Decided to also replace front wiper blades while I was there. Burien Chevrolet charged me a WHOPPING $141 to replace the front and rear wiper blades! Front: $63.83+$48.71, rear $27.46! They also charged $113.44 to replace the cabin air filter, not a big deal. I left feeling uneasy at the high cost. After paying, I'd asked the tech, MIke, if these GM blades came with an add'l warranty given the astronomical price and was told "No," just the standard 1 year warranty." When I got home, I went to Burien Chevrolet's web site and saw that the cost to replace front wiper blades was $69.95 (see screenshot) so I called to ask why I was charged 2X what their web site listed. Mike said I need to come in to resolve the issue with the Parts Dept as he "'doesn't control parts pricing." #1: I don't understand why I have to make another in-person trip (and deal with freeway traffic) to resolve a simple parts pricing issue when the Service and Parts Depts are right by each other. #2: There is simply NO excuse for parts pricing that is double what the company list as its prices, both on the web site and over the phone. Note: I'd called Burien Chevrolet 3 weeks ago to compare service pricing among nearby Chevy dealers then left for a trip out of the country to deal with a family health emergency. I just found my notes after stewing over the outrageous wiper blade price I paid! #3: After reviewing the bill at home, it looks like Burien Chevrolet didn't do the tire rotation either as it wasn't listed as a line item the invoice

From the very beginning, she was honest, transparent, patient, and incredibly thorough throughout the entire process. She never made me feel pressured and took the time to answer every question I had. Buying a vehicle can be stressful, but Wineska made the experience smooth, comfortable, and exciting. Her communication, professionalism, and genuine care truly stood out. I also want to recognize Juan and William for being so helpful, welcoming, and professional during the process. The teamwork between all three of them made this one of the best car-buying experiences I've ever had. Thank you all for going above and beyond -- I absolutely love my Lexus RX 350 and truly appreciate the outstanding customer service!

BUYER BEWARE: A good…read moremajority of the trucks on their lot have been imported from Canada. If you don't already know, Canadian roads are VERY hard on cars/trucks and often have rust problems. I almost fell into this trap. I was very close to buying a truck from them, but wasn't made aware the truck was imported from Canada until I was almost done signing for it. There must be some sort of law that mandates dealerships to disclose imported vehicles. I stopped the signing process and went and looked at the under belly of the 3 year old truck I was about to buy and it was completely rusted out. No deal! It would have been nice if this dealership was more up front about this. It felt sneaky. I should have done a better job of looking at CarFax instead of trusting the inspection report that was provided to me. It felt like the finance manager was trying to get me to rush through the signing process so I wouldn't notice or question anything. Later that night I went on their website and saw that almost every one of the trucks listed have been imported from Canada.

Promised and they delivered on time!…read more I recently purchased a 2011 Lexus IS 250 from Auto's Only on Saturday and part of the deal was to get the brakes replaced as I was informed from the beginning by my sales rep Shahin they needed work. I worked a deal with the manager Chris who contacted General Manager "Han Nguyen" and the Service Manager "Cuong" to replace my brakes in a short 3-4 days notice with a "Due Bill: Worked Promised To Be Performed". Monday I dropped off my car at the Burien location and was holding my breath that they would actually get this done timely with a good job. We called in to get the status updates and the sales rep "Herschel", I hope I got his name right, was super helpful in relaying that my car would be done Tuesday and the things they are replacing to make sure it is braking top notch. It's Tuesday and we get the word that my car is done and go to pick it up. At the door was "Herschel" who greeted us and asked how he can help. We let him know we came to pick up the car in which he took us to meet the GM Han and service manager Cuong who were both friendly and informative of the work that they got done. I can't say enough how happy I was with how fast they got the work done like they said they would and how great my car not only looks but drives like brand new! They replaced all the rotors, pads and one of the calipers. I am super impressed with both locations from the quality of my vehicle, sales process and service department. They delivered on all aspects which is rare from my past experiences with other dealerships. I highly recommend to give them a shot if they have a vehicle you are looking for. Thanks Auto's Only from me and my happy wife!

In December, I identified a vehicle that my son was possibly interested in purchasing and, prior to…read morecompleting the sale, requested that two issues be addressed: a hanging headliner from the sunroof and a concern related to the trunk. On December 16, I received a text from Noel confirming that the trunk had been cleaned and dried. On December 17, I received another message stating that the headliner was being replaced and that the part had arrived. On December 31, I returned to complete the paperwork and noticed that the headliner had been completely removed but not replaced. I was told the issue would be checked on, and it was noted on the due bill. However, when the vehicle was later picked up by my son, the headliner issue had still not been resolved. I followed up with Noel to schedule a time to have the repair completed and was initially told they were unable to do it but would check again. After following up again, I was ultimately informed that the vehicle was being sold "as is" and that the repair would not be completed. I then contacted the manager, Anthony, who said he would speak with Noel and get back to me. I have not received any follow-up communication. At this point, the concern is less about the headliner itself and more about the principle. Commitments were clearly communicated prior to purchase, documented, and then not honored. Following through on agreed upon repairs is a fundamental aspect of good business practice and customer service.
