Worst service department ever! Do not take your vehicle here if you care for your own safety. I had my brakes serviced here and two months later the brakes came disconnected while driving. so after spending $1500 initially for brakes and rotors, I was charged another $1300 to repair them. I stopped going to the Salisbury Hertrich dealer service because they were terrible and was hoping it was just them, but apparently not. Seaford is just as bad. Bad service, terrible communication, and they overcharge you without accepting any fault. This will be the last time I go to Hertrich. read more

STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP. On June 30, 2021, I took my new Buick Encore GX that I purchased from Hertrich Buick GMC in February of 2021 for the first oil change. Buick Division of GM offered a no charge first oil change so I took them up on the offer and arrived at 8:30am on that date. The service person told me that there was an open recall on the radio, and I said that the radio worked fine and wasn't in need of any repair of any kind. The serve person said they must do this work as it was an open recall. Should only take an additional 1 hour to update the software. I agreed to the repair. I went out for a walk and returned about an hour later to learn that the technician had LOCKED UP my radio (the second time he/she had done so in the last 24 hours to another new Buick), but they would be contacting GM for advice. And recommended I wait. I sat around for an additional 90 + minutes to be told (after I had to ask the status), that I could leave with a broken radio or take a rental car. I took the car. They told me they would have to replace the radio (their foul up) and it was on back order. ON AUGUST 11th, I GOT MY CAR BACK. 41 DAYS LATER. Remember, I went in for an oil change. I had to threaten them with a lawsuit to motivate them to fix my car. I drove their car for nearly 3000 miles as I waited and waited and waited for my car. You are fair warned, stay away from this dealership if you need service. I am sorry i ever bought my car from them much less went in for service. read more

The absolute worst dealership around. Everytime I have dealt with them the experiences are worse and worse. All they want to do is take your money. There is no one there that is willing to help, even the seaford location manager. read more

Came by on a Friday around 9:30 to pick my friend up while they worked on his car. They instructed him to wait a few minutes while they did a quick diagnostic. This quick diagnostic turned into an hour long wait for us while they determined the problem. It would have been nice if they told us it was taking longer than expected so we didn't have to sit and wait and hour, only to be told the problem would take 3 hours to fix. The most positive part about this visit was the free wifi and coffee. read more

It was good the salesperson was helpful. They were organized and completed the deal. Some of the finer points were verbally explain when they needed to be shown on paper. The rebates need a little bit more clarity to see what rebates your getting.They change every 14 days.if the salesperson gave me a little extra off I will never know because the different papers and calculations get jumbled around. It looked like an ok deal. I would like to see an American flag somewhere because it was Labor day and they should grill some good American burgers. read more

Horrible customer service between sales and also with service. Bought a vehicle and took them a week to get it inspected and cleanup. Made promises during the sale that took a week to finish up. Poor to little communication. Got the major run around. Will never buy from them again. read more

Everything about my sales person Sylvester was great! However, every other aspect was a near disaster. Seems like nothing could go right. From being told differnet numbers by the finance manager (price was $400 more then I was told, a $349 admin fee was charged even after I asked what it was and was told to disregard it, gap was twice the amount I was told, tag amount was not correct on the contract which was 2 year tags, although I got 9 months) to service issues with the brakes, to getting a faulty key fob replaced, to having to drive back and forth an hour each way for each issue, to the car not being taken thru inspection so that I could get longer then 9 month tags after being told they would be 2 years since I was charged $80. Too many issues to ever go back to this dealership. A little bit of honesty would have went a long way in these situations. Beware if buying from this dealership...take your time and read all the fine print and add the numbers. Make sure anything your told or promised is in writing. read more
