Shrimp Hibachi and Garlic Butter. Soo good!!

I absolutely love this place! The food is always tasty. Fresh and fully flavored. I enjoy the shrimp and broccoli as well as the Shrimp and steak Hibachi. I order at least twice a month. Sometimes once a week for a month straight. Three years I've been eating and LOVE IT. The cook is very sweet. And the Cashier always speak and make sure your order is correct. I'm not sure what others may have said but I for sure want to thank you guys for good food and service....

Pretty good food! I had jumbo shrimp with side of chicken for $2.00, vegetables and rice. It was very good and it took about 15 minutes for it to be ready. It came with garlic butter and soy sauce. Do not order the egg rolls. They are gross. It appeared it wasn't cooked long enough. The attached photo: A batch of their garlic butter sitting on the counter uncovered. I watched people stand over it asking what it was, walked past it for soda or simply stood around it, all while it was uncovered. Doesn't say hygienic to me. ‍. Also, the young girl who works the counter has the WORST attitude ever. You can tell she doesn't want to be there and probably hates it, but she doesn't realize this is a family business and how she is provided for.

This was my first time. Because of COVID-19, you walk into a plexiglass partion and there's a younglady (behind plexiglass) that takes your order. She does have her mask on. I got the chicken, steak, and shrimp habachi. It was good (It's not Kyoto) for $17. The steak was tender and seasoned along with the chicken, nicely. The shrimp was ok. It was a little bland for my taste. The garlic butter, that comes on the side, was ok. (Again---it's not Kyoto quality.) The rice and veggies (consisting of carots, broccoli, and onions) was tasty. I'll got back again and try something else. It's not bad.

This is how much onion I pulled out just being halfway thru the container of rice.

I had the chicken fried rice and an egg roll. I start on the rice and I see there's onion. Not a fan of onion but I was hoping there wasn't a lot. Where I usually get fried rice doesn't use any or that much so I didn't think of specifying on the onions. I made it halfway thru and accumulated that many onions (see picture). The taste is overpowering. Which is a shame because everything seemed to be cooked right. Not sure if all hibachi spots do their rice like this but I will definitely specify next time. Egg roll was ok.

We did not dine in but did get carry out. It was a 30 minute wait. Food was ready when I arrived. The food was extremely good for it being Chinese. Often times Chinese food tastes bland, too salty, or very greasy. Their food was spot on. The prices were extremely affordable, cheaper than any restaurant in the area. They even have sushi, and a couple of different cuisine options. Lovely place!! I would definitely eat here again as it is now my new favorite Chinese restaurant.

Never noticed these weird ball fans before, but they are crazy.

Love this place. The food is inexpensive, the place is clean, and the portion size and price are aligned well so you dont end up with a pile of leftovers, but also arent left hungry. The beef in the teriyaki beef is thick steak pieces, not thin chewy flaps like a lot of other Asian food places, and the fried rice is the exact kind I like: no onions, or peas/carrots, or other oddball bits, just great rice fried in soy sauce with a little bit of chicken and egg. It's so good that the nearest equivalent is ice cream; that's the only way I can describe it. I'm so happy to have a place that does fried rice like this without trying to church it up with extra unnecessary ingredients. The chicken teriyaki is good as well, all white meat pieces, with just the right amount of teriyaki on em. I eat here probably every other day or so, cause it's cheap, it's tasty, and it's satisfying. No "hungry an hour later" effect either. I'm not a sushi fan, so I cant comment on that angle but the teriyaki alone is worth it. A+++, will eat here over and over again

It isn't as good as a sit down hibachi restaurant but for the price and time it takes to get your meal it is well worth it.

They do have a dining room, but my order didn't give me an option to mark it "for here," which added to the confusion. Despite the place not being busy, it took about 25 minutes to get my food. When it finally arrived, the grilled cheese was a miss. It was served on a flatbread and came out rock-hard--so tough it was barely edible--like it had been overcooked. The soup did arrive with it, but the overall meal didn't feel worth the wait. Customer service was another weak spot. There wasn't much guidance or engagement, which made the ordering process and the delay more frustrating. I had high hopes for Soup Dive, but this visit was disappointing. If you've got plenty of time for lunch, you might give it a try, but it's not a great option for a quick bite. I'd love to see improvements in the ordering flow, speed, and food quality--there's potential here, but it didn't come through on this visit.

The first two times, I ordered over the phone, then drove 20 minutes to pick up two mango smoothies, only to wait 43 minutes after arriving. There were barely any customers, so waiting over an hour total was completely unreasonable. Today was even worse. My boyfriend ordered summer rolls and spring rolls and clearly specified multiple times that we only wanted shrimp, since I have a severe pork allergy. He drove 30 minutes from work, only to be told the order still wasn't ready and had to wait another 18 minutes. When he got home, I checked the food (as I always do) and found pork in my "only shrimp" summer rolls. I called, and they told us to bring them back and they would remake them right away. We drove another 20 minutes back, only to wait an additional 18 minutes because, once again, the food was not ready. This place is overpriced, understaffed, and unreliable. More importantly, they do not take food allergies seriously, which is unacceptable.

They have a menu board with multiple options listed. You order at the stand at the back of the store, and then our food was brought out to us even though we had ordered it to go. I am not sure if that is always the process- I was expecting to go to the counter to pick it up myself so that was a nice surprise! We ordered our sandwiches to go even though we were dining in as we knew we would be taking home leftovers. The seating area inside is no frills. They have less than 10 tables inside, and when we were leaving all of them were full with people waiting for seats. They did appear to have 2 tables outside but they were not being used as it was raining. They did have a carafe full of ice water that was self serve by the door, and they had large cups available which I appreciated! My eyes were immediately drawn to the Spicy Chicken Caesar and the Napa Club. Since this was my first time I ordered both and planned to share half of each sandwich. When I opened the Spicy Chicken Caesar I was surprised by the appearance of it. I had expected a lot more lettuce inside. It looked more like chicken salad rather than salad with chicken. The flavor was good and it was not too spicy! The focaccia was very soft. The Napa Club had great flavor to it, but when I was eating it I could really tell that there was avocado inside of it. The predominant flavor was the garlic and herb aioli. I did feel the chicken was a touch on the dry side. Overall, my experience and food were good; however, I am not sure I agree with the rave reviews. I would return in the future and would love to try some of their other meats aside from chicken, and their pasta salad also looked nice. The service was friendly and I feel like the price was fair. It's a nice addition to downtown Farmington!

While my wife loves and can handle ramen and the broth, I would typically get the different rice bowls, or other entrees because while I love me some good ramen it doesn't work out well for me with the hour or so trip to the area. We'd get some rolls, takoyaki, and other appetizers to share around the table before digging into our main entrees.
