This was one of the places that my dentist referred me to get wisdom teeth and a biopsy done and…read moreafter the consultation I decided to get a 2nd opinion elsewhere. First off, the waiting room is crowded. You will see a ton of people waiting in the hallways. They are always behind. I came 15 minutes early for my appointment and wasn't brought to the back intill well after an hour after my appointment time. And I say brought back, not seen because they have you waiting in a queue to get X-rays that they should have already received by the referring dentist. The dentist himself was nice but the price of surgery even after dental insurance was almost $2000. I provided both my dental and medical insurance (medical can cover some parts) but they didn't bother to run it for the parts that could be covered with medical. I also didn't agree with their practice. Most practices will have a day where they just do surgeries. This practice does both surgeries and consultations the same day which is why everything is booked up. The literally oral surgeon is doing your consultation in between surgeries. I do not agree with this and feel like this is just a money making practice. I do plan to get a 2nd opinion elsewhere

Had two implants done by Dr. Kim between 2016-2018. The first one he bragged no other dentist would…read moreconsider doing with my low of bone density but he talked me into it saying he was the "best". 7 years later and the implant has failed and my new dentist has told me after reviewing my original xrays it absolutely should not have been done in the first place. When having my second implant done, Dr Kim incorrectly inserted my IV causing pain all down my arm and keeping me from going to sleep. When I tried to alert him to this he told me to "shut up" or I would "ruin his good work." leaving me awake and in pain for the remainder of the procedure. The only saving grace was the nurse who put the gas mask on me every chance she got, leading to me telling myself I was just a car at the mechanic so the drilling into my face was standard procedure. I am still traumatised by this experience, leaving me shaking and crying for even the most basic dental cleanings. I have sat on this review of his horrible bedside manor wanting to believe he had at least been successful with a difficult case of an implant but now that I am having to spend time, money, and revisit trauma to have it removed it is more clear than ever Dr Kim cares more about his ego than his patients. DO. NOT. RECOMMEND.

After getting a 2nd and 3rd opinion I discover he would not need that surgery. They tried forcing me to do a surgery that should have only been an option, yet they made me feel like that's the only thing they could do. Also after being discharged I was told I did not have to pay a co-pay and I asked to please double check because I always pay a co-pay, but was told it was covered. 2 months later I got a bill and I call and they never pick up. Even to make a payment is hard to get a hold of someone.

I've never been a fan of dental offices AT ALL, but this one is actually VERY different!…read more Let's just start with the looks and feel of this place, very modern and up to date. Now the run down, I think it's very very important that you get full interactions with the dentists and the staff which I got just that, Dr. Lee personally called me and tried to give me a breakdown of different things that are going to be done and his recommendations which is very important to me, I am the type to ask what is the best for my child and I want at least two different options and routes I can choose from. After getting there and being greeted by Dr.Lee myself it was welcoming and he gave me the run through again with everything that's going to happen, the procedure lasts about 30 minutes. During the wait I was in the waiting room which is clean and has a modern touch to it. I've come to noticed that every employee that comes in always greets you with a Good Morning before they even clock in, which in my mind is pretty different even if you're not a morning person it makes you want to be. My overall experience was awesome I would really recommend Dr.Lee he takes his time to get to know his young patients and their family.

I was looking for a new hygienist which is the only reason I went to Dr Price's office. The…read morehygienist - Annabelle? was thorough and no issues. I saw Dr Price a few years prior about a very decayed tooth. She said to just get a crown. Yet, I got other opinions from 2 other dentists and an oral surgeon and they all agreed that she was dead wrong and were surprised by her misguided recommendation. Aside from that, the first thing she said to me on my visit yesterday was "Are you on drugs?". The way she said it seemed accusatory and aggressive. I was stunned. Not only have I never taken illegal drugs in my life, it's presumptuous , offensive & unprofessional to make such a statement without knowing anything about my medical history or current prescription meds. I never filled out a recent medical history form before this visit. Perhaps she should have read it before launching into this question within 20 seconds of our encounter. I have untreated sleep apnea which leaves me groggy during the day, especially in the afternoon. This may attribute to slowness of speech. I also have issues with enunciation & had speech therapy as a kid. The visit devolved from there. She was abrupt & dismissive. No recommendations, treatment plan given. I didn't even know when the exam ended. She just went off to the corner and started clacking on the keyboard without saying anything. I had to ask the hygienist if we were done. Price said nothing. NEVER again. horribly unpleasant Visit.
