Salads. Cold cuts. Rice. Beans. Zero complaints there. Back at the table, the gauchos began bringing the meats--filet mignon, picanha, sausage, bacon-wrapped steak, chicken, and lamb. Everything was cooked to perfection. The service, however, stayed subpar. My mango caipirinha arrived five minutes later, but my husband's Coke never showed up. We waited all dinner for it and never received it. Our waitress only came back once because we flagged her down for water, and then again for the check.
