Sean and Lee were GREAT! Radu, sales manager, BEWARE. Sean an excellent salesperson, quit because of their deceptive policy, and so did Lee. Sammi and his wife, just beware. The "AMEN" sign on the wall does not agreed with their actions. Twice I had a $ 20 K cashier's check cut to them for a 2015 Lexus Rx 350. I had to cancel the first one because they damaged the car mother board while repairing it. (they scratches on it) The next time,,, they promised to repair the damages and when I returned with another $ 20 K cashier's check for the car they refused to sale it to me. I recently purchased a 2020 Mercedes-Benz CLA 250 from this dealership, and my experience has been extremely disappointing. The vehicle was sold to me with locking lug nuts, but I was never provided the wheel lock key. Shortly after purchasing the car, I hit a pothole and got a flat tire -- only to find out I couldn't even remove the wheel due to the missing key. This created a serious safety issue and left me stuck. When I contacted the dealership, multiple employees acknowledged that the key was not provided. However, instead of offering a solution, I was given the runaround and even told that they have sold multiple vehicles like this before and that it was somehow my responsibility to catch it during a "pre-sale inspection." As a customer, I should not be responsible for identifying missing essential equipment -- especially something that prevents basic maintenance and impacts safety. The lack of accountability and refusal to resolve a clear oversight is unacceptable. I am now having to pay out of pocket to fix an issue that should have been addressed before the vehicle was sold. Buyers beware -- make sure you thoroughly inspect everything, because this dealership does not take responsibility for missing items or customer safety concerns after the sale. Short version: they are thieves, delivered a car with non-disclosed issues and refused to make-good. Stay away Long version (please read if you consider buying from them): I purchased a pre-owned Porsche 911 from HiLine Motors, I'm out of state and bought it unseen. The car was described to me by Steve as "in perfect condition", with everything working and no need for service. Once paid and delivered, the car had several non-disclosed issues. Many past due services: (1) Brake rotors were completely worn out and needed replacement. (2) PDK (transmission) fluid change past due. (3) Clutch fluid change past due. (4) Break fluid change past due. And the car had problems: (1) The driver heating and cooling seat was not working. (2) Half of the A/C buttons were not functioning due to sticky (soda?) spills. I spent $3,688.08 for all the past due services, and $2,200.30 to have the driver seat fixed, a total of $5,888.38. I contacted Steve at HiLine Motors to request for them to pay at least for the seat repairs ($2,200.30) and they refused. I have filed a complaint with the Attorney General of Texas but I have low hopes of recovering anything. A few other red flags showing they don't care about their customers: - The car was shipped in open bed truck and arrived completely dirty - One traffic light not working - Only one key fob was included, they never told me 2nd was missing. It cost $500~$600 for a new Porsche key fob (!) - They said they installed a new battery, but they have put a regular battery rather than a recommended AGM battery, and it was not charged Bottom line: do not trust them, stay away. My son purchased an Audi S7 from these crooks. The car seemed fine, but then you come to realize it's a piece of junk. He had an extended warranty they would not honor. We spent over $11,000 in repairs. We hired a lawyer in hopes they would make things right. The extended warranty company settled but we are still in court with the owner, Sam who is an arrogant SOB who claims he's broke. Was looking to purchase an F Type R Jag and saw that this dealer had one so we went to look. First you must provide personal information when you "check in" or otherwise known as walking into the show room; all before you can even look at a vehicle. Then you are told that they only do test drives by appointment. Ok, maybe they want to vet you first. (Do the realize they are "selling" used cars?) Ok, fine. We looked that the car that they advertised as being in great shape, and fine a half dollar size blemish on the hood where the clear coat is eaten away. We ask about that and a couple of other questions about the mechanical status of the vehicle. No clue, they have little to no knowledge about the vehicle they are selling; or at least in this instance. They do end up telling us that it would cost over 3k to fix the blemish. (So I guess you are selling We leave and look at a couple of other dealerships, where we test drive the vehicle and attempt to make an appointment to test drive this vehicle. We set up a day and as we are ready to go to HiLine to test drive we text the sales person (who has been communicating with us and oddly each time mentioning discussing how we would pay for the car and other financial matters before we have even had a chance to test drive the car.) In the text, on our way to "test drive" the car, this sales person basically states that we can discuss finances before the test drive. At this point, I call the sales person and say that I don't discuss finances on a car before I test drive and decide that this is a car I wish to buy. We found HiLine to be very unprofessional, pushy, and everything a used car meme represents. The advertise a car with not reported damage, I guess a 3k plus paint job blemish on the hood of the car is not really damage. We ended up going to AutoNation where we were treated very professionally, bought the same model and year for about 5k less with no half dollar size imperfection in the paint and a dealer provided warranty. Thank you HiLine for directing us to a better car, a better and professional dealership, and much better experience. Avoid these guys; they have shady practices and are unprofessional. read more

Pretty Disappointing event here. Went through the buying process for a BMW M2 with Tommy, and Gabe Deleon (who is the sales manager) Asked to confirm that there was a second key for my car ($600-$700 for the car). Gabe left the room to "Go check in the back" and "confirmed" there was a second key, and that it would be sent with the License plate. Turns out Gabe actually lied to our face and when my License plate came in without a key, tried to call and get in touch with both Tommy and Gabe about it. Only to be answered with "They are in meetings and will call you back". So after Dodging me for 5-6 days (I live outside of Austin now and couldn't show up), I finally get an answer from the manager of the keys (I forgot his name) confirming there was not a second key in stock and never was. So after lying to our face to keep the sale smiles, both parties then dodged my calls and refused to talk to me about it. The integrity of the sales process here with both Gabe and Tommy was absent. Steve Salerno is a shady scam artist. Will promise you anything to get you to buy a car and then string you along once they have your money. Read their fine print on the "We Owe" section of the dealer contract very carefully. They can promise you the world, but it is void after 30 days. Steve said he would have stains in the leather seats dyed and scratches in the ceramic window tint redone. I tried making numerous appointments to fix what he promised and he strung me along for three months saying he needed to find time with the "provider." Now he won't even respond to my text messages. Don't make the same mistake I did when I didn't listen to a bad review on Hi line Motors in Plano, Texas. This is by far the worst used dealership I have ever dealt with. They will tell you how all their cars have been inspected by the mechanics and have no problems. What I found with the purchase of a 2016 Land Rover LR4 from Hi Line in Plano, Texas is it needed $6,648 additional cost in repairs and maintenance. The worst was the leaking water pump which was obvious. The salesman Steve Salerno was all smooth about how he was talking to the General Manager about the problems and was going to get back to me and take care of the issues. This went on for a week. Then Steve was sick for a week. Then I finally had a enough of Steve and tried to go up the "chain" and was told Steve no longer works here. I then explained the situation to Feda who took my messages and told me to forward the bills to her then and she would then forward everything to the General Manager and that he would get back to me. After multiple phone calls to Feda with no response from the General Manager, she simple said "They were very busy." 2 weeks later no return phone calls. I recently had a terrible experience with HighLine Motors. I had a deal in place for a Mercedes E55, but after I had already sent out a wire transfer, the dealership backed out of the agreement. The salesman, Steve, was very persistent about how he was getting hundreds of calls about the car, and then suddenly the dealership changed the price of the car. Despite this, Steve said he would honor the original price and I gave him my credit card to hold the car. Steve never took my deposit (This should have been my first red flag) Monday morning within an hour of my bank opening I sent out the wire. Steve was texting me all morning, everything was going to the deal. I was then told the wire transfer would be sent back to me and the owner now wants to keep the car for himself. (This car is 23 years old with 184k miles on it) Steve and the dealership have not been honest. Very pushy to get the deal done at first. Price of the car was changed while my deal was going on. Once a wire transfer has been executed, it is considered a binding agreement and it is unprofessional to back out of the deal. I advise caution when conducting business with this dealership due to the unfavorable experience I encountered. I recently went to Hi Line Motors to drive a 2014 BMW 75li. There were problems with the car, such as the door would not close. First the salesperson said the doors do that after some time. I know that's not true because I currently own the same model (750li). Then he said he would have it fixed in a few days. After a few days, I called back; he stated, ' His manager would only fix it if there was a deal on the table'. This seems a little backwards. So, if the next customer that looks at this vehicle and doesn't check all the doors, 'HIS/HER BAD'. He/she would just need to put the car in shop to get fix after finding out the back driver's door doesn't close properly. The salesperson knew very little about cars. Instead of him trying to give me answers about the vehicle, he wanted me to drive a different one. His only interest was closing the deal/selling a vehicle. I would highly recommend avoiding this place if you are looking for your next or first car. He also suggested I buy the extended warranty to get the items repaired that I pointed out. Really? I bought a 2016 Land Rover LR4 in late August 2023. This dealership is an absolute disgrace, and their actions border on fraudulent. The car they sold me was a mess, riddled with undisclosed mechanical problems that have cost me a small fortune in repairs. I was lied to by Tommy the salesman that no longer works there, and I quote "because of reasons like this, I no longer work there". A complete unethical company at all levels! We test drove a nice Cadillac. It drove good and looked good. My one ask was that the wheels be cleaned and buffed. When I came back to pick up the car, the dealership had scratched the side of the car when they took the wheels off and they had closed the hood before moving an object from the motor and the result was a hole in the middle of the hood. We were not in the market for a dented and scratched vehicle and Tommy agreed, threw the staff under the bus and said "I'm not happy about this but we can fix the dents and scratches, that's not going to be a problem." "Here, I'll sign for the repairs on the 'We Owe" page!" When the final paperwork was emailed to me for a Docusign, the "We Owe" page was altered to show that nothing was owed by the dealership. I refused to sign. Also, the front tires were bald... BALD! The scumbags switched the front tires making the set mismatched. Tommy cheerfully offered a "dealer discount" ... "$600.00" for new tires. I contacted Tommy and Gabe Deleon through phone calls and emails to ask for the tire price in writing... no reply. We scheduled a day to bring the car back to repair the dealership caused damage. Day of the repair... "sorry, the body guy is not here but the paint guy is and we will get the car buffed out and scratches fixed." When the car was returned to me I asked about the dents and the hole in the hood. Tommy said "We can fix the dents but not the hole." We scheduled a day to bring the car in for the repairs. I posted a negative review, sent a registered letter to Gabe announcing that I was bringing the car back and called to see if there was going to be a problem. Per Gabe Delon "We are not a body shop and I don't know what damage you have done since buying the car." I was told not to bring the car back. My attorney will write the next chapter so if any of the other 1 & 2 Stars received what you feel was a DECEPTIVE TRADE PRACTICE, please let me know. I bought a used and beautiful Porsche 911 in perfect conditions, low milage and very fair price. I bought the car remotely from NY state in TX. Bob Tauber my sell contact person was just amazing. Bob was right to the point without sugar -coating, firm but very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. I start the deal on a Friday and the next Friday the car was in my driveway in Westchester with no problems whatsoever. The tile arrived within a few days and they even found the second key! 1. I traded in my car and I was still charged for my monthly payment. I called my lender and they told me they had not received the payoff. I called HiLine back and was told they only mailed in the check after weeks since I traded in my car. 2. They did not do the inspection on my car. After I called to ask about the payoff amount that I mentioned above, the salesperson asked me "have you done the inspection?". I was really surprised with the question. Usually the dealership did the inspection and they even charged me the inspection fee in the paperwork. She told me the inspection was already closed when I purchased my car.. What made me upset is they did not even bother to tell me when I took the car home and let me drive the car for weeks without inspection. 3. They gave me 1 key for my car and I called couple days later to ask if they had the 2nd key. They told me they did not have it, so I went to Porsche dealership to have a spare key done for $400. When I came back there to have the inspection done, the salesperson told me they do have the 2nd key. I was glad to save me $400 but it did not stop there. I gave the salesperson the 1st key that I had for the inspection. When they were done, I went to her office to get my car key. She put my 1st key in the desk and asked me to give them a good review on google or yelp. My friend went in and asked about the 2nd key, the salesperson told him "Yes, l have it here". But she did not take out the 2nd key and only looking at me. I understood she was waiting for me to post the review before she gave me the 2nd key. Since I really wanted to get my 2nd key, I posted a quick review. After I told her I posted the review, she even checked her phone to make sure it was there. It usually takes 1 or 2 mins for the review to post, and we were sitting in her office until she saw the review on Google. Once she saw it was there, she took the 2nd key out from her drawer and gave it to me. I did not appreciate that attitude at all. 4. I asked the salesperson to transfer my old license plate to the new car, she confirmed they would be able to do it. In the state of Texas, they encourages us to transfer the plates. After almost 2 months, I still have not received my registration. I called to ask and she told me they just mailed it couple days ago. To my surprise, I received the new license plate for my car. 5. One of the speaker in my car was broken, so I had to take it to the Porsche dealership for it to get replaced. Disappointing Experience! I walked into HiLine Motors extremely excited to test drive a car I've been interested in for a little while. Gabe, the sales representative was pleasant and made the overall experience fast and easy. Once we worked out details, I decided to use my car as a trade and paid for the rest in cash, again, fast, and easy transaction. The vehicle was ready to be picked up in a few days, the vehicle was delivered fairly clean, smoke smell and empty gas tank. Gabe gave me one set of keys and told me the second would be provided once I picked up my plates, no walkthrough on how things worked on my new car or anything. A couple of weeks later I received a call that my plates were ready, I went in, picked up my second set of keys and new plates were placed on my car. As I was pulling out of the parking lot, the brake light came on, I didn't think anything of it but when I got home my husband noticed it. He called the dealership Monday morning and was told Gabe was no longer an employee there, so he spoke to someone else, he explained to him the situation and was provided with a name of a place to take it to for inspection. We did that and was told the car needed new brakes, front and back and it would cost $3,500 and that it had to be done as brakes were in the bad condition. We left the car there to get brakes done, called the dealership spoke to Steve and explained, we just bought the car 2 weeks ago and already need to replace brakes for $3,500. While car was being serviced the battery dies and needs to be replaced, another $400. Now I'm out just shy of $4,000 and had the car for only a few weeks. I've been going back and forth with Steve for weeks now as he keeps giving me the runaround that he's "trying" to get me some sort of compensation, but I keep on having to follow up with him. If you are looking for a car dealership that is only interested in the sale of a vehicle and offers no 'customer service' after they receive their money, this is the place for you! After purchasing a vehicle from this dealership, which was a very easy transaction as financing was already in place, I was contacted stating that I need to get a state inspection completed (guessing this was something that they did not complete prior to the sell), however I was never advised why. Fastforward to me taking the car to get an inspection only to discover that there was a problem with the port in the vehicle and the inspection could not be completed. So after taking that time off of work I had to take more time off to take the care back to the dealership and was advised that I would have to leave the vehicle there. This would have been nice to know since I live 1-1.5 hours away! Upon arriving at the dealership, I inquired about a loaner vehicle and was told they did not have any, so I had to inconvenience another person to drive the 1-1.5 hours to get me. At no time was I ever offered a "We are sorry for....", only told that this is all costing the dealership $$$. After a few days I was able to get the vehicle back and the reassurance that the inspection has been completed and title and tags on the way; oh this meant another trip and arrangements with another person to get me there. Once there I noticed that the expired temp tag was still on the vehicle so I inquired about it to only be told there was nothing they could do to get a new/updated temp tag. After a couple of calls back to the dealership explaining the situation and being told they could email an updated temp tag, I never received the email, had a call back to say that the tags/sticker is on the way. To this date, I still do not have tags/sticker; the temporary tag is 2 months expired! And here is the kicker on this one, I had asked for the General Manager to contact me to discuss the issue at hand and sure enough NOT A CALL BACK. High-end car.... LOW-END SERVICE! read more

We told the sales person who came over to us what we wanted to look at and he got the key. He unlocked it from inside the dealership and walked away. It wouldn't open when we went outside so my husband had to go back inside and tell him. He came outside and was on his phone most of the time. We walked back inside and he pointed to his office if we had more questions then walked away to help someone else.
