I've been a loyal customer for 20+ years and their service has really gone down hill. They used to…read morebe quick and cost effective. Not anymore. Today I went in to have a flat fixed on my wife's car. I had to drop off wheel and come back. Then they charged me $60 when everywhere else a flat repair cost $30. They are charging even for wiping soap solution around the bead. In fairness they did also balance the wheel...but still outrageous price. i'm done.

The truck with equipment was immaculate and she took care of my car and even went so far as to re program the TPM in a replacement wheel that I had supplied. They set up UPS pick up for return items but they didn't proceed correctly,which ended up that UPS picked up returned items and sent them back to me 3 times. I have never had such a difficulty to return the items in anywhere else. Customer service is always irresponsible and their answer is always "We don't know what happened.","we don't know where your tires are.","Just wait.",etc. 5 weeks is not appropriate time to finish return/refund process. I couldn't finish the trip on a do-nut and we had a whole weekend of activities planned. I found Pennsville Tire and the owner Jim Jones about to close. He didn't have my tire size and immediately called all over the area until he found a shop that had it and was still open and he gave me direction to get there. Jim saved the weekend for us and more importantly did a kindness for a stranded traveler I will not forget. I say I wish I lived closer so I could recommend him to all our friends. I believe he is an ethical and honest service shop as he took the time to help someone without expectation of personal gain. A rare quality these days.

As my son was driving on the highway he felt the tire wobbling which could have popped off and caused my son and other people on the road life.
