I meet Kelvin, a man among men and a car rental genius as far as I'm concerned. Sr Rep for Thrifty, Kelvin finds me a Dodge Caravan, the most deluxe mom van I've ever seen. I was on my way and into the zone where I spent the next 10+ days. I cannot recommend these good people highly enough. They came to my aid in a time of real need and did it with a smile. Sounds like the time you got the corolla and ordered a compact you got a free upgrade which they always do of they dont have the size you reserved. Personally I dont like to make a reservation for anything smaller than a full size. Enterprise cant control how big or small the dealerships make their "intermediate" cars. Even a standard size has some great cars like the 200 but also in my opinion some terrible ones like the beetle and soul. If you book a full size you will get what most people consider a "normal" car or a free upgrade to suv or premium car or something else. Payment Policies - if your paying with anything other than a true credit card then go to the branch before the day of your rental so they can prepare you for all the extra paperwork

The gentleman that checked me in was pleasant, but he definitely lied about the wait being "just a few minutes." Then, I realize there are 4 chairs and 10 people in the waiting room... So, okay no big deal. I'm young, so I leave the chairs for those who actually need to sit. However, I then proceeded to wait for over an hour. I'm standing with my things, and the phone is ringing off the hook (with no one answering it) for over an hour! It's maddening. When I finally got the car, Dharma was very sweet, helpful, and displayed excellent customer service skills. Unfortunately, all of the other issues were just too much for her to save this review. If I could give just her 5 stars, I would. Enterprise needs to at least get enough chairs in that place, and teach ALL of their employees to be professional and safe while on the clock. Perhaps have Dharma lead a class on positivity and professionalism.
