I've been to so many head spas, but NOTHING compares to getting a full head-to-toe massage where you're literally being handled like a chef tenderizing meat The way she was digging into my skin had me fighting for my life -- but in the most rejuvenating, magical way. Trust the process and let her rough-handle you. Is it painful? Yes. Did I shed a tear? Also yes. Was it worth it? HECK. YEAH. Asian aunties are NOT afraid to beat you up a little and send you home feeling like jello And that's BEFORE the head and facial massage even starts. Honestly, I get so disappointed when I end up at places that just lightly play with my hair like I'm some house cat. I'm not here for soft, feathery touches. I want PRESSURE. I want TECHNIQUE. I want my soul to leave my body and come back renewed. And trust me... you WILL get the best head and face massage here. She uses multiple products, different tools, and even a steaming device that makes you look like an alien but in a good way. For a full 90 minutes she does. not. stop. kneading. Forget falling asleep. You'll be too busy floating between pain, pleasure, and pure bliss. And get the $150 royal treatment package. It's a 100/10. Worth every penny!!

I arrived feeling exhausted, but I left feeling completely revitalized and refreshed. I received a wonderful service from Hannah, who gave mea wonderful scalp massage ‍. They prioritize using their hands over massage tools, which made the experience more personal. With my long, thick hair, Hannah was very gentle and careful when detangling, making the entire experience relaxing and enjoyable. The atmosphere is relaxing.

So this review is coming As someone who has visited both the Westminster and Anaheim locations approximately 18 times, I can confidently say the quality here is consistently excellent. My regular masseuse was unavailable, so I saw Sophia instead, With over 20 years of experience( she have magic hand) Her technique significantly reduced my facial swelling and eye puffiness. I've uploaded before-and-after photos to show the results. My face appeared more lifted and revitalized post-treatment. Highly recommend.

Really great value for what you get. Reasonably priced. The only cons are you dont get your own room (but most places dont offer that) and sometimes the lady at the front will be watching something loudly on her phone. Good: - The ladies who work here were all very sweet and polite. There was a scheduling mixup and they didn't have someone to take me until 20 minutes late, but they were very apologetic. - The head massage was great. I love lots of pressure and scratching and I enjoyed it. - Really nice that they blow dry your hair at the end with no extra charge (I got the classic, if that matters). It's not a full-on style but adequate for going on with my day. Not as great: - After lying flat on my back for an hour, my upper back started to feel a little uncomfortable. - The waiting area is contiguous with the treatment area (just separated by some curtains) so you can hear everything in there. Some ladies came a full hour early for their treatment (essentially soon after I started) and I could hear them chatting throughout my whole session :( They weren't super loud but still very noticeable. Perhaps there should be a sign that says "quiet zone" in the waiting area. I accept this is just a risk when choosing a spa with this layout. read more

We booked an appointment for 7 people for my Bach party! They were able to accommodate us and our last minute requests. (We added an extra person). Some of the girls went to the other salon location and was late but they still waited for us. All the girls seem to enjoy it however some of the curly hair girls did say they wish their blow out was better. They had only 6 chairs for the drying station so one of our girls was sitting in the waiting room getting her hair dried. So if you have curly hair this salon may need to learn about the hair care for your hair more. My services with Bella was great through, she made sure I was comfortable and asked me about the pressure of the massage and etc. they even brought us party gifts!! The facial was nice everything was relaxing. Overall rating 4.5 stars! read more

Went today. Lovely time. Place was clean and they were very accommodating and patient. Sadly a rude lady came in while we were having our service done and was yelling and degrading the poor workers. She was so rude and the workers were so pleasant and tried to make her understand. It wasn't pleasant having to listen to that "karen" be unreasonable so long and so loud. But my hair is super soft and the massage was lovely and relaxing. Def give this place a try. read more

I've been to this location a couple of times now and each time has been very relaxing. I've done the standard, classic, and deluxe packages. Their products smell amazing and the facials are so nice as well! My only wish was that the curtains closed all the way to have some privacy during treatments, but otherwise a nice little hidden gem in an unsuspecting strip mall. read more

I had a relaxing appointment at Hi-Lite and left the salon with silky smooth hair and a fresh scalp. I purchased their 120 min service and it went by so fast! During this time, they used several tools to massage your scalp and wash through it with shampoo and conditioner, you receive a face massage, do a face masks, get leg and arm massages, and then end with a blow dry in the salon chair (check out their service menu for more details). The only thing that threw me off was the background music - I can't remember if there were commercial in between, but it took away from the relaxing element. Otherwise, it was a good first experience! read more

Came here with high hopes because of the reviews and prices. I have to say I'm extremely disappointed because the person washing my hair was either tired or just not good at this. Her touch was so gentle it felt more like a feather. When she would "massage" my face, and shoulders it was so gentle that I immediately knew it was not worth my time and money. Zero pressure came out of her fingers. It's as if my little sister was playing with my hair and face. Too bad because she was really sweet person. I did tip her very well for her time because she was kind. Not worth my time and money! read more

Probably the worst haircut I've ever had. I've been tying my hair and clipping the bangs up until it grows.

It also makes it harder for your stylist(s) to touch it up. With all of this in mind, Huy has been nothing but accommodating towards me--even the times I've returned to him with 4+ months worth of growth. My hair is naturally a level 1-2 and my goal is a level 9-10 pale blond... not easy to achieve. I had to go through 3 before I found Blue Sky Hair. Don't be discouraged by any negative reviews you might see. English isn't their native language, but they will try their utmost best to accommodate for you and communicate with you. They are experts at their craft and I am lucky to have found them.

And i am so happy that I decided to do so. Nancy did my Brazilian and was very detail oriented and quick. She used the hot wax and paper method with small sections. I am writing this review to express my extreme disappointment with the scalp massage I recently received at your salon. Not only did the therapist Celine & Hien fail to use all the products advertised, but the overall pricing for the service was completely unjustified. When I booked the scalp massage for my sister and I, we were excited to indulge in a luxurious treatment that would leave our scalp feeling rejuvenated and nourished. However, upon arrival, I immediately noticed that the therapist did not utilize all the products mentioned in the treatment description which we both selected the "PAMPER" pkg $110. This lack of product usage was not only misleading, but it also affected the overall effectiveness of the massage. Just about every device she used felt short and rush 5-10 secs! Not even exaggerating! Furthermore, the pricing for the scalp massage was exorbitant, especially considering the subpar experience I received. I expected a premium service for the price I paid, but unfortunately, that was not the case. The therapist seemed rushed, failing to provide the level of attention and care that I had anticipated. Moreover, the ambiance of the salon did not match the high price point. The atmosphere was lackluster, and there was no sense of luxury or relaxation. I felt like I was just another customer in a conveyor belt of treatments, rather than receiving a personalized and indulgent experience. The water harness was only used for a good 10 secs as well!!! As a customer, I believe it is essential to receive the value for the money spent. However, in this instance, I left your salon feeling unsatisfied and frustrated by the lack of products used/advertise and attention to detail. Whatever the shampoo being used made my hair color brassy. I sincerely hope that you take this feedback seriously and address the issues raised. Customers deserve to receive the services they pay for, and it is crucial for your salon to provide a consistent and exceptional experience. I urge you to reevaluate your pricing structure and ensure that all therapists are trained to deliver the promised services with utmost care and expertise. I am extremely disappointed with my experience at this spa. My friends and I had booked appointments in advance, only to find out upon arrival that they had double-booked us. What's worse, they didn't notify us in a timely manner beforehand, leaving us to show up, only to be told we'd have to wait for over three hours for our appointment. The lack of communication was beyond frustrating. No one reached out to let us know about the scheduling issue until we arrived, and when we asked for a resolution, the customer service was unhelpful at best. The staff made no attempt at making things right. This was an entirely avoidable situation, and I expected better from a business that should be focused on providing a relaxing experience. We won't be returning, and we suggest others think twice before booking here. Completely unacceptable! read more
