This was an amazing experience!! Chef Roy, Chef Fernando and George were so fun, made amazing food and provided great service. They were also flexible as this was a surprise party for my cousin and the venue shifted from DTLA to Downey due to weather. They made ordering so easy (done in advance and confirmed in person) and they set everything up. Our family and friends were a group of almost 25 people and it felt so personal and well executed. Everything was delicious, from the butter garlic edamame to the scallops and steak. They were sure to check in about allergies and were very generous with portions. The chef and server came 15 minutes earlier to set up and were ready to cook right on our scheduled time. They were very organized and professional as well. The food was tasty and everyone agreed. The only thing I would recommend adjusting is the hibachi vegetables. This is why I gave it four stars. The carrots were shredded instead of cut into pieces which I did not like as it did not feel as freshly cut. Otherwise, the meat quality was great and fried rice was tasty. I can't say enough good things about this experience. The communication from the beginning to end was excellent. They showed up on time to begin the setup, started dinner at 6:30pm as agreed upon. The chef was very engaging and easy to talk to and banter with. The second person helping was attentive to serving our guest drinks and extra food. They gave us plenty of time to enjoy the food after the show. There was never a rush. They broke down the setup and cleared everything up. The food was great.
