The customer service was great and so were the prices!! The lines were long, but moved efficiently. Everyone I was helped by was thorough and kind. If I'd make any changes or suggestions, it would only be a bit more guidance in the drop off at a different location. I expected the booths in springs to be open late and was left a little puzzled. After some digging I figured it out just fine though! They abide by state laws, while also not being too terribly greedy. I walked over after a bad experience with the competition next door, and was surprised at how easy it was for a walk in / same day rental! I ended up saving money in the long run with them too. I got good service here at Enterprise. I rent from them often on my trips. This Enterprise location services incoming visitors from Denver International Airport. The car rental agencies are just outside of the airport terminal. The airport has a courtesy shuttle service outside of baggage claim that picks up every ten minutes. Just follow the signs that say "CAR RENTAL SHUTTLES". I got in early and was one of the first ones here when the building opened. The process is smooth and the service was nice. I am extremely dissatisfied with Enterprise at Raleigh-Durham Airport and with Enterprise's 800-number customer service. I rented a car at Charlotte Airport on Wednesday, May 13, returned it to RDU on Friday, May 15 at 1:00 PM, and as of Sunday, May 17, the rental still has not been closed out and I still have not received a copy of my receipt. Enterprise's own process says receipts should be available online beginning 48 hours after return, but that has not been my experience here. I called the 800 number three times and each interaction was frustrating and unhelpful. I also have been unable to contact the local office directly, which makes it impossible to resolve a basic issue like getting a receipt for a completed rental. As a Gold member, I expected much better service and basic accountability. Instead, I have experienced poor communication, no resolution, and no apparent value placed on loyal customers. I just heard from Michelle at Enterprise. Her response was utterly useless! In my original post, I mentioned that I have contacted Enterprise customer service 3 times without a response. She suggests that I reach out to customer service thru their website. I already have 3 times to no avail!! Obviously, they don't care about their customers. read more

We rented from Enterprise on recent trip to Denver. The whole experience was uneventful. I rented with the on-line app and requested a specific vehicle so when we arrived a young man named Paul went to get it and came back and said it wasn't available, but he could give us a similar one which was even nicer. We drove it for 12 days and had no problems. When we returned to the airport we were met by Rio who checked us in and even offered to take our bags to the shuttle. A long shuttle ride away from the terminal (they go from East/West pickup twice at long intervals to wait and then get to the terminal), they help with the luggage, and then when you get to the service center - 1) no app check-in available for me, 2) they close the business rental line leaving everyone to go to the regular lines. The staffers upfront were quick so didn't take too long once I was at the counter. No spare rentals at the time, so they had to turn away a couple that was looking for a car. Then you go out to the service counter and they help show you which car you have in the aisles. Our first car had a bad tire sensor, which was a no-go for a long drive. The second car had a small windshield crack (hail?) and a loose front bumper (they said it was ok) but was a bit dirty inside - they hadn't vacuumed very thoroughly and the seat was sandy and stained. 25k miles on the car, so probably less than a year old. Easy swap out (though it took some time), though, so staff was very helpful even if the facility was a bit far from the airport. There's a Philips 66 close, too, for fueling up before you bring it back. read more

Everyone at Enterprise was super friendly and welcoming, which was an awesome way to start the trip! You can tell the team is in good spirits and trying to create a positive experience. That said, there was definitely some confusion when it came to actually getting the car. The rep told me to go down one of the aisles, but never clearly said I could just pick any car I wanted. There was another couple in front of me that looked just as confused, so I wasn't the only one. Also, no one told me I needed to hand over my reservation papers at the exit gate, I had them in the trunk and had to pull over and dig them out. So while the staff was friendly and helpful overall, the communication could use some improvement. A little more clarity would've gone a long way! read more

This issue is not with this specific location, Enterprise doesn't let you add drivers to your reservation on the app or desktop when making, changing or when checking in. Very, very inconvenient to have to go to the counter instead of being able to do this in advance and go straight to your car. Please ask corporate to add this option. Booked a 1 week rental for our summer vacation and couldn't not have been happier with the experience here. From inside the terminal, instructions were clear and easy to get the bus to shuttle us over to the facility. I was afraid it was going to be a painfully long process- but it wasn't! I had done the online checkin and filled out all previous paperwork. Walked up to the podium, allowed to pick the car of our choice (within oir paid price range), keys were in the car and we drove off. Checking out was however long, 1 line, 1 attendant, and this did take about 30 mins to get out of the lot. Even though this took a while, still a good experience. Enterprise has been my go to rental car company for a little while now (probably helps when there are some work perks lol). I've come to enjoy the ease of use and flexibility they offer their clients and this place is no different. First thing of note, rental cars at Denver airport are not close. You need to take a shuttle (all the companies provide one) from the airport. It's about a 5 min shuttle drive. Second, the enterprise location in Denver is massive! They probably have 10s of thousands in their fleet. So with such a large fleet they're going to have lots of options. Third, make sure to check in ahead of time so that when you arrive off of the shuttle you just check in outside. They'll confirm your information, and they send you down the appropriate isle. Then all you have to do is pick the car off your choice and you're off. The experience here for my family was quick and easy, thanks to the efficient and friendly staff! read more

Get Rent Only one day in Denver necessitated getting a car for the day, so we booked an "Intermediate Car" (we ended up with a Toyota Corolla) for ±$110/day thru Costco Travel. The Good: *Denver International is so large that every car rental agency has its own shuttle *and* their own building. *Shuttle drivers were friendly and helped load and unload luggage. *Smooth pickup and drop-off *They actually gave us the choice of which car to pick (up to a point) *One of the few places that I've seen that encourages you to walk around and do a visual inspection for damage beforehand. *The checkout guy in the booth was super friendly and helpful, as well. *Also the only place that I recall where someone was actually there to meet and greet you when dropping off--and we don't do late drop-off, usual btwn 4 - 6 a.m. The Meh: *They still try and do the upsell of added insurance, and yada, yada... The Ugly: *The guy doing the pickup was a bit low energy, which is whatever, but it didn't help they had loud music pipping in, so it made it difficult to hear him. Conclusion: Maybe the most seamless car rental to date. Highly recommended. read more

I was delightfully surprised when I was directed to a row of compact SUVs with all wheel drive. And it did snow - a lot for my drive from Colorado Springs to DIA. The vehicle they planned on renting to me wouldn't start so I was given one that ran rough and had heavily tinted windows! They sent me off across the country with a vehicle that you literally could not see out the windows at night!!!!! My 11 yr old nephew exclaimed, "What's with these windows? I don't even think they're legal" when he got in. There's no way those windows were legal and there is no way I'll ever rent from Enterprise again. read more

If I could give it negative stars, it would be -5 stars. Terrible customer service. Made a reservation on 4/15/2025 for pick up in Durango, CO on June 26, 2025. Got an email confirmation on 4/15 and on 6/25 got an email to check in ahead. Once I arrived at office in Durango off of US160 I was told they had no cars available for me. Now there were cars there, but I guess they honor some reservations and not others. So whlike there I called their Customer Service number... was told they would send info to supervisor to get straightened out. Waited an hour and nothing. Called again this time referred to their "escalation department" and was told "nothing we can do now, we will contact you in 2-3 days and see if we can get a car for you". Unbelievable I guess they have a new slogan... "Enterprise Car Rental, where reservations mean nothing". Beware of reservations with this car rental company. read more

We went to pick up our car at 2 a.m. When we spoke to the blonde white woman employee she was very condescending. Didn't we know that since we're from Denver, we need to use a credit card? We understand that something is out of the employee's control, but considering our vacation plans were ruined and we had no attitude, she could have been a little more understanding when we asked questions. It's clear why she works the night shift because customer interactions aren't her strong point. We already have our 'Readypass' where we declared everything (which you do at the counter when they ask all questions and you accept/decline) -so we saved almost 30-1 hrs time depending on the queue line. there was a lady, whose name starts with C (sorry, I forgot her name). She took us to the ready line, I tried my luck and asked for up-gradation and she happily obliged it. We got Jeep Compass and glad we asked for upgradaion. (We drove over 1600 miles in 3 days and it's very comfortable in SUV- so good decision). We were IN and OUT in 15 minutes with the car. even while returning the car, it did not take much time. car was clean, except exterior which you cant avoid. If I can give this place negative stars I would. After waiting over an hour for a car, photographs depict the conditions of the vehicle we received. Apparently, THIS car rental location does not clean the inside of the vehicles after you have spent $770.00+ renting them for 3 days. I am not a hunter. I am not a skier. If you are those things great, but I shouldn't get what's left over from someone else's experience. The vehicle we received was an Armanda and it smelled like cigarettes. I quit smoking 9 years ago, so giving me a car that smells like a dive bar isn't helpful to my history. Also, mud everywhere? I have white sneakers on in a vehicle that has mud all over the place. When we got to the attendant, I took the Matt from under my feet and showed it to her. Additionally, I asked her to open the door and look inside to smell the car and see my complaints. The best she could do at that moment was allow us to bring the vehicle back empty. Awful. I've never had a rental experience like this. The attendants working the counter were inefficient. I understand customer service and being friendly, but customers shouldn't be at the counter with reservations longer than 15-20 minutes. The quick checkout machines are temperamental with your drivers license and only one works. Good luck with that. I do not recommend this location. Next time sticking to what we know, Hertz.
