After looking online for a hood used car, I took a trip to Burien to check out 4 of the cross over SUV's they had on their lot. The car are all freshly cleaned and detailed and twice safety checked. If you're hesitant about buying a rental car, you don't need to be. They will print you out the CarFax for any car you're interested in. The sale person was really nice (and helpful) and wasn't pushy. My husband and I looked at 5 cars and test drove one. At no point did we feel rushed or pressured. The woman in the finance office is a delight. Helpful, kind, patient. The only reason e didn't purchase was because we decided to buy a new car instead. However, if we hadn't I would have absolutely bought from them, and would again in the future. Photo of the car we test drive so you can see the condition.

After shopping for cars all day with her no haggle pricing it was an easy easy win! Garrett was great in assisting us in this purchase of the best mom car ever! Just be aware they don't take cash and you're gonna need cashiers checks which takes a long time at Fred Meyer's but Everything at Hertz went quickly and smoothly! I hope I don't have to buy another car but if I do I'll come back!

Diana from Sales and Phil in Finance were forthcoming and honest with my interest rate despite bad credit, never lied and negotiated a sale within mine and my fiance's predetermined budget with ease. I recommended Hertz for used sales over any dealer (who also "resales" rental vehicles bought by the rental car companies). Do yourself a favor and cut out the middle man!

Pretty damn impressed how easy this buying process was. The sales office isn't pretty, and there is no cushy lounge with balloons, but the cars are as you see them and already priced wholesale, so no haggling required. I test drove 3 minivans before deciding on the Town and Country and they gave me a fair trade in value on my old car. Professional sales person and they were very patient with my 2 year old running around with me for the entire process. I actually found this car buying process much less stressful than a traditional dealership because there is no tricky math and you already know you're getting the best pricing on a 1-2 year old car that you're really going to find anywhere. I shopped around quite a bit and am very happy with my decision to by here. Things to know before you arrive: Bring your driver's license and proof of insurance. Bring the registration and title of the vehicle you plan to trade in. There isn't really flexibility on price since they are a wholesaler, but you can negotiate trade in value somewhat. The whole buying process start to finish is about 3 to 4 hours if you have a trade in and require financing. It's a very low pressure sales environment, luckily. :)

While I've had luck with rental car sales locations elsewhere (which is why I tried this place), I wouldn't wish the experience of having to interact with these employees on anyone. My purchase ended with the salesman, James Allen, taking me into an office, closing the door and raising his voice to me while accusing me of lying to his supervisor - after small miscommunication apparently. After that, the keys were left in my new car without anyone there to see me off, shake my hand, or make me feel good about the large check I'd just written. It was surreal. I followed up with James' supervisor, Victor, to file a complaint after this unsettling incident and he patronizingly told me that car purchasing can be very intimidating, even for men like him who worked in car sales. Victor apologized for James' behavior, and offered to pay for the keyless entry to my car (which I had been told existed when it did not). He gave me his cellphone number and when I called him to follow up, he would only respond via text, and did not answer the call he requested from the company installing the keyless entry. There's $280 out of pocket for me, on top of a $15K car purchase. This is a horrible place to purchase a car. Their dishonesty, lack of organization, and incredibly disrespectful staff were shocking - almost a caricature of used car sales. Do not do business here.

From the very beginning, she was honest, transparent, patient, and incredibly thorough throughout the entire process. She never made me feel pressured and took the time to answer every question I had. Buying a vehicle can be stressful, but Wineska made the experience smooth, comfortable, and exciting. Her communication, professionalism, and genuine care truly stood out. I also want to recognize Juan and William for being so helpful, welcoming, and professional during the process. The teamwork between all three of them made this one of the best car-buying experiences I've ever had. Thank you all for going above and beyond -- I absolutely love my Lexus RX 350 and truly appreciate the outstanding customer service!

I am extremely disappointed and frustrated with my experience at this dealership…read more I traded in my GMC when I purchased a Ford F-350 from this dealership about two months ago. As part of the trade-in process, the dealership was supposed to pay off the financing/lien on my GMC. However, two months later, my GMC lender is still charging me every month. My GMC payment is $1,559 per month. That means I am being charged $1,559 every month for a vehicle I already traded in and no longer have, while I am also paying for the Ford F-350 I purchased from this dealership. This has caused me serious financial stress, real financial loss, and risk to my credit. Under Washington State law, RCW 46.70.180, when a dealership accepts a vehicle as a trade-in with an existing lien, the dealer must have proof that the lien was paid within two calendar days, excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and legal holidays, after the sales contract is signed by all parties and all conditions are satisfied. This trade-in happened about two months ago, and my old lender is still charging me. That is completely unacceptable. I contacted the salesperson, Ezequiel Garcia Rivera, asking for answers and help with this situation. Instead of taking responsibility and helping me get this resolved, I feel like he is not willing to help me or provide a real solution. I asked for proof that the GMC loan was paid off, and I asked why I am still being charged by my old lender, but I have not received the help or urgency that this situation requires. This is not a small mistake. This is not just an inconvenience. I am being charged $1,559 per month for a truck that I no longer own because I traded it in to this dealership. The dealership took my trade-in, sold me another vehicle, and now I am the one stuck dealing with the bank, extra payments, stress, and the possibility of damage to my credit. I need the dealership to immediately provide written proof that the GMC loan was paid off, including the payoff amount, date sent, check number or wire confirmation, and confirmation from my lender that the lien has been satisfied. I also expect to be reimbursed for every payment I was charged after the trade-in, including the $1,559 monthly payment, plus any fees, interest, credit damage, or financial losses caused by this delay. Customers should not have to chase a dealership for basic responsibilities after a trade-in. A dealer should not take a customer's trade-in and leave them paying for a vehicle they no longer have. I trusted this dealership to handle the payoff properly, and now I am paying the price for their failure to resolve it. I strongly recommend that anyone doing a trade-in here verify directly with their old lender that the vehicle was actually paid off. Do not assume the dealership handled it just because they say they will. In my case, two months later, I am still being charged $1,559 per month for my old GMC, and the salesperson I contacted, Ezequiel Garcia Rivera, has not provided the help or answers I need.

All the t's were crossed, i's were dotted and I'm out the door. Of course the next day my check engine light comes on. I naturally go to oreillys to get it read, and it's the catalytic converter sensor. So I arm myself with that info, call the Kerrie and he says to bring it in. Swears it's the gas sensor and he'll fix it. I pick my car up that same afternoon. No light? Check. Next day? It now blinks EVERYtime I drive the thing. Smh. I've bantered back and forth with the owners, and he won't budge on allowing me to trade it in, get my money back, nothing. Lovely. I'm paying on a car that I'm scared to drive and am taking the bus in the wintertime. I gave them one star just for the receptionist and her bubbly personality. She seems nice enough, but even she gripes about her boss and job. Dually noted. Would I trimmed anybody come here? No. I would likely give them a bus pass and tell them save their money.

Promised and they delivered on time!…read more I recently purchased a 2011 Lexus IS 250 from Auto's Only on Saturday and part of the deal was to get the brakes replaced as I was informed from the beginning by my sales rep Shahin they needed work. I worked a deal with the manager Chris who contacted General Manager "Han Nguyen" and the Service Manager "Cuong" to replace my brakes in a short 3-4 days notice with a "Due Bill: Worked Promised To Be Performed". Monday I dropped off my car at the Burien location and was holding my breath that they would actually get this done timely with a good job. We called in to get the status updates and the sales rep "Herschel", I hope I got his name right, was super helpful in relaying that my car would be done Tuesday and the things they are replacing to make sure it is braking top notch. It's Tuesday and we get the word that my car is done and go to pick it up. At the door was "Herschel" who greeted us and asked how he can help. We let him know we came to pick up the car in which he took us to meet the GM Han and service manager Cuong who were both friendly and informative of the work that they got done. I can't say enough how happy I was with how fast they got the work done like they said they would and how great my car not only looks but drives like brand new! They replaced all the rotors, pads and one of the calipers. I am super impressed with both locations from the quality of my vehicle, sales process and service department. They delivered on all aspects which is rare from my past experiences with other dealerships. I highly recommend to give them a shot if they have a vehicle you are looking for. On December 16, I received a text from Noel confirming that the trunk had been cleaned and dried. On December 17, I received another message stating that the headliner was being replaced and that the part had arrived. On December 31, I returned to complete the paperwork and noticed that the headliner had been completely removed but not replaced. I was told the issue would be checked on, and it was noted on the due bill. However, when the vehicle was later picked up by my son, the headliner issue had still not been resolved. I followed up with Noel to schedule a time to have the repair completed and was initially told they were unable to do it but would check again. After following up again, I was ultimately informed that the vehicle was being sold "as is" and that the repair would not be completed. I then contacted the manager, Anthony, who said he would speak with Noel and get back to me. I have not received any follow-up communication. At this point, the concern is less about the headliner itself and more about the principle. Commitments were clearly communicated prior to purchase, documented, and then not honored. Following through on agreed upon repairs is a fundamental aspect of good business practice and customer service.
