I brought my vehicle in to check if it needed a recall part. That service was actually excellent and quicker than expected. Today I got a "follow up" call from Natasha. She said, "when you were here it was recommended you get some services like an oil change, air filters, tire rotation... when would you like to schedule that service?" Aside from the stupid sales tactic at the end, Natasha was just straight up lying. I don't drive a ton. I got an oil change a month ago and my oil life is still at 90%. When I called her out and told her that (1) nobody recommended any extra services and (2) she's just straight up lying about my need for an oil change, she hung up on me. I called four times about my lease return and never got a call back -- so I already walked in a little annoyed. When I arrived and explained why I was there, I was told the used car sales manager (because that's essentially what my Jeep is at this point ) was busy. Fine. But not one person offered me a drink or said "please have a seat." It's the little things, and those little things add up fast. When the used car sales manager did appear, things went sideways quickly. Instead of greeting me professionally and inviting me into his office, he kept going back and forth between the sales floor and his office -- which was odd and frankly dismissive. It rubbed me the wrong way and a verbal exchange followed. Not my finest moment, but I shouldn't have been made to feel like an inconvenience in the first place. That's when Ruben stepped in. He saw the escalation, came over, and completely changed the tone. He was patient, kind, and professional even when I wasn't at my best. He never escalated, never made me feel dismissed, and handled everything with a level of calm I genuinely wasn't expecting. I took my car in to examine an alarm and battery malfunction, and the service representative took my car in and charged me for an inspection and did nothing with it. The inspection charged $315 bucks, and I paid it only for them to do nothing. They wanted to charge me $1300 for removal of an alarm system that cost $120 bucks at Glendale Auto Sound. There are many great shops in the area. I recommend J&E Complete Auto Service. At least the owner will work on your car and not try to deceive you. read more

Came here for a quick oil change. It's super easy to just walk in and tell them what you need. They do a full assessment of your car and ask if you want to follow through with what is needed. I was notified about this after my car got fixed and I had to pay 2500 in rental fees. They did not reimburse me this place once again. Will lie to you and try to make as much money as you can. I had a very disappointing experience with the Jeep dealer in Glendale. I was looking to buy out my lease and was told by a sales manager, that I could not work directly with Chrysler Capital and that Chrysler would not allow it. He told us this whole story about how Chrysler Capital no longer allows direct lease buy outs because of warranty concerns. He said I had to go through the dealership to complete the buyout. That immediately sounded questionable, so I did my own research and contacted my credit union directly. Thankfully, I was able to complete the process without going through the dealer at all. It felt misleading and dishonest, especially when customers are already trying to navigate a confusing lease-end process. Honestly it was a straight up lie. Everything good until they're called me about to replace the battery because it was in " bad condition". I brought my 2024 Jeep Wrangler in for a recall on October 20th, 2025. I was told they didn't know how long it would take and it ended up being over a week. Since this location doesn't even offer rental cars anymore (VERY poor customer service on that decision), I had to front the $800 bill for a rental car to get the recall taken care of. But don't worry! They have a sign that shows you how to be reimbursed! You can see the sign they have below as to who you need to call. NO WHERE on this sign does it say that I need to call while I'm at the dealership to get approval for a rental car. NO WHERE!!!! It also doesn't say that I need to call that number while my Jeep is being worked on. NO WHERE!! After they were done with my Jeep, I called the number, I submitted the dealership paperwork and the receipt for the rental car. Then I was told that I was denied for reimbursement because I did not call while I dropped off my car. I called the service manager at this dealership and was basically told "this is not my problem and there is nothing I can do about it, it has nothing to do with me. You just need to talk to someone else." He also proceeded to tell me "I have thousands of people that come here and have to get rental cars, and there has never been an issue." Super great customer service huh? Place the blame on the customer, as if I am an idiot, since your sign doesn't state I have to call that number while I drop off my jeep. So I did, I called their "customer care" department again and they REFUSED to let me to speak to a supervisor or anyone else other than the case manager. They wouldn't even let me talk to the case manager, you can only email her!!!!!! They said the case manager already made the decision and it can not be changed. This dealership is a PRIVATE business (aka they can make their own decisions on how to treat people and take care of them) I also drove all the way from Sherman Oaks to go to this one because I heard they were the "good dealership", clearly that is not the case when helping their customers deal with the system they choose to put in place, since their signs do not have accurate information on it. There is absolutely NO REASON why my reimbursement request should have been denied. NONE. So if, "customer care" won't help you and the dealership won't help you, even though it was not my fault that my jeep needed work done, what do you do????? Mind you , this is a leased jeep that is less than 1 years old! Might I state that this is also my 5th jeep, so not my first rodeo when getting something fixed and having a rental car that has either been given to me by the dealership or I was reimbursed. Do not go here, especially if you are a woman. They will talk down to you and not give you all the information and now because of THEIR recall I'm out $800. HORRIBLE customer service, I'm so thankful I do not run my business this way, talking down to customers and passing the buck when your signs do not have the proper information on them. While sometimes vehicle mechanical issues are not their fault, this dealership will avoid any accountability for loaner or rental cars due to their brand new cars breaking. Even if you have a contract stating that you need a loaner, they will fail to disclose important details that keep you from actually obtaining the vehicle. Staff essentially have the "oh well, nothing we can do" attitude that I've never experienced at other jeep dealerships even here in CA who had been so helpful in emergent situations. Enter Robert -- calm, composed, and unshakably confident. "No stress, we got you. We'll get you the car." I figured he meant we'd just reschedule the pickup. Nope. This legend goes full hero mode and personally delivers my car 250 miles to my front door. Who does that? You'd think the GOAT would be out closing more deals, not playing personal delivery driver! To put this into perspective -- I've owned an M5 and an AMG GT63, and even those "luxury" dealerships didn't come close to this level of service. Robert had my Jeep delivered like I was royalty, and I'm still trying to process it. At this point, I'm convinced Robert Hughes is powered by pure customer service magic. Extremely rude service department. I called to ask about some touch up paint for my 2014 Challenger and the guy was obviously using his speaker phone in a noisy environment. He said something unintelligible and the "Hold" and hung up. I called back and told home I didn't understand what he was saying and was told to hold on. Jeep Dealer Dismissed My Disability Needs -- Still Trying to Buy Gladiator Mojave X I'm a serious buyer, ready to put down about 75% on a 2025 Gladiator Mojave X (Fathom Blue Pearl Coat) -- estimated out-the-door. But I'm hitting a barrier I didn't expect from a brand that claims to value inclusion and capability. I suffer with multiple permanent disabilities, and I asked CDJR Glendale if there was any way to adjust or increase the steering assist to reduce physical strain. Instead of helping, I was told it wasn't possible and that doing so would void the warranty. That contradicts: * The Stellantis DriveAbility Program, which is supposed to support mobility needs * Jeep's own warranty documents (which allow adaptive modifications as long as they don't cause damage) * Federal law (Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act) I'm not looking to hack the vehicle -- just to make it safely driveable with a medically necessary accommodation. I haven't even taken delivery yet, and I'm already hitting walls instead of solutions. It basically cost $10,000 and I had to get a new engine on a four year old jeep that was within warranty. A long story, very complicated very frustrating. The customer service people are extremely nice, but once you get into the money, they try to get as much money as they can off you and never want anything to be covered by the warranty. I would avoid at all costs. I wasn't gonna leave a bad review until I telephone today, now a warning light came on and again the guy agreed that it was covered by the warranty, but he then said that it would need a full diagnostic which I had to pay for to see if it technically was covered, so what should've been a very tiny thing to get done was gonna cost another minimum $300!
