And they have samples with coupons so you can try it before you invest in a large quantity. I'll definitely be back.

The guy working was not as engaging as we'd have liked, especially since we came in with our ridiculously lovable Goldendoodle. He was, however, helpful in looking to see if he had the size of the product we wanted in stock. They didn't, and we were on a mission, so we did a quick lap to take in what's in store, then headed on to try and find what we needed. I'd like to go back when I have time to really browse.

And I found she had some other discontinued patterns that our other dogs have sported. It was Christmas in spring! She even offers bookmarks that Lupine will make just for Pet Expectations, and custom patterns only available from Jill. Sometimes her prices are even a little lower than buying direct from Lupine. She may not always have stock on hand, but will get it. If you can wait, helps to save a few dollars. Besides Lupine, Jill has an extensive list of other pet products you might not think you need until you see them. ;) Jill's communication and customer service are phenomenal. She's lovely to speak with. Always get a personal thank you email for an order and another when the order ships. She's even called to let me know an item wasn't in stock and did I want to wait until she got it, or cancel that part of the order. Shipping to US addresses is only $2.50 for orders under $49, after which it's free. And she offers little gifts with each order. :)

I purchased 2 containers of the Super Worms meal works for my turtle at the Park City Petco. When…read moreI opened the sealed containers, most of the worms were dead. I picked about 10 live worms out of the first container and about the same from the second. That was $8.95 for each container and most were dead. I brought one of the containers in hoping to exchange it for a fresh one. When I approached the cashier, I explained the situation and he just stared at me. He didn't respond and didn't say a word. Just stared at me. I thought he may have been autistic. I started to explain again and he just yelled out the manager's name. The manager comes to the front and for the 3rd time I started to explain and she quickly cut me off. She said that once you walk out the door "with something like that, there is nothing we can do." You will have to call corporate. And that was that. Apparently, it is OK for Petco to sell containers of 50 live worms when 40 of them are dead and it's my problem. Thank you Petco for encouraging me to never go there again and give my healthy business to Petsmart. I have a dog, a cat, and a turtle and spend about $8,000 a year on them. All that is going to Petsmart.

I had previously gone to one down the street which was awful and disgusting. So it was a relief to come here and see how clean and operational it is. I purchased a dog wash pass and have used it twice. Both times my dog seems to enjoy it. They have clean washing stations, a selection of shampoo, warm water, towels, aprons, and dryers. The dryers are like Luke warm, wish they were warmer. But they get the job done! I plan on continuing coming here for my pets needs and washing.

The customer service is extremely friendly (and also help carry out large items to your car). It's nice to walk the dog in the store and let him pick out a toy or treat.
