One of the highlights of our visit was getting to meet Chef Kim, who came out personally to speak with us and walk us through the menu. You can truly feel the passion he has for what he creates. ‍ And a big shoutout to Christian, who took such great care of us throughout our meal. For ramen, we had several different bowls so we could experience a little bit of everything: Beef Bulgogi Ramen -- tender beef bulgogi with chicken broth, a soft egg, Naruto, and bok choy.
