They suggested I get my car towed there to avoid any possible damage. Again, I thought this is it. I got my car towed there and that same day I got the call. There was a fix - no worries! I proceeded to have some other maintenance work done at the same time as like I said, I love my car. I picked up my car last night and it feels like a new car again. Without a doubt, they are who you should turn to when anything on our vehicles has a "boo-boo". They are the preeminent supplier of tires for fleets, tune-ups (for Newark & Dover Delaware & Salisbury Maryland), and any suspension issues like caster, camber, toe angles. They are experts in CV joints, axles, drive trains, wheel bearings, brakes, etc. For example: I needed a tire for my girl friend's GMC Envoy. They checked it and said the other side was pretty worn so I looked and agreed. They suggested putting the new tires on the rear (and patiently explained the science to do so). Looking at my rear tires, we discovered that they also were worn beyond all hope. I decided to get 4 new tires (at a price I anticipated for just 2). I left while they were in process and shortly got a call from Tom the Newark manager. He asked if I wanted to go through with the purchase given that there were so many issues needing attending to (there's integrity). The list included rear seal motor leakage, front seal leakage, front wheel differential leakage (in both the left side and the rear), driver side front tire CV joint boot ruptured and axel bearing shot, pitman arm and idler arm loose/worn Mounting Brackets, Bushings, Bolts and Nuts, Washers, and Spacers (for proper alignment gaps), and a host of other suspension issues. Immediately listed the issues and sold the vehicle. I am a super satisfied customer of many vehicles. Note: I live in a very hilly area in Landenberg and use 4-wheel in the winter. Never had an issue getting through for decades now with the incredible grip/wear tread of the many sets of tires for the many different vehicles I have owned (and my dear sweet wife when she was here on this planet). I received excellent customer service that actually exceeded my expectations. The mechanic that serviced my car -- unclear if he's the owner, but he seemed like he does honest work. Also, it appears that he provides the same high level of customer service to every and anybody that walks in through that door so I respect him for that... good customer service is rare these days. Quoted price was standard for the particular service I received, and he didn't try to upsell anything else.

They were told that it was a timing belt or timing chain which the 2014 is a timing chain. They said the job would be around $4,000 to complete. They took the car to Honda to get a second opinion and it turns out that the recent oil change that took place at a local Tolsdorf had been the issue, the oil plug hadn't been screwed in all the way and it was leaking oil. What a sad display of honesty and horrible inspection for Jeffcoats and company in which they frequently take their cars to for service. This isn't the first time either, I personally had a Toyota that I had taken there and I ran into a similar issue that turned out to be a $4 fix I was able to repair myself. Highly disappointed!
