alone, we are customers for life! Also, per my son's request, we had his 5th bday here last summer. Best decision ever. It was hassle-free and everyone had a blast. This is an awesome indoor play area. It is clean, staff is walking around always cleaning the play equipment. They have it separated by age areas. There is a four and under area, crawlers and just walking area and then the big kids area. The restrooms have slippers to wear when using restrooms because it's a socks only play area.
