With the variety of seating, extended dance floor and stage, the unassuming little spot is much bigger than anticipated. The rustic yet chic interior creates one hell of a vibe that was easily felt by all! SO fun! Bartenders were friendly, fun and willing to go the extra mile when it came to fun cocktails and made sure we enjoyed our time in between sets! We were about to get a last minute reservation for Saturday - although the bar seating is nice and cozy and usually always has spots open. The host Chase was super friendly and welcoming. He sat us a bit early, and he offered some of his recommendations. Most of the dishes are made to share. We started with the olives and iberico jamon. The jamon melts in your mouth! For steak, it's all about your preference. We opted for the dry-aged cowboy. Super smooth and not very fatty compared to some Chicago steaks we've had recently. Don't skip on the jamon fat fries or the sunchokes! We were too full for dessert but everything looked so delicious - and they use seasonal ingredients!
