Another issue is the limited restroom capacity. There is only one bathroom, and wait times can sometimes be quite long, especially during busy periods. The shop also struggles during the summer months. The air conditioning doesn't seem capable of keeping the space comfortable, and it can become uncomfortably hot inside. Ron said the he owns a coffee farm in Costa Rica (where he is from), but he sources his beans from around the world, depending on where the best beans are from at a particular time of year. At the front is the coffee bar where you can sample their coffees and chocolates. In the back, are the roasters, office, and areas where they make everything. They were kind enough to provide a tour. The Midge Coffee Spread was delicious (coffee + cocoa butter). You mix it into hot milk or hot water and it's lovely and smooth. I also got the Cortez Primo Coffee Drops which were like coffee chocolate bon bons, very delicious, and 1 = a cup of coffee. Thank you Ron & Judith for a lovely visit!
