I was at work and looking for something to eat, I needed to run to chase bank and they were in the same plaza so I said hey why not give hibachi house a try. Wow, I'm so disappointed. This used to be my favorite hibachi place. They changed something with their fried rice...it's mushy and flavorless now. We eat here just about every week, and love the Hibachi lunch or dinner. Filet mignon is the best! Cooked medium, it melts in your mouth. Served hot off the grill and already on a plate for you - you get the Hibachi flavors, fresh, without sharing a table and the length of one of those meals can be. $20 is a bargain! Today I tried Hibachi steak and salmon for the first time. Not as nice a cut of steak, but requesting it be prepared medium rare, was just as good. Salmon was an adequate piece. Veggies and rice make this meal so good and filling. Fresh ginger, yum yum sauce or ginger to dip is yummy too. This is why we come back each week. $18 is well worth this tasty dinner. Spent an hour throwing up uncontrollably after having two of their sushi rolls and am still suffering through painful stomach cramps. I grabbed food Togo from them because they had good reviews and now I'm wondering how they have so many stars! The spicy tuna in my sushi roll was bright red and I questioned why they may have added color to it, I guess now I know! I go inside to the worker going on a 10 minute almost emotional rant about how she can't do that because "you will say you didn't recieve it" Not really sure what she was talking about. Complete cheapskates. I've eaten at Kyoto for years as well and the same person has been there every single time and they are nice as hell and go out of their way to ensure my food is the best. They do have a multitude of sushi rolls. I had the monkey roll which had spicy crab, fresh avocado and mango and fried banana. Amazing...And the avocado salad with ginger dressing. First time at Hibachi house which is within walking distance of my house. So that's embarrassing! Our server was very attentive and kind. The food was pretty good. There was a mix up on a hibachi steak order but the chef was quick to correct it. I had the fort myers roll which was sweet and spicy. All in all everything was good tasting. I also had the seaweed salad which was a huge portion! Our food all came out at once which the the only disappointment. This was Asian Fusian in January when Chinese owners opened. Now, as of August 1, new owners. I new they were having a tough time trying to keep prices down and cost of materials to as going up, so I guess they finally had to give in and sell. The Gyoza/Poy Stickers are still great as well as the Edamame. They are more Japanese food now because the Chinese cook is gone. No Chinese cook - no Chinese food. The food was great. The service was excellent even though they were overwhelmed. They were busy yet they didn't make me feel any less important. They checked on me several times and they seem very caring. read more

Visited tonight for the first time after doing a quick yelp search. We ordered the chicken, hibachi, spicy, edamame, and spring rolls. Everything came out incredibly quickly, and was all piping hot fresh. The waitress Kristina was incredibly friendly and attentive. For half the cost of performance hibachi, it's a great value. We tried a stir fry udon as well as a steak hibachi. Both were delicious and portions were huge. In addition, our steak was actually perfectly cooked (medium rare), which never happens.
