Honestly just leaving a review because I don't know how else to get ahold of the owner…read more Tonight I called to schedule an apt for me and my young daughter to get a pedicure and I was asked to hold while JJ got on the phone and started to tell me that I am not allowed to come in for services anymore. I'm absolutely shocked. Apparently my account is flagged because the last pedicure I got (also had a head spa apt) the girl didn't paint all my toes and I didn't notice till the day after. I work full time and have 2 littles and it is very hard for me to be able to schedule a time to do something for myself. So when I had tried 3 separate times to come get my toe painted every time I was told they didn't have room. Which is totally fine! I understand being busy! But I asked for a partial refund so I could walk into another salon and get it done. Which I did. I was not rude. I just couldn't make it work to come back for an apt in a timely manner so I simply asked a question and JJ gave me that partial refund with no explanation that I would be not allowed to come back. My problem is that I have been a very loyal customer for YEARS. I bring friends and family and my kids here! I love greenfield nails! I would have never asked for a partial refund if I understood I wasn't allowed to come back? I come because I truly think greenfield nails is the best. JJ claims she told me this and she was very rude on the phone. When I asked to speak to someone else she told me no and when I asked for the owner or when the owner would be in she told me she didn't know and that they were out of town and didn't know when they'd be back. What I would like is to be able to have a conversation with the owner. JJ did not communicate with me about not being able to come back and she handled me trying to make an appointment very unpleasantly. I do not think that what I did warrants the way she has treated me or not being able to come back. I paid for an expensive pedi that was not completed I got told they didn't have time on many occasions and so I was given a partial refund for the trouble. And now I'm not allowed to come back? Please reach out to me because I would very much like to be able to come back.

The place is sparklingly clean, and decorated in soothing tones. There is a wonderful selection of colors, and services, and the ladies do a wonderful job. Two in our party got gel with designs and were very happy, I got the spa treatment for gnarly calluses and neglected feet, and it was soothing and done so well you'd never guess that I had neglects them for so long. One of our part also got waxing services, and was very happy with how professional and thorough the service was done. I think I have a new salon!

They told us they put us on the books for 4pm. We arrived at 4 and were seated right away all next to each other. We all got different pedicures and every one of us had a GREAT experience! We about 10 minutes into the service we got a menu for complimentary drinks. The drink options were mocktails, sodas, water, and mixed drinks with champagne. I personally got a mocktail called the sunrise Morrison which was DELICIOUS! My mom and daughter upgraded to the mint lemon pedicure which includes lots of upgrades, they pour milk on the legs to nourish, do callus removal, a mint sugar scrub on the legs, lemons squeezed on the feet and legs, and cucumbers. Helen was my pedicurist, she was nice quick and payed attention to detail, Queen did my daughter pedicure and was so sweet and thorough. Tom took care of my grandma who suffers from neuropathy and arthritis in her feet and she didn't complain or have to correct him once (which is rare because she is very vocal if something hurts or is not feeling right and seems like everywhere else gets some critique from her but not this time) the nail salon was not too loud, we could all talk to each other and hear each other but there is music on it's just at the right volume

My nails are longer than ever and Linh always knocks the designs out of the park! Everyone is great for pedis! They have a range of different ones depending on time and price point. As a new customer, you think they would explain and not just assume I would know. Won't EVER come back here again! I mean, talk about a combination of animal and beauty therapy. The salon is spacious, comfortable and they play some of the best music. That said, there is one disappointment here and for me, it's hard to say if this is a normal thing being that I'm new to Arizona and still adjusting or if it's something that only this salon does. The issue is this: when you get a pedicure you're presented with different spa treatments to choose from. The prices listed on these treatments breakdown what is included, or what is supposed to be included in the price. However, when you go to pay for services, the prices increases and you are told that the extra charge is because one opted for gel polish over standard. It's happened twice to me and it doesn't make sense at all. If the spa treatment you choose automatically states that one gets gel polish, scrub, massage, and a paraffin wax dip for $55 as an example, it should be $55 in cost before any tip is added. However, at the counter the price increases, which is closer to $100. This is frustrating because what you see if not necessarily what you get per se, so you have to really pay attention to the spa treatment options and make sure you ask about any extra charges post service.

The pedicure was wonderful, and I was very happy with my feet. Unfortunately, my eyebrow experience was the complete opposite. I specifically asked for a simple eyebrow cleanup, but the technician removed far more hair than she should have. My eyebrows are now noticeably uneven, and a significant portion of my right eyebrow is missing. When I expressed my concern, the technician insisted she had not made a mistake, despite the obvious difference in my eyebrows. I then spoke with the manager, hoping the situation would be taken seriously. Initially, it felt like my concerns were being dismissed. After I removed my glasses so she could get a closer look, I was simply offered a discount for a future visit. I found that response unacceptable given the extent of the mistake. I had an event to attend that same day, and instead of feeling confident, I left feeling embarrassed and upset. While I appreciate the excellent pedicure service, the handling of my eyebrow appointment and the lack of accountability afterward have ensured that I will not be returning. I hope management takes customer concerns more seriously in the future and provides better training and customer service when mistakes occur.

I thought it was heaven but O M G SanTan Nails & Spa blew that out of the water!! I scheduled my appointment for 3:30 pm on a Saturday. When I walked in, I had to fill out a waiver by scanning a QR code and within a minute or two, I was all set. Kali came to get me and brought me to the bed I would be laying on for the duration of my appointment. The nail salon is separated from the room with the massage beds. Each bed is separated with a curtain to provide you with privacy as you change into a wrap. I would highly suggest wearing clothing that's easy to remove so you can get settled in faster. I wore a short dress so changing took me no time at all. Kali went straight to work by putting plastic bags over my feet, then wrapping my legs in the inflatable leg massagers. The pressure would build up then release for a relaxing massage on my lower limbs. She then started with my facial and eventually on my hair. I don't know what she was using, but the tools she used on my face felt AMAZING!!! She also put on this eye mask thingy that felt so cool and calming. I was in lalaland!! I took a nice long nap as she massaged my face, scalp, arms, hands and décolletté. When I tell you I was on Cloud 9, please believe me!!! The Deluxe Head Spa is worth its weight in gold. Luckily for me, I got it at a great price, too. Thanks to their Instagram post, they are currently offering 20% off their regular prices so I paid $116 instead of the regular $145. What a steal!! After my service, I was offered water, soda, or lemonade. I chose lemonade but unfortunately, they ran out so I just had some cold water. Kali asked if I wanted her to blow dry my hair, but I opted not to since I was going home right after I was done. Besides, my hair is NOT the business if it isn't straightened or curled after drying! Trust me!! Lol I was totally impressed and felt like a new woman when I walked out. Other than the fact that they ran out of lemonade and that my hair was damp when I left, I'm still giving this place 5 stars because it was such a relaxing experience! Maybe next time I'll bring my Dyson AirStrait so that I can dry/straighten my hair after my service (if they allow it). Thank you Kali for your magical hands! I hope I can come back again soon!!

Disappointing when you pay for gel and it is supposed to las longer. I just do not think they were done right. Overall, I would not return, specifically because a 50 dollar gel pedicure should last longer than a couple hours.
