The buffet is very clean and the food is fresh. They have an "A" rating on their door from the health department. We eat here about once a week and we have our favorites from the buffet. I love their salad bar - always fresh lettuce and everything kept cold. In the summer they have watermelon and cantalope. Always peaches or mandarins, too. I love their fried fish as it is very mild and not "fishy" tasting, also ttheir shrimp and crabmeat with broccoli. I put shrimp cocktail sauce on the shrimp. So good and low calorie. They make an apple pie that has a pastry crust. It is not as sweet as American apple pie, but I actually like it better. There is ice cream in a small freezer next to the sushi bar. Weekdays at lunch runs uf $12.25 each with water to drink. Tea and soda are $2.50. They recently updated their wallpaper which has improved the looks of the inside. It's not a fancy restaurant, but the food is excellent for the price. Good variety of items. Since it is a buffet, your only service is when the waitresses bring you your beverage, take your dirty plates away, and bring you your bill. Always friendly and accommodating! read more

My boyfriend and I saw the reviews, we decided to just go for it. We got inside, tables were messy, the table we were sat at was sticky and wasn't cleaned off. We went to the buffet, the sweet and sour chicken was a ball of water with wet meat, the crab Rangoon's didn't taste right, the rice tasted off, the wonton soup was alright, the lo mein smelt and tasted off, just everything about the food here made our stomachs hurt and i'm pretty sure my boyfriend and i had food poisoning. The crab Rangoon are delicious! They're crispy & cooked all the way through. They taste even better dipped in sweet & sour sauce. The egg fried rice is good as well & they use real egg! Absolutely disgusting! The food was over cooked. Nothing was fresh. The sugar bread was hard that when I dropped it, it didn't break! The table was sticky. I walked in with my guide dog and was told to show his card. Card? She told me yes, you have to prove he is a service dog so the other customers won't get upset! (Last I heard it was a DEHEC issue) I proceeded to tell her she couldn't ask for a card, she could ask two questions, if the dog is a service animal that is required due to a disability and what type of work or task the dog has been trained to do. She continued wanting a card. I agree, they shouldn't just let any dog in the restaurant, but a card doesn't prove he is a service dog. Anyone can order those online. If I was able to give a "0" I would. The majority of the food was cold. Half the hibachi section was empty or had very few old looking pieces of dry raw meat. But what really pushed me to my breaking was fixing my daughter a plate of dessert and realizing once we got it to the table and she started eating it had MOLD on it. Several of the desserts did after further inspection. Notified the waitress and she said " oh sorry we order it from different suppliers " ......... we still had to pay full price for the meal and she didn't even act like she cared that the food was moldy. I probably owe this place a review on a busier night. We were here for dinner on Easter, and while the buffet was well-stocked, a lot of the food was warm, not hot. There were very limited vegetarian selections, and no one to man the hibachi. Insofar as the overall options in the buffet, it held a huge selection. It seems they don't prepare well for low traffic by limiting the options to keep them fresh. Very disappointed. Came in at 1PM on a weekday and was refused entrance with my service dog for the blind. After I advised hostess that he was a service dog, we were reluctantly seated at a booth (closest to the door and furthest from the buffet and then left us. She came back (we assumed to take drink orders) and said that "the dog" could not stay. I again informed her that he is a service animal and that they legally could not deny him access. She apologized but insisted he could not stay. I asked to speak with the manager. The manager came over and repeated the same. I informed the manager that he is a service dog (in his harness and bright yellow sign that says "DO NOT PET ME. I AM WORKING") and that he goes with me everywhere and must be accepted by law. She still said no. I asked if she realized that both were committing a misdemeanor offense legally. She said she knew and apologetically said that she thought her other customers would leave if he stayed. She then said, he could stay under the table and my wife would have to bring food from the buffet. At that point, I again reminded her that was she was doing was against the law and then politely (without making a scene) left the restaurant. read more
