    I recently was in need of a car because my BMW was giving me too much trouble. So I came to this place because a friend recommended it and I could not have asked for a better car buying experience. As a first time buyer, everything was done so efficiently and fast. I was able to trade in my BMW as down payment and they gave me a fair price for it. The whole process was so easy and the staff was so kind and answered all my questions. I really recommend this place for anyone who is looking for a good deal on a used car.

    CAR SHOPPING FOR A MONTH - let's just say this was one of the greatest dealership - no haggling lowest price nothing hidden - and it was worth it came out with a q50 $3000 lower than any other with warranty Vic is your man

    I just bought my corvette from here they are the best hands down I went to 5 other dealers before coming here and I'm so glade I came here I did not have very good credit and they still got me approved for a 2009 corvette ask for Vick awesome guy man he will help u out and not pushy at all like the rest of the car sells men great service

    This dealership was amazing car prices are right sales people are very nice excellent customer service I have been to many dealerships before I walked into this one saw a car I like a Salzman approach me by the name of Vick he was very polite knew what he was selling hi product knowledge skills polite and offered me a great deal for my trade in also discounted their car I would highly recommend this dealership to anybody if Yelp at 10 Stars I would have gave it 10 Stars thanks Vick would send you referrals

The entire purchase took FOUR hours. The purchase price was already set from a AAA Auto Club car buying program and our credit is excellent, so I'm not sure why it took this long. Reflecting back on the experience, I believe it is a common sales tactic to make a potential buyer wait so that they become invested in the purchase. Once we got the car home, the next day I couldn't even get into the car! The key fob would not work, so initially I thought the battery to it went bad. Nope. We manually got in with the key, but when I tried to start the car, the battery would not let us start it. I had to call AAA Auto Club roadside assistance to jump the car. They tested the battery and said it had been drained somehow. They advised us to drive it around for a half hour and that it should work the following day. The next day I tried it again and the same thing happened! We bought a Subaru for its reliability, so the fact that it wouldn't start twice was a bad omen. When I called my sales person, Selim, he didn't seem very startled by the news. He asked us to bring it in so that their service department could inspect it. I did so the very next day around 8am. After a three hour wait in their service department (I mean, how long does it take to test a battery out and switch it??), I was told that there was nothing wrong with the battery or the car. I said that was impossible because I had two AAA Auto Club roadside assistant techs come to tell me that the battery was not working. They had even given me reports to this effect. The last straw was when I asked if they had changed out the battery and they had not. It was suggested to me that their dept would keep it overnight for inspection and that I could have it for another 5 days to test it out. However, something didn't sit right with me. After the initial purchase of the car I definitely wasn't taken seriously with my concerns about the car not working. So I returned it. The purchase may have taken four hours, but the return took 30 seconds! My drama doesn't end here, of course. I had a $8000 deposit that needed refunding, but this part never happened so I had to initiate it with THREE different banks! Do yourself a favor and learn these life lessons: 1. Don't buy a used car from a dealership that doesn't specialize in the brand of car you want. We ended up purchasing a great Subaru at Sherman Oaks Subaru (no hard push, less time, excellent service). 2. Walk away if you hear the words, "I'll check with my manager and get back to you in 10 minutes." You won't be waiting 10 minutes; they're just trying to get your business. Walk away because you have options elsewhere! 3. Don't buy from a dealership that isn't close to your house because if an issue comes up then you have to keep going back and forth. 4. Believe in yourself and don't let anyone else undermine you. After all was said and done, Car Pros Kia Glendale told me they sent that car to Subaru Glendale's service department. They found out that the wrong size battery had been installed on the car! They put in a 550 amp instead of a 750amp. It was like I said all along, something was wrong with the battery. Another fair warning: the salesmen don't have a lot of power. The finance guys are the wolves in sheep's clothing. They will try and upsell you on service packages and LoJack.

Excellent customer service, service department made it easy to get an appointment, didn't have to wait around looking for help, prompt/easy shuttle service, timely delivery of car. This is how it should be everywhere!! Had some trouble with the tech connection for my phones - they resolved it for me. They were very kind, helpful and explained it to me with amazing patience. (Not the experience I had at Pasadena.) The only negative at New Century is their permanent building/location is under construction and the temp location is a bit dingy. Not a space you want to hang around and wait for your car. Despite this I would still highly recommend New Century Honda in Glendale and it where I'm going for my next service.

Day comes and I drive to the dealership and there's no order, no part... just a saved quote. I understand accidents but this is 4th time they're doing this. Management needs to step up!

When I arrived and explained why I was there, I was told the used car sales manager (because that's essentially what my Jeep is at this point ) was busy. Fine. But not one person offered me a drink or said "please have a seat." It's the little things, and those little things add up fast. When the used car sales manager did appear, things went sideways quickly. Instead of greeting me professionally and inviting me into his office, he kept going back and forth between the sales floor and his office -- which was odd and frankly dismissive. It rubbed me the wrong way and a verbal exchange followed. Not my finest moment, but I shouldn't have been made to feel like an inconvenience in the first place. That's when Ruben stepped in. He saw the escalation, came over, and completely changed the tone. He was patient, kind, and professional even when I wasn't at my best. He never escalated, never made me feel dismissed, and handled everything with a level of calm I genuinely wasn't expecting. He's brand new (no business cards yet!) but already showing what great customer service looks like. The stars on this review go to Ruben and Ruben alone. He's the reason this review has any stars at all.

The fact that they didn't know I was just replaced it 2 months ago with AAA with 3 years of guarranty but they're called to say my car was ready but I needed it to buy new battery which it was impossible just because the saw that I have a sound system in my Gladiator and battery was brand new. I don't know if they got mad because I didn't buy a battery with them but when the AAA guy came to check the battery, battery it was dead but how? They're fucked up the battery and left light on inside the car moving the dimmer on ( I took a picture of the dimmer )when I never left it on. Anyways that was a bad move and they're just want me to spend money buying a new battery. NO SEAN TRANZAS MECANICOS, GENTE DE SERVICIO AL CLIENTE FROM JEEP GLENDALE. I was there on Saturday, April 18, to pick up my car. Everything was great, my service advisor helped me out and gave me my paper work in no time. I was told to wait outside and someone will bring my car down. I waited nearly 30 minutes to receive my car. I saw ONLY one young man hustling the whole time. He was a slim, young man with curly hair. Unfortunately, he was the only one I saw getting cars down which could explain the long waiting time. Upon him delivering my vehicle to me, I saw another young man who I assume was his coworker bringing another person's car down. He was tall, and light skinned. Unfortunately I was unable to get either of their names. But the young man that brought my car down was literally sweating and breathing heavy from what I assume was due to all the cars he had been bringing down , the other young man was visibly relaxed without a care in the world. How was one worker able to bring down a handful of cars while another managed to bring only ONE down. It is beyond ridiculous how such a great dealership allows workers like that into their company! Pacific BMW do better! That inconsiderate young man needs to have a serious wake up call from management. We need more people like the young man that was hustling! Gave me the tour and walk through. Such a good dude. Friendly, polite and professional. He sat with me in the car and helped setup my phone to the car to personalize it for me. Customized the car to my liking and went over all the gadgets. In the end I felt extremely comfortable. I felt at home and was provided exceptional service. I was welcomed at the door. Greeted with a smile and left extremely happy and satisfied. I have owned the vehicle for a week and I have come to love my ride more each and every day.

I got a '21 TLX in January and he got me right to the price I was looking for and made the experience overall timely and enjoyable. Since then he's followed up multiple times and has helped me out with a few minor things whatever it is, quick response and quick solution. He seems to genuinely care for his customers and has gone and continues to go above and beyond. Everybody else at the dealership really was great too and I mean that efficient and straight forward. I'm 27 and I've bought and owned probably 6 cars by now 4 with dealerships so definitely can say with real meaning this overall has been by far my top experience buying a car. Since getting the car back in January I have taken the car for routine check up at a sister Acura dealer by where I live in the Inland Empire as I needed help with my Apple CarPlay (quick fix) and they said Acura Of Glendale sold me a car in impeccably good shape and that I didn't have even one thing I needed or they suggested to fix (first time that's ever happened for me at a dealer service center). Highly recommend this dealership and Daniel personally if you're thinking of shopping here. 10/10 dealership will be for sure coming back.

I checked everything I could think of, but I couldn't find the cause. Left with no choice, I parked the car there until Monday, and without a moment's hesitation, I contacted Acura of Glendale immediately to schedule an appointment for Monday morning. On Monday morning, I used the AAA Roadside Towing Service and, after many mishaps, finally managed to arrive at Acura of Glendale. It was quite a struggle to get there... Thanks, AAA! I dropped off my car and turned around to have a late breakfast. While I was eating, I received a call from Acura. They had clearly promised to contact me in the afternoon. Acura of Glendale told me that because my car had other aftermarket products installed (such as a front camera with recording capabilities), they could not fix it according to their policy and told me to take it away. Ah... I really went through a lot of trouble to get there. How many 10-year-old cars would there be without a front camera installed like that? I explained to them that I had already disconnected all the wires connected to my battery's negative terminal, but their answer was the same. What choice did I have? If they wanted me to take it, I had to. I immediately contacted a nearby place called Honcura, which is a long-standing shop with good reviews. The owner, who had a kind voice, readily told me to bring it in. I mentioned that my car had aftermarket products, but he didn't mind. My car is still there now, and those kind people are working hard to fix it. I was extremely disappointed with Acura of Glendale this time, and I think it was a really foolish thing to have wasted my time booking an appointment there without a shred of doubt. I went back because they were kind at the end, but I probably won't go again. I wish they would clearly state on their website or over the phone that they cannot assist if the AFTERMARKET product is in the car. I hope no one else wastes their time like I did.
