Great place to go if you lost your car key fob and need a replacement. Hieu sets the right expectations and helps you test everything before leaving the shop. Avoid going to the dealership where they'll ask you upwards to $500 to get your key replaced. He has OEM keys readily available and programs it to your car within minutes. Make sure you call first to set an appointment just in case he's not at the shop. Affordable pricing and very efficient. Also a great place to get your house keys copied. Highly recommend to anyone who needs another set of car keys. He has an option to pay through Zelle making it convenient.

When replacing your key fob for your car you quickly come to realize that the car dealership completely rips people off. They literally wanted to charge me $550. It's absolutely crazy but if you're desperate and don't know any better you'll fall into their trap and get striped of your hard earned money. I happened to find Hieu locksmith while I was spending the day in Westminster. Thank god I did because Mr Hieu and his son did a professional key replacement at a fraction of the price. The key itself was of higher quality than the original. He said that he could use the existing chip in the old fob ( as long as it wasn't damaged ) and refit it into the new key. He only charged me less than $30. I couldn't believe it. I did want an extra key so he did have to program that one and it wasn't all that much more. The honesty I experienced was truly refreshing to see and yes there are still honest people in the world. This place is worth any drive you need to take in order to get a new key. Thank you for the fast and friendly service you provided. I'll definitely come back anytime I need a replacement key.

I highly recommend coming to Hieu Locksmith. I had to get a duplicate for my sidewinder key and he gave me the best price I could find. Best believe I searched across Orange County too. You are not going to find a better estimate other than here. The service was quick and easy and he even taught me a little bit about what he was doing as well. It was very straight forward and kept the price as low as possible. He does not overcharge like other locksmiths. If I ever have a key issue again, I am coming here every time. read more

Our business was having issue with one of our door locks (commercial), key was getting stuck. I finally had enough and went to find a locksmith. Hugh answered my call on the first ring. When I explained the situation, he gave me a quote and said he would be there in 30 minutes. To my amazement he arrived in 20 and was done in 10. Lock has never been better. I requested and received a quote and upon confirmation of availability, went to Christopher's shop and was received right away, no waiting at all! Christopher went to work and had my keys programmed and working with my Toyota Tundra truck in about 10 minutes. About 10 minutes more my keys were cut and tested and all was good ! Christopher quoted me the best price, and performed excellently! I highly recommend! read more

Life saver!!!! Called on a Saturday afternoon. And he picked up after 1 ring. My tenant smart lock die and she was locked out in the heat. Christopher's customer service was very outstanding. I love the key to my e-bike - and I messaged multiple locksmiths ( most said they don't offer this service). Hieu answered almost immediately and was able to make a replacement key for me in no time. The price that Hieu provided was low and i'm sure was the lowest price around. We needed to get our key copied for an old Lexus. We had bought the blank key from Amazon and he copied it for us for a very reasons on price! After talking to him, I realized, all of our car key issues can be resolved by him. We've lost both FOBs for our other cars and paid a premium price to have them rekeyed. He is friendly, open on the weekends (wow!) and seems to be able to resolve any key issue you might have. I'm coming here first any time I have key issues!! read more

After speaking with Blaine, he was able to send out a guy the next morning between 8-10. I had called back after our phone call and left a message requesting if they could either call or text when they were 15-20 mins away just in case I was out running errands or busy on a call at work. That didn't happen. I was out doing an errand. Around 8:45 Adam shows up and I'm not home. Luckily I left the side door open for him to inspect everything. I rushed home and spoke to Adam who inspected everything he said yup, for sure our spring needed to be replaced. We also had him change out both garage door cables too. After about 30-45 mins Adam was done! Boom! Garage door was able to open no problem! Adam was kind enough to give me a quick 101 on how to maintain our garage door too. I'd give this company 5 stars because of how fast and efficient Adam worked. Only thing I would have knocked off for was if they could've just shot me a quick text/call on their way over. I get it, they give a 2 hour window, but there's a lot that could be done within 2 hrs especially if you have to work.

I messaged about seven locksmiths about my Electric bike. The wife misplaced the key (don't tell her) and they all wrote that they "don't offer the service" Which is strange because it's a pretty standard lock nothing too complicated. I guess not too many people think outside of the box anymore. Anyhow, Christopher was awesome he agreed for me to bring it in and he spent about a half an hour working on it and made me a custom key.
