I would really recommend this place , the only problem is the space in the waiting area but other than that it's a really professional place to get your wisdom teeth out.

First off, the waiting room is crowded. You will see a ton of people waiting in the hallways. They are always behind. I came 15 minutes early for my appointment and wasn't brought to the back intill well after an hour after my appointment time. And I say brought back, not seen because they have you waiting in a queue to get X-rays that they should have already received by the referring dentist. The dentist himself was nice but the price of surgery even after dental insurance was almost $2000. I provided both my dental and medical insurance (medical can cover some parts) but they didn't bother to run it for the parts that could be covered with medical. I also didn't agree with their practice. Most practices will have a day where they just do surgeries. This practice does both surgeries and consultations the same day which is why everything is booked up. The literally oral surgeon is doing your consultation in between surgeries. I do not agree with this and feel like this is just a money making practice. I do plan to get a 2nd opinion elsewhere

I was looking for a new hygienist which is the only reason I went to Dr Price's office. The…read morehygienist - Annabelle? was thorough and no issues. I saw Dr Price a few years prior about a very decayed tooth. She said to just get a crown. Yet, I got other opinions from 2 other dentists and an oral surgeon and they all agreed that she was dead wrong and were surprised by her misguided recommendation. Aside from that, the first thing she said to me on my visit yesterday was "Are you on drugs?". The way she said it seemed accusatory and aggressive. I was stunned. Not only have I never taken illegal drugs in my life, it's presumptuous , offensive & unprofessional to make such a statement without knowing anything about my medical history or current prescription meds. I never filled out a recent medical history form before this visit. Perhaps she should have read it before launching into this question within 20 seconds of our encounter. I have untreated sleep apnea which leaves me groggy during the day, especially in the afternoon. This may attribute to slowness of speech. I also have issues with enunciation & had speech therapy as a kid. The visit devolved from there. She was abrupt & dismissive. No recommendations, treatment plan given. I didn't even know when the exam ended. She just went off to the corner and started clacking on the keyboard without saying anything. I had to ask the hygienist if we were done. Price said nothing. NEVER again. horribly unpleasant Visit.

What was supposed to be 2 - 2 1/2 years for my child is now going on 3 years because of their lack of knowledge. And after dragging this out, they then GOUGE you for more money (additional $500 in our case). They have you at that point because you can't start over somewhere else without paying more money. I asked Felicia, the rude manager, how often this happens and she said, all the time people are extended. It's their tactic to extract more money from people. There's a reason why they have the worst reviews in the area. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this group, there are too many other better choices in the area!

She says this because my gums are bleeding. In her mind it has nothing to do with the fact that she's repeatedly stabbing my gums with her tools while I'm drowning . I told them before that i have always had sensitive gums my entire life, but she didn't give a damn. I get it that since I need a deep cleaning it holds that I need to do better. Torture and beratement are not good tactics to encourage a person to come back to your not so tender care.
