Had to leave a review because this is literally the first time I've not cried, I'm such a baby and my visit today was great, but I've never had a complaint regarding the finished look. Just thought it's finally time to leave a review. Plus it's only $5 so well worth it. They also put some kind of aloe or gel on afterward and it does a great job of relieving some of the sting. Only thing I'll say re: vibe is that it's fine, nothing special but idk I'm going in there for brows so I don't really care past hygiene and I've never seen anything that made me think it's unhygienic. My only complaint is that sometimes I pay with card bc I don't always carry cash, and the person at the desk will always give me a small lecture about how they do take card but I should really bring cash bc there's a service charge they have to pay. I get that but in an increasingly cashless society it feels a little rude to make it seem like it's my fault and that I've committed some sort of social faux pas.
