Usually this place does well, but this last time I went ended as a disaster. Every time I have gone they have me go up to counter when I'm done eating to pay. This caused me to do the same and the waiter started yelling at me as if I was trying to walk out. I sit down and was debating on whether to give him a tip or not since he had not taken our plates all meal and was neglectful. After he comes back and is just standing very close to the table and blocking my path out(as if he was saying give me your tip). He had a strong odor of cigarettes which me and my wife did not want to smell and once I took the tio out he grabbed it(which i have never seen a waiter do)and walked off without a thank you or have a good day. So super weird review coming. 2 stars because the food, or what I ate of it wasn't bad. I was only about 5 minutes into my meal when my two year old son reached into the napkin holder on the table for a "nakin" but somehow got his finger stuck and sliced it open on the empty metal container. Freak accident, I know. Not the restaurants fault, I know. My concern is not the incident happening, but how the staff handled it. My son was crying and bleeding all over the place. Blood in a restaurant is never good and should have caused a lot more seriousness than what came . A waitress came and asked if he wanted some ice cream. Seriously? I'll pass, this time. I rushed him to the men's room to try and rinse off the wound, but the restroom was filthy. Water all over the floors. Trash all in the place. So I'm leaning my son over and in walks a male waiter and he has a couple bandaids. I asked him for a towel but I don't think he understood me. So I'm cleaning my sons hand up and have him sitting in the counter and I'm trying to dry him off with paper towels. He's finally calm and leaning his hand over the sink. In walks the waiter again...with more paper towels. Like, dude, I had those already, from right here in the bathroom. As I turn to grab more from the paper towel dispenser, he pulls out a rubber band, takes my sons hand and wraps a wad of paper towels over the wound and seals it with the rubber band. Of course, my boy screams. WOAH!!!! Don't touch my kid and don't try and give him first aid while you still have your nasty apron on and no gloves. I told him sternly to leave and I would handle it. I cleaned my son up best I could and returned to my table to get my things and my wife so we could leave to the hospital. We told our waitress we had to go. So she quickly brought us our check and I was bit shocked. Like, hey this sucks guys, but don't forget your bill! It's an accident sure, but it was an empty napkin holder in your restaurant that did the slicing. We had to pay full price for a meal we ate less than half of. As we were leaving, a girl who claimed to be the manager came and gave us an envelope in it. We grabbed it and left, but opened it later in the car. It was a coupon for one free lunch buffet...a $9 value. Keep your $9. Folks, we won't ever come back to your place. It's not your fault that he sliced his hand, but the way you handled it was chaos. Don't ever touch someone else's kid, don't ever try to administer first aid like that, and for Gods sake, don't charge someone for their whole meal. Have some better business tactics. It was unfortunate, but just...be better. It was a circus. I can't speak toward the food. The six bites I had were fine. I didn't vomit. But seeing how this staff handled this situation made me want to. Update: the boy is fine. A good gash on his middle finger. He's no worse for the wear. Not sure how this place has pulled off a 4 star rating. The selection is good, but the food quality is awful. All of the chicken dishes have grey looking meat on the inside. The crab legs literally had no taste. The fried rice isn't flavored. Dessert is mediocre. Salad and fruit bar is alright, though some stuff looks like its rotting. I was impressed with this place. They said it's been open for a week, so that's probably why everything right now is amazing... we will see how long they keep it up. They have a wide variety of dishes for dinner. Seafood, meats, chicken and I really liked the fact that they use chicken breast, otherwise I would have not of eaten there. Their fried rice and chow mein were delicious! They have cooked dinners, then they have uncooked, you choose your meats, veggies, carbs, etc. and someone cooks them up for you. My husband got that and said it was amazing. Everything for dinner was fresh. They also have sushi, but we are not a fan of sushi. We didn't take the kids, but know that next time we could because they had pizza, chicken nuggets and fries... which the kids love. I would say they need to work on their deserts, as all that was provided were almond cookies, pudding and fruits. Dinner buffet was $12.99 plus drinks. This buffet has really good food when compared to other buffets. I also enjoyed the variety they provided, but some of the food was cold. Honestly, I expect that with buffets though. The service was good until the very end. After receiving our bill, the waitress stood next to us until I provided some sort of payment. This would have been fine if I have asked for the bill in the first place. I was eating my ice cream at the time and planned on going for seconds. The ice cream is delicious by the way. Anyways, after providing payment, the waitress quickly returned and waited for me to add the tip and sign. I, as well as the two people I invited, felt very uncomfortable. We were still talking and eating our ice cream! We all felt like we were being rushed. I asked if she can come back in a bit, but what she did next really upset me. She smiled, took a step back, and kept looking at us until I added the tip and signed! Although we enjoyed the food, we left the buffet with an uncomfortable feeling. no good. The salad bar was fully stocked with assorted fruits, oysters and octopus salad. Dessert options were VERY limited and the majority of the dishes were rubbery sweet shrimp. I think I ate cream cheese wontons and vegetarian dishes since the meat was dry and unappealing. The ribs were sitting in a tray with water and the prime rib was just sitting under a heat lamp, i tried to cut into it and it was dry and hard. 5-8-2016 Mother's Day Time: 7:30pm Review: Here with the family, our mom ate here before and said it is delicious. As i was browsing, i saw coconut shrimp. First item on my plate and i wanted rice to go with it. For 3-4 minutes i could not find the rice. For asian buffet, i thought the rice would be located to be seen easily and in a large tray, but it was located in a middle corner hard to see in half of tray. Sadly i didnt get the rice because i saw cheese wonton and got that instead. The coconut shrimp are good but the wonton were sitting out and didnt have that good of taste to them. Next item i got were the California rolls and mandarin oranges. The sushi arent bad but the soy sauce made it bad. They tasted like kikomon soy sauce because they are salty. Now the mandarin oranges... they taste like the oranges you can buy prepackaged at the stores. For this place, they have mongolion bbq. Sad to say, they didnt put out more noodles and a customer asked for more noodles. One of the cook ignored him and continued to clean the grill area. As i got to the grill, the second chief didnt asked me if i wanted any garlic or spicy sauce. I had to tell the chief i wanted those in my bbq. A customer next to me didnt know much about mongolion bbq and requested the same sauce i did. As i got back to the table, my bro was like, none of the employees asked if we needed refills. The mongolion bbq was to me meh. (Note mongolion bbq hasnt been good for me for awhile. So you can rate it yourself). For mother's day, service were bad. Came in Friday night for dinner about 7pm not too crowded..seated right as we walked in and there were still plenty of tables. Dinner was $13 99 for Adults and worth the money! there were crab legs with butter all the Chinese dishes that you're used to eating, sushi rolls, baked mussels, cooked fish, wonton soup, miso soup, clam chowder, salad bar lots of fresh fruit and the Mongolian BBQ station plus so much more.. they even have four or five Big 5 gallon tubs of Rite Aid ice cream where you can actually Serve Yourself Just Let at Ride Aid! Very friendly staff as well! The only unpopular thing for us was that we have a very picky 10 year old eater and the pizza was not up to his standards, the fries were good, the banana pudding he liked and the fried donutd as well but there wasn't really a big selection for kids if they are picky like mine read more

Went here with a funeral party at 1:30. The family had made reservations for a large side room so the restaurant was expecting our large group of people. However they were low on food which was upsetting for all of us. I didn't really eat much because most of it didn't look appetizing. But mainly because the trays were already half empty so it didn't look as appealing as a steaming hot full tray of food. This place was a pleasant surprize. I honestly didn't expect much because most buffets in the Inland Empire are really lacking and aweful in pretty much every aspect. This place however, truly is great. There is a huge variety of food- we had a group of 18 people ages 6-97 years old, and everybody found plenty of food they liked. My personal favorite is the Mongolian grill area. Pick your own fresh veggies and raw meat (delicious, tender steak available and highly recommended), pass it to the chef and he will cook it for you. They will even cook your steak to your desired doneness. The other thing that makes this restaurant great is the cleanliness. This place is really clean! And of course, you can't get 5 stars without 5 star service, and you'll get nothing less here. The staff is really nice and makes for an enjoyable dining experience. Definitely worth the price. I went when they first opened the place food was not that great. Then I had lunch with a friend and it was fantastic really fresh and delicious. The owner greeted us and sat us right away. Now I went for dinner 3 weeks ago and it's more expensive and they have the same thing as the lunch. So if you can go to their lunch special buffet it's worth it, dinner not so much. read more
