I finally stopped by for a dog and a drink out of their cooler and enjoyed every bite. Can't be a regular due to them moving around a lot. They're closed the weekend and Monday. Some places have parking or safety issues off major highways, so important to be careful of those pulling in and out. I wouldn't hesitate to eat there again if they're on my side of town.

Not only visually welcoming, the smell was enticing and the taste was outstanding! Plastic fork tender oxtails, the fat was rendered well and the yellow rice was drenched in the delicious Oxtail Stew. Collard Greens with plenty of vinegar tang accompanied along with a solid Mac n Cheese shell. Chef reps Louisiana heritage and it shows. I ordered the Hungry Man sandwich and I was beyond satisfied. This sandwich is stacked with 2 eggs, bacon, sausage, ham, and a hash brown on a Kaiser roll. The service was fairly quick with the order being prepared within 5 minutes. Upon taking my first bite I was met with a pleasant and familiar taste I had not experienced in over 17 years since I lived on Long Island. They make the sandwich to order so make sure you ask for whatever you want on your sandwich such as salt, pepper, ketchup etc. The bacon egg and cheese sandwich is a part of NY food culture that can't be found elsewhere... until now.
