Unfortunately, both of our Eggs Benedict flights were lukewarm at best, from the first bite. My date made a comment to the server and she offered to reheat. We initially declined but within a minute changed our mind. Our server was understanding and quickly brought over an extra flight (which I saw her bring from the heating lamps). This plate was also the same temperature. I really don't like to leave neutral or negative reviews, but it's unfortunate to spend money and have a less than par experience on the food we were looking forward to eating. We did take a small box to go and the crab cake heated up later was very delicious, but just not the same as if we had been given a hot meal to start at the restaurant. But a short time later people started coming into the back room and setting up for a party. And shortly after that we were asked to leave the back area. Our 8 year old birthday boy had not opened his gifts so we hauled the gifts to the bar area where he opened them. This "event" which we'd hoped to make special, was a bit of a disaster.
