The initial number sounded competitive. That's what keeps you engaged. Then the calls start. A few hours later: "Great news, we found your car -- but it has upgraded rims, that's another $40/month." Later: "It also comes with a safety package -- that adds about $30/month." Then: "The original car was sold, but we found another one in the same color with a different package..." Each conversation added something new. Each change increased the monthly payment. By the end, the lease terms were dramatically higher than the original quote -- roughly 30% more. It felt like a classic bait‑and‑switch structure: hook you with one number, then slowly move the goalposts once you're invested and think the deal is almost done. If you speak with Armen, get every detail in writing upfront -- exact VIN, exact MSRP, exact package breakdown, and final monthly payment including all fees. Do not rely on verbal assurances. Transparency and consistency matter in leasing. Unfortunately, that was not my experience here.

They told me the tires were all brand new and I saw a plug in the rear tire from a nail repair, and there was clear wearing on the inside of all tires from it needing an alignment. We agreed they would take care of the repairs before purchase. Since I had already driven five hours round-trip twice to look at the car and pick it up, they agreed to deliver it to me at my expense, even though they were negligent in having the car ready to go. To top it all off after confirming with them at least five times to clean the car, they delivered a Maserati to my home, dirty not washed or vacuumed with oil stains in the backseat, old air fresheners in the pockets, and I even found a little kids glasses in the middle console. Not a good shop to buy an exotic or a high-end luxury car. Who in the world would want to buy any type of car and receive it dirty with the previous owners belongings in it???
