Then just two days ago, my son purchased bacon that turned out to be two months expired. This doesn't seem to be an isolated incident, and it appears expired items are not being removed from the shelves consistently. I hope management takes this seriously and improves their inventory checks, as this is a food safety concern.

I also asked for help to find a food item and all she said was, "If it's on the floor, we have it. If you don't see it, we don't." My hubby also sampled a lumpia but chose tocino instead. We chit chatted w/her for a few minutes and she is actually retired from decades of working in public service. IPS is fortunate to have her on the weekends As for IPS, it is organized and clean. Doesn't have the megamarket vibe like their competitor.
