Soup flight with a cold soup shot!
    Jon E.

Soups were amazing! Went the first day and got the Flight, 3 soups with homemade gluten free bread that was delicious. Second day got a bowl of the tomato and zucchini curry soup with bread and a brownie! The service was great, they greeted me, explained the soups and menu, let me taste the soups and were very patient while I picked my toppings. I heard regulars just tell them to add what they think would be best to the soup. You can add any toppings for the same price as just the cup or bowl of soup. Since the soups are made fresh each morning, they are hot and ready to go, so even if there are several people in line, it goes pretty quick, so it is perfect for a quick and healthy lunch. They have frozen soup also. At the end of each day they freeze the soups and then sell them. On top of all of this, everything is gluten free and the base of the soups are vegetarian or vegan. It is a small kitchen with a few tables to sit and eat at. There is a window that faces the street and lets in great light. The entire place is meticulously clean, the entire kitchen is open and visible. Thanks for the great lunch!!!!!

Walked in 15 minutes ago and was refused a table again even though there were several open and I offered to move if a larger group showed up. I suffer with a back injury and have explained this to the same lady behind the bar. We usually have worked out that I can sit at a table unless it's needed for incoming guests. I can't enjoy my meal with my body hurting (and this has now forced me to leave Pasquale's a 2nd time before even getting menus) and I think it would be beneficial if Pasquale's took into account some people might have issues you can't see! If I could rate JUST the FOOD it would be 5 stars. Unfortunately the customer service overshadows that.

I ordered the mushroom ravioli with chicken and rosso bianco sauce, which is half red and half alfredo sauce. It was weird that they weren't mixed, but plopped on the plate side by side. I know, I can mix it myself and I did try, but it was hard to do when over a clump of stuck-together ravioli. The chicken was clearly pre-packaged, pre "grilled" chicken (you know those fake grilling lines? It was like that). Garlic bread was tasty but on sort of low-quality bread, it seemed. My mom felt the same about her dish, cavatappi with a spicy red sauce and meatballs, and she said the meatballs were definitely frozen and reheated. She wasn't impressed. I fully understand that we may have ordered the dishes Pasquale's isn't known for. Maybe the sandwiches and Italian Stallion rolls are much better! If you're craving a basic red sauce joint (which I do quite often), this place will scratch the itch. That's about it, though.

My…read morehusband checked the website for Greystone Ale house and attempted to use the online reservation for a large party. Every April single date appeared to be booked so he called the restaurant. He spoke with a staff member and asked if the restaurant was completely booked. Staff said no, the app was not working. My husband outlined what he wanted and thought he was set. No one called to confirm or to set up the menu. We stopped in person to see the space and confirm the reservation. We sat at the bar and asked for the manager. We spoke with a manager and were told there was an incomplete reservation that nobody followed up on, with only a first name and no number. She then grabbed a lap top and asked the customer next to my husband to move over and squished her way between the two. Of course there was no privacy with the arrangement plans. The room we were to rent was unoccupied and would have been more private and just a few steps away. There were multiple issues the day of the event. We did not have a dedicated server. A group of 25 people should have a server dedicated to that group only, since the bill was over $800 with a mandatory 18% tip. The server did not remove drink glasses from the table or ask if family needed another drink. Family had go to the bar to get another drink. The food was served buffet style. We were missing barbecue sauces for the meat that was dry. We used the bake beans as barque sauce. We were also missing the coleslaw and potato salad. After a while the family began complaining that the food wasn't hot. Server had been absent some time so we went out looking for her and found that she was working other tables. We sought out the manager and told her of the complaints and the servers absence. Most everyone was done eating the lukewarm BBQ food without BBQ sauce when the server came in apologizing for not reading the menu for the party and the missing food. She brought in the BBQ sauces and left without removing dishes on the tables or offering to get more drinks. The manager brought in potato salad but the coleslaw was never brought even though I asked as she was leaving the room. Our recommendation to anybody seeking a venue for a party or group, do not use this one.
