I am not entirely to sure what the hype is for this nail salon. Yes it's beautiful and yes they have boba but the service was okay, the techs are nice and welcoming but I've gone three time.ls. The first full set was okay, but broke a nail after a week and the rest started lifting after 2. Went for a fill and for the nail to be fixed, just for the same nail to brake AGAIN after a few days. After the second fill they are already lifting. And the nail that was fixed, the tech didn't check to make sure the power matches and put the tip on crooked. read more

NEVER EVER EVER GO HERE!! UNLESS YOU WANT AN INFECTION AND POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!! THEY HAVE NO LICENSE AND SHOULD NOT BE OPEN FOR BUSINESS, ILLEGAL OPERATION!!! I took my daughter here on August 30th around 5pm, after reading the reviews in hopes that they lived up to what was said and my original nail salon being fully booked, I found what I thought was second best... Upon walking in, it looks nothing like the online TikTok version they displayed.. I witnessed an older woman about 60-70yrs of age wiping down the seats with the same RAG, going from top to floor on every chair, without dipping it in any cleaning solution or even a cleaning spray. I had asked does she renew or wash her towel in between and they eye rolled and stated yes, said something in a foreign language to her, and then she grabbed a spray bottle and still proceeded to wipe from the top of the seats to the floor not changing the towel... after I seen that I grabbed my protective plastic sheet and proceeded to put it over my daughter's seat, thats when a group of employees stood in a circle and proceeded to talk in a foreign language and laugh and look in my direction. I didnt care, after seeing what their employee was doing, I felt more comfortable covering the seat. Then, being left at the seat for about 10 minutes, with nobody coming over or even speaking to us. I asked the front desk guy is someone coming to do my daughter's feet? He eventually got a worker over to us and she rolled out a cart. Upon her arrival, I asked her was the kit. She was using brand new because it had looked disheveled and repackaged. She looked up at me with a stern eye and just nodded her head yes. Again, before she proceeded, I said, excuse me, is the package you're using new, then She verbally consented, and said yes with the same stern eye. At this point, we weren't offered any of the refreshments that were promised for the level of service, We were supposed to have received... I had to tell the front employee at the desk that we didn't feel comfortable or even welcome!! I mean 50 for a child pedicure and we are getting stiff stares and silent treatments and giggles in foreign language, IT WAS COMPLETELY UNCOMFORTABLE!! Then once bringing it to his attention. He then attempted to offer us a beverage. At this point, we were just ready to pay. And leave and planned to never return!!! About five days later, I noticed that my daughter was limping.. I had asked her, why are you limping? She replied, I think I stubbed my toe on my bed frame while sleeping. Not thinking much of it, I assumed she'd what she thought was a stubbed toe would be fine and in the next couple of days, and it would go away. UNFORTUNATELY IT DID NOT!! about 2 more days later she could hardly step down and walk at all on her foot, I asked her to let me see and upon examining her toe it was HOT to the touch and I noticed extremely red and swollen!! It being ten o'clock at night.I called the doctor the next day and was able to get an appointment 2 days later with her primary care physician. Once I took her into her primary care physician, her doctor in fact, confirmed that she had a fungal toenail infunction from this Nail salon. I had went back to the salon, The same day I left my daughter's PCP. On the 12th of September and asked them could they show me their license of operation?And were they legally operating. The worker BOASTFULLY said well of course we have one, we wouldnt be open if we didnt.. But I stated to him well why is it not posted up for people to see, its LEGALLY supposed to be posted in the public. I asked to see it and waited for him to find it... he became aggravated and disheveled. Not being able to find, after he said they had one and promised to show me one. But when he couldn't find it he had rudely told me to just get out of the salon. Upon further research and calling the county of Mesa, were there operating in, I found out they have no license and should have never been allowed to be open!!! I have been treating my daughter with two types of antibiotics since the 12th her skin is peeling off and toe turned green in one corner and oozing puss. they should not be open or allowed to operate and I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE!!! Would give NEGATIVE/ ZERO stars if that was an option!! read more

I took my mother in law for birthday pedicures and we received the gold aesthetic service with real golden flakes and lotions that had gold in them. We called for a same day appointment for four and they were able to get us in. The shop is cute, very well lit with a lot of color options. The highlight was the boba tea. The actual results of our services were meh at best. I ended up paying $246 for nails that I did not love. This includes mani/pedi for two. Additionally, my friends feet were dry....(she actually left the shop with white skin on the sides). The inspiration photo and the actual nails that one person in our party was so far off I was shocked that they were ok walking out of the shop. Overall, the people were friendly but I will not be returning. It was overpriced for the quality of work. read more

Let the nail tech know that I did not want long nails for my design and she said that she understood but then still put long extensions on my nails. We kept having to trim them down and I had to ask her to file them and each time she would file them and say "does that look good?" and I would say no, she would get upset. After filing them down 4 times she tossed the filer on the table while visibly looking irritated and said again "does that look good???". This happened during their soft opening and I can't imagine how they'll manage customer service once they actually open. The staff should be ready to hear what customers want not what the staff wants to put on customers. If a customer doesn't want long nails then don't be upset when you have to file them down because you put long nails on them. P.s there were bubbles under my nails and the acrylic peeled 3 weeks later. Other than the terrible service, the boba was at least decent. read more

I really like the new place! They have a variety of levels of pedicures to choose from. My guy did a great job. They have lots of colors to choose from!!! The only negatives were online the $50 pedicure incl paraffin wax but it does not. And he didn't do a great job of getting the extra skin on the sides of the big toe.
