The pho itself left a lot to be desired. There are only a few Pho options and they don't offer extra additions like tripe, tendon, etc. I was also surprised to see no rare steak, which feels like a staple for authentic Pho. My pho came with everything already in it, which didn't bother me but just a heads up. The price was a bit much for what was being offered--$18 for just beef pho? The noodles were also thicker, which isn't what I prefer in Pho. Overall I'd say this is more like a Vietnamese restaurant and not that Pho is their specialty.
