Best ramen in Florida. It's all about the broth. Pork was delicious and the noodles were perfect. Service was fast and the place itv was located had live music. Love this place.

I love ramen! There's not a lot of Ramen shops nearby so I am really happy this place opened in Sanford. I like that you can order the food at the kiosk in front of the stall and they text you when it's ready. The pork gyoza was okay and so was the spicy karaage.. I would not order these again. However, the ramen here was pretty good! The broth had good flavor, the noodles and pork chashu were yummy. I would come here again just for the ramen. Maybe I'll try some of their other appetizers next time.

First time eating here and I got tonkatsu to go. Wow!! It was delicious and perfectly cooked. The noodles are amazing! Try it, it's top tier

This ramen shop is located inside Henry's Depot which is a food hall. There is lots of parking around and some inside seating, but more available outside. They have quite a few options, but I decided on the Tonkotsu Ramen. Overall it was ok, the noodles seemed a bit undercooked and the broth wasn't as flavorful as I was hoping. The egg was delicious and really well cooked though! This ramen also normally comes with fish cake and seaweed. You order at a screen and then you get a text when your order is ready. The food came out pretty quickly and I liked that they utilized texting so you could browse around more if you wanted. It did not rank in my top ramen spots in the area, but I would definitely consider coming back and trying another ramen option!

This is my favorite ramen in Orlando! I love the spiciness in the Tantanmen Ramen which has the same base as the Spicy Miso. The ground pork is tasty and the flavored oils and chili crunch really enhance the soup. The noodles are always perfectly chewy and lots of them. This shop is located in Henry's Depot in Downtown Sanford. They have a variety is small plates (edamame, pot stickers, rice balls, etc.) and different ramen that can be customized. The bowls are simple in toppings, but extremely flavorful. When the depot is busy, there can be a wait to receive your order, but it's absolutely worth it. You can order through a touch screen and receive a text when your order is ready to pick up from their counter.

So I spend a day exploring the Henry Food Depot up here in Sandford. I got one thing from each place, and after I got my coffee, I came right over to the Yugiri Ramen Project. Lots of good things on the menu, but I thought the thing that would be most unique to my particular food habits would be the Karaage (Japanese triple fried chicken, Original, Served with Lemon Togarashi Aioli). The Crunch on this chicken, man. It was so good, mega crispy on the outside, juicy and moist on the inside. And that togarashi aioli was a good little pop of acid to balance it out perfectly. Lovely little place. Would love to come back and check out more stuff from the menu!

Our good friends brought us to visit the Yugiri Ramen Project at its location tucked away in the beautiful Sanford downtown area. We are always looking for a good ramen and we have finally found the best. Not only is this the best, but the regulars informed us that this business often sells out each day due to the high demand for their noodles. They have an extensive menu including a large selection of meaty and vegetarian options with a multitude of broths and additions. The food was absolutely amazing. The noodles are perfectly crafted and cooked with care. The broths are perfectly seasoned and bring out the flavors of the added ingredients. The slices of beef that we had melt in your mouth as they were so very tender. The presentation was beautiful, however my pictures were taken after a few initial bites because we just couldn't wait! Whoops! One of my favorite aspects of this visit was the staff. This is a small location and there were two gentlemen working side by side. Even though they were slammed and cooking many multiple orders at once, they were laughing, kind, and excited to serve their art. They would transition from the fast paced sport of working multiple items being cooked to the slow and careful arrangement of their ingredients in a bowl of art. Visiting the Yugiri Ramen Project in downtown Sanford was such an exciting event that even on lookers from other establishments were asking us about our food. You absolutely have to go!

The broth was so rich and flavorful! Ramen noodles were a satisfying texture with just a right amount of chew. The pork roll slices were so tender and seasoned really nicely. Not too many seating areas with it being at Henry's Depot in Sanford, but still a good experience. Service was fairly quick and their ordering system was very easy to use. Can't wait to try more things!

Yummy ramen with lots of good choices. You order on a computer and then the food is cooked to order so it takes a little bit of time. There are places to sit inside and outside; nothing fancy, but good fast casual food.

This place is located in historic Sanford within the Henry's Depot Food Hall. I kept hearing about this place and I definitely wanted to try it especially since it's a ramen place. This place is more or less a stall along with other food vendors. It gives a feeling of a cozy down-to-earth community, which is a good sense of feeling. They offer 3 different types of ramen, which was kind of disappointing but I am hoping because they are fairly new, they are just starting out what they know well and will add more selections. To be honest, I am a creature of habit i usually stick with Tonkotsu ramen wherever I go. The young lady at the counter was awesome and knowledgeable and suggested the Spicy Miso ramen, which was a great choice. The broth was very tasty and delightful but I think the noodles could of cooked a little bit longer but it was still good. The only real issue I had was with the pick up process. They use a system where they will page you when you order is ready however they leave it on the front counter where anyone can hover over your food. I think it would be a good idea that they have the order behind the counter until the person arrives to pick it to reduce potential contamination. Other than that, I think this was a good visit and I am planing to return to try the appetizers

The spicy tantanmen ramen was probably the most satisfying food I've eaten in quite some time. Yes, it's like 90 degrees outside ... but I didn't care. If you love ramen and a good little kick- this is what you need to order. Located in Henry's Depot, come by for a warm bowl of ramen. The eggs were perfectly cooked too--- such a great compliment to the soup. Ordering is done on an iPad and they will text you once your order is ready.

I love Ramen, and Sanford has one of the best Ramen Shops in this area. You're hard pressed to find a chef that really gets in to the history and the craft of creating a great dish to serve, until you stop here. Just sit back and watch while he makes someone else's food. You will find out very fast that they are very passionate about the quality and presentation of your food. I now make it a point to eat there at least once a week. The Spicy Miso is my go to Ramen, very favorable, just the right amount of spices, perfectly sized portions and price is very affordable for what you get.

This was our first time visitations Yugiri Ramen Project at his new location inside of Henry's Depot in Sanford. We have had his ramen previously at a pop-up as well as the Ramen Rumble in 2021 and are big fans! My OG Umamen Ramen was delicious and my husband loved his Spicy Miso Ramen. It takes a little bit to make, but is worth the wait!

Recommend Black Garlic Tonkonsu Ramen! 10/01, flavorful and tasty! There was a lot of noodles but…read morethe eggs were cooked to perfection. Spicy miso Ramen 10/10, if you like a little kick, this would be the broth for you! Spicy cucumber salad, also very tasty, and refreshing. Karaage chicken was juicy and the mayo sauce was a great pairing. Plenty of parking spaces, service was good. It was a tight space but all in all we had a great experience.

My husband and I stopped into Ramen Takagi on a Saturday around 12:20pm, and we must have timed it…read moreperfectly--there was only one table left when we arrived. The restaurant is on the smaller side (about 6-7 tables) with additional bar seating, which adds to the cozy, authentic feel. The Vibe: Small, intimate, and focused--this is the kind of place where you know the food is the star. One small note: I didn't see any beer options--just soft drinks and teas. Not a dealbreaker, but I do usually enjoy a beer with ramen, so it was a bit of a miss for me. What We Ordered: * Cucumber Salad * Chicken Karaage * Spicy Tonkotsu Ramen * Spicy Miso Ramen Standout Bites: The cucumber salad was incredibly fresh with the perfect balance of sweet, spicy, and salty. The chicken karaage was exactly what you want--crispy on the outside, moist and tender on the inside. Perfect crunch, perfect bite. Then came the ramen... Both the spicy tonkotsu and spicy miso broths were rich, flavorful, and deeply satisfying. The noodles had that ideal chewy texture, and the pork was thinly sliced, tender, and full of flavor. Rich broth, chewy noodles, melt-in-your-mouth pork. Overall: This is hands down the best ramen I've had since visiting Japan, which says a lot. We left already planning our next visit. Pro tip: Arrive early for lunch--seating is limited and fills up quickly.
