First of all, I walk in and the lady just tells me "go to the room all the way down to the left" with an attitude--no explanation, nothing. I've never been here before, so I'm already confused. I go back there, wait a couple minutes, and she finally comes in. Everything was fine until I made ONE simple request: I asked her to make sure the wax wasn't too hot because I've been burned before. Instead of just acknowledging it, she immediately says, "No, I can't do that." No explanation. When I asked why, she just kept repeating herself and then said she didn't feel comfortable because my "skin is sensitive." My skin is NOT sensitive--I was just asking her to be careful, like any normal client would. Then it got worse. I asked for her name, and she refused to give it to me and said I was "being weird." At that point I was honestly shocked. I've never had anyone speak to me like that at a salon. I ended up just getting up and leaving because the whole situation was uncomfortable and unprofessional. She was intentional with making my acrylic nails last long and in the process of making the acrylic, she made sure I felt comfortable since the chemical drying can make your finger feel hot. The nail file looked like it was used over 100 different times. It was very unsanitary. She didn't do the best job on my nail manicure & kept filling close to my skin so it hurt. When she did my eyebrows, I noticed she didn't wash her hands and while the eyebrow result was nice, I ended up with an allergic reaction afterwards. I would not recommend.
