Lee's Korean Kitchen in Port Washington is a clean little take-out spot right on Haven Street by the train station. The owners are friendly, and the food was to my liking. We ordered 20 wings (10 original and 10 soy garlic), French fries, and coleslaw. The coleslaw tasted really fresh--it wasn't drenched in slaw marinade nor overly sweet. The fries were good, with a nice amount of herbs and not too garlicky. The chicken, though, was obviously my favorite. I enjoyed both the non-sauced and sauced ones. The seasoning was spot on, and the wings were all a decent size. The original ones had a nice coating and were perfectly seasoned. The soy garlic wasn't overly sauced, and because the coating was done right, it still had a crunch to it even after a 12-minute drive. Definitely going to come back and check out some of their other dishes.

Love their bento boxes that offer both spicy marinated and not so spicy marinated options. We love their tornado fries. If you have never been to a true carnival with carni food then you'll be surprised when you get it. Essentially a whole spiral cut potato on a skewer that's fried up and then seasoned. It's a cruise between a french fry and potato chips on a stick. Highly addictive and you need to order 2 per person because one is never enough! Tteokbokki (savory sweet & spicy Korean rice cake) could be a bit spicier and the sauce a tad thicker but still delicious! They offer a wide range of drinks from Vietnamese coffee, thai tea and boba teas and portion to price ratio is spot on! They do have some seating but best trådhegn out! Support local!

I ended up meeting one of the owners and Lloyd was extremely pleasant to talk to. We must have talked for over an hour and he told me how he lived in Texas, worked here, met his wife and decided to open a restaurant when he found no Texas BBQ places around. He suggested a few dishes and we couldn't be happier. What you'd normally look for dips or sauces, the food was spectacular as is. Definitely recommend and looking forward to going back there again.

Tonight's warmed over, dry ribs were another disappointment and we won't be back. The ribs are not fresh or juicy, as they had been the first time we were here. That was a memorable and fabulous experience that we've been trying to recreate. The service here has always been friendly and attentive, but I really wish the food was as good as what we had the first time we came. We met the owner on that visit, and he seemed to really care about the restaurant. I haven't seen him since then, and I'm so disappointed at the place's decline. I reallt want to like this place. It's a nice location. The outdoor seating and bar are comfortable and cool. But I just can't get past the decline in the quality of the food.

They have a beautiful dining patio outside and a humble interior. The bathroom is easy to get to and spacious. Everything is at grade level which is even better for handicapped people. I had a party of six and we sat outside. There was a good mix of shade and sun for those who didn't mind being a little cold or hot. The restaurant was able to accommodate us on Easter Sunday an hour earlier than they originally do open, so we would be guaranteed a place to eat. (Every other option was fully booked a week in advance!) The food was really good. We had a mix of beer and boba shakes for those of us who are sober. The kimchi pancakes were perfect and no shellfish to be frightful of in regards to allergies. We tried their popcorn chicken and one was a little sweet and spicy and the other was plain. We shared edamame. And everyone was happy with their dishes whether it be the vegetarian japchae, beef bulgogi, dolsot bibimbap with an egg, house salad, soup, chicken katsu, etc! Only one star removed because the veggies were still more raw than cooked in the dolsot bibimbap. I know we were a large group, but cooking it a little extra would have been preferred. Happy eats!

It's more of a quick sit down service type restaurant. You grab a menu from inside and then find your own seat. Once you decide on what you want, you head back inside and order. They have a ice cold water dispenser inside to pour for yourself as well as plenty of napkins and condiments which is a huge plus!! They deliver the food to your table once it's ready. I ordered the Boba Thai Ice Tea which was supper refreshing (it was more like a smoothie which was unique). I also got Beef Bulgogi with Udon and it was delicious! I will definitely be coming back soon!!
