    No words for how terrible this place is. I have held my tongue and been patient but I cannot any longer. I make this trip twice every month and for over 7 months now, I arrive to no cars being available. Whoever is performing the rental calculations for this location needs to be fired! It's just not worth it anymore. #SeeYaHertz

    We rented a vehicle last year and we get here and there's absolutely no vehicles whatsoever that are available. Even the Thrifty also had no vehicles. This place is a joke, stay clear. This is the third time this has happened with this location. Every employee is clueless as well. They have no idea let alone any information to give of why they do not have any vehicles.

    I booked my reservation months in advance for a 9 day roadtrip. I paid extra for a hybrid SUV. Doesn't matter here, they will give your car away. Showed up to a sign that said no cars available. I had to wait hours pushing my already tight itinerary back by 2 hours. And guess what, didn't even get a hybrid SUV that I paid for. The customer reps in person treat you like your the inconvenience. They are also short staffed and only had one rep assisting customers. And guess what, you better pay for their plus membership because they get seen first. So while us "little people" were waiting our turn, customer after customer in the "plus" line got to cut us all off. And forget about calling customer service. They don't understand and will even hang up on you. It is sad because I booked Hertz thinking their reputation was excellent and after this fiasco, boy was I wrong. I will never, ever book Hertz again and I implore others go seek rental cars elsewhere.

    They have really gone down in their quart of service. Reserved-a van and when I arrived they said they had none available. They offered to put me in a sedan which would not work because I had a group of six and needed something with a third row. Eventually they got me in a full sized SUV. It has a lot of scratches around it but it was all they had available. I was assured that the damage had been noted before I exited the lot. At the exit I had another issue. For some reason the vehicle was coming up as not available for rental. So I had to wait for a manger to come out and change something to allow me to leave the lot. Process was very time consuming. I don't know if I will use them again. I used to love hertz. They are usually a little bit more than others but the good service was worth the cost. Now not so much.

    Continued awful service and nobody cares. Check out what greets you when you go to get a car as presidents circle. And not an employee in sight. Well done Hertz. Be proud.

    I rented from Hertz for a business trip at the BWI location. I rode the very crowded shuttle bus from the terminal to the rental location, which took about ten minutes. When I arrived, I was second in line at the Hertz counter. While waiting, the rental agent announced it may be up to an hour before anyone gets a car. I waited roughly 5-7 minutes for my turn. I was checked in within five minutes. I was happy it only took 20-30 minutes to get a car. They called my name, along with a few others, and took us to the gold section where we were advised to pick any car as the keys were in all of them. I chose a four-door midsized car with bearly 7,000 miles. It still had the new car smell. I had to leave extra early for the airport when heading home. I drove into the return area. I was advised to leave the keys in the car, and I could head to the shuttle. Pretty quick return process. I was surprised at the wait to get a car when I arrived. But I hadn't rented post covid. The staff were friendly and I would rent from Hertz again.

    Only use hertz here because of work and membership and this place still continues to disappoint. It wasn't like this and the past year it has gotten down right awful. They finally have enough desk staff around to help folks which is an improvement but still no cars?!!! Doesn't matter if your gold status presidents circle or whatever status they don't have cars and at least a wait of 30mins to 2hours?!!! Wtf ?!!!! Awful selection, at least if you're not going to honor a reservation on time give the customers a discount or part of our money back. So frustrating that none of the other options are any better. So you just have to pick the best of the worst. ‍ I will say the poor customer service folks are friendly and are trying their best. So I gotta give them a shout out. Come on hertz corporate help out your customers and employees.

They had a wide selection of vehicles of the type I wanted in the Club aisle. One issue. The next day, I had a low tire pressure warning, so I assumed there was a leak. Called National Roadside Assistance. They were helpful but by then the closest open rental facility was in the airport. Went back to National BWI, who were expecting me and handled the switch out smoothly. Took my vehicle and got another one. Another minor issue. The next vehicle's display screen kept locking up when I tried to interface to Google Maps. Each vehicle was a nearly new Mitsubishi SUV. These are not really National's fault. Hope to rent from them again on my next trip!

    I rented from National Car Rental on a work trip to Baltimore. I caught the shuttle to the car…read morerental location. National was located to the left once inside the building. There was only one person in front of me, my wait time was 5 minutes. I showed my ID and provided a credit card. The checkout process took less than 10 minutes. I walked into the garage where I was met by an employee who pointed me to a mini SUV. I was very happy with the car as it had less than 3,000 miles. It still had the new car smell and drove like a dream. Drop off was easy peasy. I got in line and someone came to take the keys and check in the car very quickly. Then I hopped on the free shuttle bus which took me to the terminal.
