This seafood Restaraunt is amazing, we went on a busy Saturday Sunday evening so the wait seemed…read morelonger then it actually was. I ordered snow crab legs and shrimp with the garlic butter. The sauce was amazing! I love fried mushrooms and not too many restaurants still have them so they were a perfect side for me, the mashed potatoes were good just needed to be added to the butter garlic for an amazing taste. Definitely a must go to restaurant. Seating was kind of tight being directly at the door but all in all an amazing experience

I'll start off by saying that I truly want to give them a 3 1/2 star review, but since we know that…read morecan't happen I have to go with 3 stars because it wasn't close enough to a 4 star review. People love this place ... I say that because we were there late afternoon during the week and it was busy ... and it kept getting busier. I do understand why folks love it tho, because there's no other real seafood "shack" in the area specifically where folks can get their blue claw crabs. It truly does look and feel like a seafood shack because the wooden walls, brown paper on the table, paper towels on the table and overall decor scream "We are at the beach in a small southern town in the middle of nowhere where" lol Our server was great! She was very attentive and made recommendations... she was also very patient with us given that this was our first time here and we're a bit undecided on what we wanted to order. Now on to the food - this is honestly where I was underwhelmed. The broiled seafood had a whisper of flavor, the crab cake left a lot to be desired and the garlic buffalo shrimp were overwhelmingly buffalo sauce on top of fried shrimp. Now the clam chowder I had was amazing and I even ordered some to go. My friend enjoyed her crab legs meal overall and perhaps if we visit again that's the route I'll go. Oh and it's also a BYOB , so, be sure to grab your favorite bottle and bring it on in.

I finally get to try this place out. I personally love seafood boil. Just like other seafood boil,…read moreCrafty Crab serves fresh meaty seafood. My friends and I ordered clam chowder, a truffle fries, calamari, crab cakes , breadsticks, and a seafood platter with ramen. The clam chowder was creamy. Not sure if it's cause we each tried some to see if we like it, but I didn't even taste any clam in the soup! The truffle fries were very crispy, definitely can tell it's freshly made. Breadsticks and crab cakes, on the other hand, were slightly overcooked. They are no golden brown but darker brown color to me. Maybe that's the way they cook and serve them. As for the main dish, the seafood patter with ramen, it was not bad. I normally order butter or max two flavors, but this time, the group wants to try triple flavors. It wasn't bad but slightly salty, which is predictable, but definitely flavorful. This is the first time i add ramen to my seafood boil. It was delicious. The ramen soaked up all the sauce and flavors. Well worth trying. Our waitress was very friendly and filled with smiles. Great service! The restaurant itself was pretty big with many tables and, I believe, two party rooms. Great for special occasions and celebrations. They have a big parking lot so parking shouldn't be too much of a problem.
