This was closed on weekend and the earliest I would get the tire fixed was Monday evening. I called mr tire. They were open Saturday and Sunday. I had to tow the car to the shop but they were ready and promptly fixed my tire with a smile. No upselling. No gimmmics. The tech and front desk were courteous and prompt and took care of me!! I'm a fan and will definitely be using them for my vehicle needs. They were knowledgeable about Tesla and had all the equipment including a special "puck" to attach to my chassis to lift the car. Kudos!!

This was by far the worst experience I have ever had with a mechanic. I was referred to this place…read moreby my companies Fleet Manager so I called before towing my car over to them and they told me that the soonest appointment they had was 6 days from the day I was calling - totally fine. I called at the end of the day on the day they said I had an appointment and they said they didn't have time to look at it that day but would look at it in the morning. Annoying but ok. I called towards the end of the next day and they told me that they were busy and couldn't look at it. When I explained that they had said I had an appointment he gave me an attitude and said well you can just tow it back off if you don't like it and honestly with the way this conversation is going I would prefer that. I tried to deescalate the situation and then hung up and my father called to check in assuming that it was because I was a woman they were pushing me around and when my dad said he didn't appreciate the way he talked to me he said I am going to push the car off my lot and you can just deal with it. Then we received word that if we did not get the car from where he pushed it too by 8pm they would tow it themselves. Absolutely ridiculous that instead of taking accountability for the fact that they were pushing us around they resorted to such extreme measures. NEVER bring your car here if you plan on having it looked at in any type of timely fashion.
