Within hours I had a complete inspection breakdown and they helped me understand exactly what needed to be done. I picked it up 24 hours later and it rode like a dream. Staff was great at accommodating the special circumstances (non OEM sized tire and aftermarket wheels). Tires were perfectly mounted, balanced and new TPMS sensors programmed correctly. Care was also taken not to scuff up the new wheels during install which was highly appreciated! Prices were reasonable considering the amount of labor that went into the job performed. They delay customers for 1.5 hours to get the price they made up in their heads, and at the end of the job, they do the 5-minute transaction in 1.5 hours and get paid $125 for it. Moreover, before going in, they said $68 and I accepted it, then they said they would add oil, I said okay again, then they said the payment would be $114, I said that's all, they said yes and then they got paid $125. THIS IS OFFICIALLY ROBBERY!!!!!

I watched the same brush go in the same bucket for 8 cars. However once through the wash, they were vary quick to jump in and move my truck to be dried. I was very happy with the time and care they took to dry my truck. Usually the drying is rushed because I have such a large vehicle. The guys dried everything perfectly.
