I'm here visiting from California. Decided to come here with my dad and I was not impressed. The atmosphere smelled dust. The meat items were was over salted. Went in for dinner. Everything looked left over from lunch. No longer is coconut shrimp an option. Everything pointed to a sick day the upcoming morning. So made a beeline to the grill. Family was hugely disappointed. Every time I have been before it has been decent. When paying check... I asked if they had new owners. This is what manager told me. "Don't come in when we are not busy.. The food not fresh. Come in when we are busy." She then took a whole dollar off our bill. Are you freaking kidding? Never again..... One less customer. The food here is decent. It's pretty much the same stuff you would expect to see on a chinese buffet. They have a decent selection of american food on the buffet, and their hibachi grill is really pretty good. The service here is absolutely horrible. Until tonight, I did not think it was possible to get bad service at a buffet. It would seem that refilling drinks and clearing plates is a simple enough task that nobody could screw it up. The servers at this establishment have managed to prove me wrong. We were greeted and seated as soon as we walked in the door. Our servers brought our drinks to the table when we first sat down. This was the only time during our visit that we were able to get drinks. Our server was so busy playing with the computer that they use to print tickets, that the only time she showed back up at our table was to bring us our ticket. Overall, I would say don't waste your money on this establishment. For what they charged us versus what we got, I feel like I got robbed. We have eaten here many times. Last time we were here the food was cold, the waitstaff was nonexistent and we swore that we wouldn't ever return. Lately their business had picked up so we figured that there had been a change for the better. There is a big change, actually, they decreased the number of items, and allowed the cooks to better keep up with the buffet even when it is slow. The waitstaff still sucks, but all we needed from them is water refills, if you ask about something on the buffet our server said he'd check on it, and went to talk to his buddy for fifteen minutes. Worst Chinese place I've ever been to. Everything tasted old. I get that it's a Chinese buffet and usually things have been sitting out for a while, but this was bad. The cream cheese in the crab rangoon tasted like that dirty refrigerator taste when you don't cover something up in the fridge. My husband said sushi wasn't bad, he said best thing he ate here and would give that a 3 out of 5 stars. Lo mein was swimming in oil. All of the chicken dishes were labeled incorrectly but even still they didn't taste like any Chinese chicken dishes I've ever eaten. I have eaten at the Hibachi Grill many times over the last 4 years and was very unpleasantly surprised today that my bill jumped up 26% because today was Presidents day. The owner made the decision to charge everyone the Dinner price due to the holiday. I asked to speak to the owner only to find out that they made the decision to do this and then left the building and let their employees catch all the flak. I have always tipped very well so it isn't going to kill me financially, but I am extremely upset that the owner would use the holiday to price gouge their lunchtime customers. I will not continue to support a business that uses this type of business practice. read more

Absolutely disgusting. I lay here with a high fever and upset stomach as I type this due to the pathetic excuse for food I've ever experienced when I ate here on 7-4-16. I had the sushi, bottom of the barrel hot-n-sour soup and shrimp/beef/veggies served hibachi style. I'm so miserable right now...do NOT eat here. I've eaten here many times and sometimes the food is greasy especially, the lo mein noodles. And when you compare them to other Chinese buffets, they have moved to the top in my opinion. They have fresh mussels and cocktail shrimp and many other shrimp dishes whereas Lin's has first cut back on all shrimp dishes and now they are offering limes instead of Lemons, Lin's has no cocktail shrimp anymore and they dropped the best dish they do, Sesame Shrimp. The regular Iced tea is horrible and Hibachi is great and so is the service. The sushi is fresh here and lin's comes from a prepacked product.. How can any one go to a buffet and complain about service if you want service go to a full service restaurant, da. I bet all those that complain about service never tip or look for an excuse to not tip. Silly reason to list for a Chinese buffet. It's all about the food and price. read more

Today is March 21st 2016. It is 12:47 p.m. My sister, my niece, myself and my 15 month old grandson decided to stop here for lunch while waiting doing errands. The food was cold! Not one plate worth, but even plate refills. The waitress ignored what we said about the food and the manager did not even care. She did not even apologize! The only adjustment in our ticket was a discount due to my weight loss surgery when I presented my card from the doctor. The original ticket total was $31 and change. The adjusted amount came to $28 and change. It had been a few years since we had come here, but by far, this was the WORST service and food! We will NOT be returning! The service was decent but the food was terrible. The egg rolls were very dry and barely flavorful and the chicken was also very dry even with the sesame and general tso seasonings. The pot stickers when bitten into were kind of slimy and also tasteless. The fried shrimp didn't even seem to be fried, but baked instead. The rice was mustard yellow and also tasteless. And why do they have raw eggs as an option? The only thing I found that actually tasted okay was the loaded shrimp, the sushi, and ironically the pigs in a blanket. Also, there are rumors that the cooks actually drink on the job. I do not know if there is any truth to this, but it would explain the food. read more

When this restaurant first opened, it was good so I went there often with friends. Then it got worse over the year so we stopped going there. It's been a year or so since I went, so tonight my suggested to a friend who had never eaten there. I regret suggesting it. The hostess wasn't friendly. She seemed annoyed when my friend asked for lemon with her water. No smile or eye contact. Our waitress showed up once to bring us the water, and again to bring us the check. No in-between to refill our water. The food were cold so my friend couldn't finish most of her 1st plate. I had other cold food as well so didn't finish most of mine either. When we paid for our food, no "how was everything", and again, no eye contact or smile. I had to wonder if they even wanted customers to come back. Needless to say, we won't be back. read more

Absolutely the worst service I have ever received. Server came quickly to the table to greet us, but after dropping our drinks, we never did see her again. Well, we did see her...sitting three tables away rolling spoons the entire time. After waiting for 25 minutes for our drinks to get refilled and our table to get cleared of plates, we finally gave up and decided to leave. We tried to complain to the manager but apparently the lady, who looked like she was a manager or the owner, didn't think it was a big deal because she was laughing and grinning the entire time we were telling her how atrocious service was. We don't know if she was the manager, she denied being one but at one point during our meal, we noticed her telling a few of the employees what to do. Today at 4 pm I went there, let me tell you the food was horrible, I tried a few different things, most were either cold, tasteless, overcooked or to soggy. It was absolutely disgusting. The only thing that was ok, fresh was the bread rolls. After deciding non of the food was good I thought ok I just get some saled,. They don't even have tomatoes, the ranch dressing was sour, bitter,. Horrible. She tried calling her manager for what to do, he didn't answer, how can you run a business and not answer your phone, how can you put a young clueless girl in charge and not answer your phone. She said she would give me half off the bill which was 31 dollars ok,. That's fine. She says it's 28 dollars,.. I'm like uh excuse me but that's not half off. I'm like are you serious. This place is awesome. I love the sushi and hibachi grill. I had a blast there when I went by myself so I took my little brother and cousins there when I don't feel like to cook since the buffet is big I won't have to worry about them not liking the food (my whole family is really picky). One of my favorite food is the chicken on a stick, I didn't like it before but now it's different, last year I went some of the food were different but yesterday I went and it was a lot better with the changes. The chicken had a better taste and there was this stuff shell thing that tasted very good (I don't know how to explain it but it was good, it had like crab meat and like some veggies). My baby cousin (by baby I mean 4 years old) always like the pizza there and I'm like its a Chinese restaurant why eat pizza... I got to tell y'all this is one of the best restaurant in Rogers if not the best. If y'all have a chance to go out to eat but don't know what to eat come here there are a lot of good to choose from. Every time I go here I alway get these and I recommend y'all to try it to, it includes fried rice, the crabmeat things (honesty I don't know what is it really called even though I've ate it almost every time I went) and the hot wing or buffalo chicken, I eat the crabmeat and fried rice together and it taste really good then I what the hot wings with other food (those were the main dish I also eat other food but I change about every other time but not those main dish). I would recommend this place to anyone and I will also go there whenever I have time. And last thing is it's better to go there in the morning when they are still cooking because the food are a lot fresher in the morning since the have to cook everything. In the afternoons the food are all dried up since no one eats them so I guess they won't cook more so I really would recommend eating in the mornings. read more

After reading all he rave reviews about this place my husband and I decided to check it out for my birthday lunch...it was so bad we can't even give it one star but apparently you have to give at least one to post. We were so disgusted by the food we couldn't help but laugh. The shrimp in all the shrimp dishes had not been cleaned, I had to spit a bite of chicken out into my napkin due to a strange "non chicken" taste and texture...who knows what that was all battered and drenched in greasy sauce. Everything we saw was swimming in some kind of butter or oil. They even screwed up the gravy for the mashed potatoes! The funniest thing was even the fortunes in the cookies at the end of the meal had bad fortunes. Let's just say that it was the worst food we had ever had ...anywhere! So to all you people who have put out the wondrous reviews you should never EVER leave your home to go out to eat, just stay in and eat your spaghetti O's. read more
