Ive ordered here on my lunch break a few times and it's been decent, despite the wait times and the food lacking flavor considering most hibachi places are rather far. But this specific time was absolutely disappointing and I doubt I will be back. The service was unprofessional when I told them I wasn't happy with the food but I was on my lunch break and had 10 minutes left so I couldn't come back immediately. I asked and paid for extra chicken, and wanted it spicy style. They literally over cooked the chicken and slapped the sauce on top instead of cooking it into the chicken like they're supposed to. They are remodeling so I think that's a big part of it. But it's so awkward in here with the remodel. I think it would be preferred to just close and remodel than continue to operate. Sitting inside at outdoor seating tables and on raw floor. Only one bathroom that has no paper towel dispenser. And teenage boys working the front who have somehow figured out to control the music and are BLASTING their rap music. Literally can't hear anything as it echos so much in this empty space. I would give this place zero stars if I could. We use to love it here. Went tonight and the food was bland, cold, yet the broccoli was oddly salty. Also, they have outdoor tables inside. Just very unappealing overall. We ordered a kids meal and they left out the broccoli that was supposed to come with it as stated on the menu. They seemed confused when I asked for it. Phenomenal!! Riaz is superb. I had a large order for our company luncheon. His customer service was awesome. Very pleasant demeanor. He took my order, made sure everything was made correctly. The food was fresh and delicious. Very flavorful. We ordered quite a bit: hibachi, sushi, salads, spring rolls and crab Rangoons. I'm definitely going back in the near future. The prices are great. Affordable. They accept cash, cards and tap/Apple Pay. The restaurant was clean. Plenty of seating. A lot of parking is available. It is handicap accessible with handicap parking in front. First let me say I'm a Hibachi snob! We just moved to the area so I've been looking for a good hibachi place. I was at work one day and had to get something quick before a meeting. I went on to a food delivery site and ordered the steak and veggies. This was some of the best rice I've had in a long time. I could have just eaten the rice by itself. The steak was middle cooked just the way I like it and so tender. The veggies were perfectly prepared , not to hard not to soft. I will be trying this restaurant again but next time I will be taking my son with me. He's the hibachi king in our family. I true must try again! read more

This used to be my favorite Hibachi restaurant. This place is gradually deteriorating. The cuisine used to be flavorful, but it's now mediocre. My husband and I have ordered from DoorDash a few times, and our orders have not been prepared to our satisfaction. I assumed they were minor blunders. The Dine in experience was not much better. I expressly requested that my meal be somewhat changed (no onions or zucchini ). I asked the cashier to read my order back to me, and he did so flawlessly!! Unfortunately, my dinner had onions and carrots. Please take your time and pay attention to the details. Now I have to see if the Hibachi restaurant I used to frequent in North Raleigh is still open. Tl;dr: Give this place a try. The food is tasty and the restaurant upholds their values. Also: 100% halal! I am doing my training at an office nearby, so my team and I went out to Hibachi Blue for lunch. Our lunch is at 2pm so we typically miss the lunch rush. The restaurant had about 4-5 parties seated, with a few people at the cashier. We were ordering at the cashier in no time. We ordered the veggie hibachi (served with hibachi sauce and rice), steak hibachi with no rice and more veggies, and a chicken hibachi with no rice and more veggies. All came out in about 5 minutes time and piping hot. Two of the people I was with have tried their yakisoba noodles before and notes that it was very delicious. None of us have tried their sushi rolls, so no review on those. The food was fresh and cooked nicely. Not burnt with hibachi char or tough, and the veggies were not overcooked. Sometimes there is a lot of liquid accumulation on the bottom of the plate if cooked in too much sauce, but this place did it well. The (what seemed like) owners were out having a meeting at one of the tables and were chatting it up with some of the guests which makes me think that this is family business who likes to know their clientele. The sign on their front door states that the restaurant is closed on Sundays to prioritize their family time. This is something that I appreciate seeing -- upholding family and personal values over the prospect of making money. All in all, the food was worth the price, a solid choice if looking for a fresh and quick lunch with good portions. Veggie options and something for every diet. read more

I ordered takeout from Hibachi Blue on Uber Eats. I ordered chicken hibachi with rice. I will say I was surprised how quickly the food came, and that it was still really hot upon arrival. We received big containers of hibachi that were nicely plated with two big scoops of rice and a full container of meat and veggies. The veggies and rice are a little bit on the under cooked side, and probably could have been seasoned a little bit more.The sauces included are pretty typical hibachi fare- white sauce and brown sauce.
