You prder at onw of the 4 counters ,pay and are given a number to pur on your table. They then bring the food to your table. The chef from the hibachi vendor came to check on us adter we were eating to see of we were satisfied. That was kind. Both days they were out of egg rolls. I ordered a side garden salad with ranch and the shrimp casserole. The server made a point to let me know there was pasta in the casserole which I thought was nice. I wish she had reminded me there was Italian sausage in it. I'm not a fan of Italian sausage in anything. There was nothing wrong with it, I just don't like it. I ate around it. The shrimp, pasta, broccoli and cheesy cream sauce in the dish were cooked and seasoned to perfection. Very tasty. My salad was pretty good. The blue cheese dressing was delicious.
