We ordered a large pizza and 2 drinks. The girl that was working the counter seemed over stretched and it showed. We decided to eat in the restaurant and grabbed a table. We were given 2 plates and waited for the pizza to come out. When the pizza came out it was brought over by the cook, so we were missing cutlery, our drinks and spices. We had to wait while the pizza grew cold till the girl showed up. As for the pizza, it was pretty meh - no undercarridge, chewy bland dough - certainly nothing to write home about. All in all, a one time experience -there are better pizza places around and better service for sure.

I ordered the Supreme and specifically asked for no mushrooms because I really dislike both the taste and smell of them. My son's pizza came out first, and when mine came out afterward, it was covered in mushrooms. The employee who brought it over could immediately tell something was wrong and asked if there was something on it that wasn't supposed to be. I told her I had ordered it without mushrooms. She basically said, "Oh, sorry," and that was it. No offer to remake it, replace it, or correct the order in any way. Mistakes happen. I completely understand that. What I don't understand is recognizing that a customer received something different from what they ordered and then making no attempt to fix it. I wasn't going to make a scene, so I waited for my son to finish eating, took my pizza to go, and gave it to my mother-in-law because I wasn't going to eat it. The incorrect pizza itself wouldn't have been enough for me to leave a bad review. The complete lack of effort to make the order right is what did it.
