I gotta say, based off the reviews I was expecting more from this place. I decided to come here to eat tonight and walking in I was kinda taken back at how small the place is....its enough for maybe 10 people. I ordered the chicken and steak combo and it came out pretty quick, but it was on a plastic plate and didn't have very good presentation to it. I had been wanted hibachi food for the longest, so I decided to stop here since it was close to where I was. I had them before, but it had been a while. I hate the parking in that area because it's always so busy. I went in and ordered my food. I didn't realize until after I ordered that their food grading score wasn't all that good. I was a little nervous. My food was cooked super-fast. That made me a little more nervous because while we like fast server, it does take more than 3 minutes to cook chicken and steak. This little hibachi place has always had a lot of foot traffic whenever I pass by the friendly center so I decided to stop by. The staff were extremely friendly and had great customer service. I ordered two spring rolls, an order of gyoza, a chicken/steak/shrimp hibachi plate, and a steak/fish hibachi plate. The fried gyoza were really good but the spring rolls were soggy on the inside. The hibachi plates were lacking in flavor. The fried rice didn't have any vegetables, some hibachi places do. The rice and the vegetables did not have much flavor at all. The fish that came with the steak/fish hibachi plate was red snapper and the most flavorful thing on the plate. read more

This little place has been open little over a year and a half now, and I made my first visit for a quick take out lunch order. I picked a couple of the lunch specials (protein, fried rice, and vegetables) going with 1 Shrimp ($7.75) and 1 Steak (also $7.75). My order took no more that 5 or 6 minutes to complete, and I was out of there. The food was not bad but there were some bumps - the vegetables (90% zucchini, almost no onion) were under-cooked for my tastes, very crunchy no sweetness or flavor from the caramelization that is usual with grilled hibachi vegetables. The protein was a bit of a mixed bag,as well. The rather large shrimp were perfectly cook, no toughness, great flavor. On the other hand, the rather chunky cuts of beef were over-cooked and a bit tough. The rice was very, very nice with a lot of taste. Might try some other dishes (perhaps Lo Mein, or General Tso's Chicken,or Chinese Fried Rice), and would probably get the shrimp again, and would definitely ask for more onion, and for the veggies to be cooked longer. This is my new favorite hibachi place of all time. I've gone to many places, but the atmosphere here was just special. It felt authentic and I will 100% be going again. The people are extremely welcoming and nice. AND THE FOOD OMG THE FOOD. I wanted to cry I was so happy eating it. It made my entire day. Luckily they call this hibachi "fusion" because this is NOT hibachi! The chicken was bland cubed seaasonless what seemed to be boiled pieces of chicken! No way they have a hibachi grill to cook with! Came with two pieces of rubbery broccoli too tough to chew and lARGE pieces of zucchini not cut in usual hibachi fashion but again it's FUSION. Not sure what they fused with besides a recipe that is nothing that should ever be referenced as hibachi! The saving grace was the white sauce which usually is called yum yum sauce. This was the ONLY reason they could call this hibachi! No sesame seeds. No glaze on the meat?? Sub par. But hey it suffices if your down with chicken cooked in water without seasoning alongside some tough vegetables. One sliver of onion too. What???? I have ordered food here twice. I received my food in a very timely manner. The first time I ordered hibachi chicken. The seasoned veggies were good, you get broccoli and zucchini. I'm not a zucchini person but I enjoyed theirs. The chicken I thought was dry and bland. So I decided to give the hibachi steak lo mein a try on my next visit. Service is one of the best I've had in a while and the food is super good!! I had the steak hibachi with fried rice and it was perfection! I also had a side of noodles and they were delish. This place is legit! I will be visiting more often, this now one of my favorite restaurants. The restaurant is clean; even the bathroom! Everyone down to the chef was friendly and accommodating. The food was fresh and tasted excellent. They have a kids menus! I hope they keep it up because it's rare to find restaurants that have all of the above. I gave four stars because they don't have high chairs for kids and the kids dish didn't come with veggies. Other hibachi places I've visited serve veggies with the kids menu. I would recommend they at least give the parent the option to add veggies. As I mentioned above, this place is now my go to restaurant. read more
