We were told we could take it to a car wash and they would deduct up to $20 for the wash. The inside had footprints in the back as well as driver side. Also noted, there were no floor mats in this vehicle at all. When we returned the vehicle, we vacuumed out the vehicle top to bottom, wiped down the interior (even though we did not receive it that way) and windows. Photos are attached in the review of the returned vehicle. All of a sudden, over 24 hours later we receive a call that we will be charged $325 for cleaning the vehicle out. I was shocked. If you review the photos of the vehicle, there is no dirt, sand or dust in the vehicle. The vehicle was returned spotless. I will be fighting these charges as that is a little excess for cleaning. Steer clear of Budget in North Glen on 104th and spend the extra money at enterprise car rental. I read all reviews here and the cleaning fees are crazy. They do not clean the vehicles when you get them! Its your responsibility to clean it they said. Attached is also the Budget agreement paragraphs on returning the vehicle clean. Normal wear and tear is okay it states, but a piece of hair, or a piece of sand left behind is warrant for $325 cleaning fee?

If I'd make any changes or suggestions, it would only be a bit more guidance in the drop off at a different location. I expected the booths in springs to be open late and was left a little puzzled. After some digging I figured it out just fine though! They abide by state laws, while also not being too terribly greedy. I walked over after a bad experience with the competition next door, and was surprised at how easy it was for a walk in / same day rental! I ended up saving money in the long run with them too. Awesome team over in Denver and COS! Definitely earned my loyalty for the next time I need a rental.

Priced really well and excluded all the other guff that most big stores charge in "fees". Charged me a great deal on the car with none of the scummy dealership tactics. Set it up over the phone and the longest part of the process was my test drive. Great place to work with and really took care of me and my family. Cannot recommend these guys enough. Drove out in 40 minutes.

Can't say enough good things about Brandon and his team at B &E Auto Body. I quickly began my research to find a reputable auto body shop because I wanted the repairs to be perfect since it's a brand new car. We were super bummed because we still had temp tags on the car. I spoke to Nicole on the phone and she was very nice and super helpful. I took the car by to have Brandon look at the damage and his confidence in making the repairs allowed me to breathe a sigh of relief. We dropped the car off and they worked directly with my insurance and performed hassle free repairs. They only use OEM parts and the repair is perfect! It's like nothing even happened! As you can see from the before and after photo, there was significant damage to both passenger side doors as well as buckling in the door jams. I was worried that the paint wouldn't match but it looks brand new. Don't trust anyone else other than B & E for any repairs you need for your vehicle. I will only use them for any future repairs I may need.

Longer lines, tension between the written word and the action, and a car that was possibly the worst performing car I've driven. The shuttle picked us up quickly, which was great! The driver was nice and helpful. Then, more than 30 minutes waiting, even after doing the online checkin. They needed to verify documents, so there is no benefit to the online checkin, you're in the same line as everyone. Was told I'd be charged a $200 deposit, no problem. Then, they charged a $250 deposit. That would have been ok, I just like to have words and action to match. The car was a standard SUV. The car was such a gutless gas-guzzling SUV. Returning the car was odd. I pulled up and into the line of cars. After 10 minutes, I began to go inside and a worker motioned for me to move the car over to the line next to the one I parked. I moved, he was gone. I just walked around the car and filmed its condition, took pictures of the clean interior, and the full gas level. I went to the bus. So very strange. And, the shuttle driver was great, a nice guy that was very helpful to everyone. The drivers earned the two stars.
